My
mom
had
a
colonoscopy
in
this
place
today
and
I
decided
to
leave
a
review
because
the
service
was
excellent,
since
we
arrived
a
very
kind
girl
named
Raquel
helped
us
at
the
reception
and
she
speaks
Spanish
and
that
was
perfect
because
my
mom
doesn't
speak
English
.
After
the
Admitting
nurse
-
Sue
H
came
to
pick
us
up
at
my
reception,
she
took
us
to
the
preparation
room
and
prepared
my
mom
with
great
sweetness
and
professionalism.
My
mom's
veins
are
difficult
to
find
and
in
the
first
attempt
it
was
a
bit
difficult
to
take
the
vein
but
they
called
her
recovery
nurse
named
Georganna
and
she
managed
to
do
it
in
3
seconds,
incredible,
she
reminded
me
(Amy
Laurence)
is
a
nurse
in
the
Hospital
of
Murray
in
KY
she
is
the
nurse
who
has
to
take
patients'
veins
when
no
one
else
can.
Then
Allison
(Procedure
Nurse)
came
in
and
took
my
mom
to
the
room
where
they
would
do
the
colonoscopy
she
was
so
nice
withs
us
as
well
and
I
saw
that
she
speaks
a
little
bit
Spanish
too.
15
minutes
later
Anesthesiologist
Dr.
Kailsky
returned
my
mom
to
the
recovery
room
where
I
was
waiting
for
her,
helped
me
get
her
settled
on
the
bed
and
explained
everything
related
to
anesthesia.
The
Doctor
who
dis
the
Colonoscopy
is
Lynch
Patrick
he
was
great
with
my
mom
with
good
attitude
he
give
words
of
encouragement
to
my
mother
because
she
was
nervous.
Thank
you
all
because
you
are
all
excellent!
My
mom
named
me
a
person
that
I
could
not
meet
but
who
was
also
very
kind
to
her.
Her
name
is
Barbara.
I
decided
to
leave
this
review
because
each
one
of
them
deserves
it,
dealing
with
patients
is
not
easy
and
less
so
when
they
do
not
speak
the
same
language
or
when
they
are
very
nervous,
the
health
area
is
very
delicate
and
this
team
did
their
best
to
mark
a
difference
on
my
mom's
day.
Here
I
am
sitting
in
the
living
room
of
my
mother's
house
and
she
does
not
stop
repeating
to
me:
“Nancy
they
treated
me
very
well,
I
am
blessed”
Thank
you
all
God
bless
you
all!
