I shop at this Target a few times a month. The inside is clean and well stocked. The people who work there are great to deal with. So, why 3 stars? The parking lot is not typically something I notice about an establishment. However, this parking lot is reminiscent of a volcanic eruption. The entire parking lot is scattered with jagged black mounds and treacherous tire swallowing holes. The entire place is the definition of a cluster f....

The appearance of this store is horrible. After they put in new concrete curbs and sidewalks, ugly asphalt "trim" was put in adjacent to the new concrete. This is just awful looking. Shame on Target. Do they not have any pride in the appearance of their stores?

Bought Samsung Headphones (online pickup) and went to the return desk to pick the order up. The employee said that I would have to wait two hours even though she had the item in her hand. She then said if I'm going to buy it again? I said I would wait and called target customer service to cancel the order. I never go to target because I shop on Amazon but this was the icing on the cake of stupidity.

Never greeted or spoken to since I've been shopping here for over 1 year. I feel the negativity and anger from the employees. I came here yesterday and the checkout lady was younger than me and said nothing to me during the whole experience. She was rude not saying anything. I'm sure she wanted to just leave but to put put the bad vibes is not the answer. She didn't even ask if I needed my milk or orange juice in a bag to keep it clean. Inconsiderate... I've had better cashiers at Walmart. Thanks for driving my business far away from you Target.

5/2022 5* My first time here. Found the store clean and looking good as it should. Found what I needed at the right price, which is always helpful. And found the staff to be very helpful. There was a long line at the cashiers, so Antonio (the cart guy!) opened up a lane and took me right away. Wow! That was some super impressive customer service there. I won't forget it. And next time I am in the area, I will remember it when I need something. Way to go Antonio! You made my day!

A big massive shout out to Ginger in the mobile phone department and Manager Colin. I have an 80 year old senior father in home hospice who's cell phone crashed. It had become a very complicated situation to replace it, but we did...Without going into too much detail, over the 3 hour event, I would say, Each of them went well beyond the call of duty in an extremely frustrating situation to accomplish the mission, while still working within the extremely difficult situ within the guidelines of the company where they where obviously spread way to thin. Whatever rewards are appropriate are well deserved and I hope are received, as you simply do not find this kind of follow through & customer service anymore. Lately hasn't had much of what I need. Online orders are great but are usually out all off the grocery items in which say are in stock on line I truly need and end up having to go elsewhere

The target workers in Villa Park walk around drinking Starbucks and gossiping. There's loose carts everywhere inside and outside. I'm overheard the target employees multiple times talking about how they don't care and when they see something to put away or clean up, they'll leave it for the next person. They think it's funny and joke about it with each other.

How is it possible that now you don't even find an open cashier able to pay. I have to do it myself. When I went there were 4 or 5 employees almost in front of me doing their jokes, using their phones, anything but working while I as a costumer I’m suffering trying to do a job for which we have not trained.

I’ve went to this target for 10 years and yet still the kpop album area is empty and if it’s not there is always the same album. This target would be more successful if they put out more different albums by Bts

Bad experience. I bought an aple waths and for a Christmas present. and after 3 days I realized that it was not compatible with the telephone company. take him back. Y. Surprise that the barcode is not the same as that of the receiver and therefore they cannot receive it. but that's how I bought so basically the cold bar that’s not the same so when you return it there’s not gonna match so you can return it and when they buy it they told me they got 15 days return policy but now they just told me the bar not matching so they cannot return it so be careful when you guys buy electronic stuff. They may be the guard different Burkholz they’re fake we gotta find out.

I attempted to purchase a PlayStation 5, an employee asked me to wait for thirty minutes until another employee finishes their lunch break. He assured me that they had a bunch in the back. After waiting I was told that they are for online purchases only and they couldn’t give me one.

This location is ALWAYS out of everything. I even tried rotating the day I went shopping to see if that helped and it didn't. I swear they never restock. Whoever is in charge of inventory is sleeping on the job for sure. I even use the app to check ahead of time if the things I need are there and the app will say they have it and then I go there and it's not there. Would not recommend this location

I visited the Target in Villa Park, Illinois. The cashier Alma helped me with a gift card issue and went above and beyond to assist me. Alma is an asset to the "Target Family" and should be acknowledged for such. Alma was kind, patient and professional! Thank you very much for your help Alma!

Came in to buy a couple of items and ended buying more things, Walking around is clean and found some nice things. Was not offered help but I didn't need any on this visit. Fast checkout at the self pay register.
