I checked in at 9am for a walk in urgent care visit, after checking I was told to go wait in my car, I waited for 1.5 hours until I called to check of the wait and my cue in line, I was assured one more patient and that I was next, after needing to use the bathroom I asked again how much longer and then I was told 4 more patients and that it was going to be a while. Upsetting service, poor care... I decided to cancel and requested a refund for my co-pay. Thanks again for making me waste 1 hour and 45 minutes in my hot summer car with 0 attention.

Stay away from this place as far as possible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Seems like that place is dedicated to making money, and not helping patients in need. I wasn't feeling good, I went there on Saturday morning. They checked my vitals, took covid and strep test, and sent me home without any treatment. Only told me to buy Zyrtec. I went home but was feeling worse and worse with every hour. I went back Sunday morning begging them to help cause I knew something was seriously wrong with me. I felt like I had strep throat but the test they took came out negative. They never checked for Flu cause it's supposedly not in season now. Again, just gave me some cough tablets and sent me home. I felt sicker and sicker. Monday early morning I felt like I was about to pass out. Went to emergency room. It turned out I had strep and flu at the same time. I was lucky I wasn't hospitalized. Right away was given two shots, started taking antibiotics, and flu medications. It's Monday evening I am finally starting to feel better. Only because I went to seek for help somewhere else. I don't know what kind of tests they are running, and why their results were so much off. I went there to look for help, I never received. Don't go there, just go see real doctor instead. Someone who knows what they are doing.

Depending on the day they may be running behind and there is no warning. If you get lucky though you’ll get Marion as your attending nurse. She is great!

From the moment I called to make the appointment until we left the clinic the attention was wonderful. Staff was very professional and organized as well as gentle when vaccine time came for my kids. I love this clinic and all the network of Edward Elmhurst facilities.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience at this location. I should have left after having to sign a waiver about my BCBS coverage maybe not processing because I came on a Sunday and their offices are closed on Sundays. In all my years of immediate care, many of which those appointments occurred on the weekend days, I have never been told this. Coverage is 24/7 - submit the claim on Monday. Felt really shady and like a potential way for this location to make money. Maybe the front desk worker did not explain very well but that sat wrong with me. Just sketchy. Secondarily, the entire waiting room was empty. I had an appointment for noon and they did not take me until 12:30. I'm all too familiar with long waits at doctor's offices - those are warranted when there's a room full of patients and you get behind. But waiting 30 minutes when I'm the lone patient is ridiculous. And lastly, I came in with a cough that felt like liquid was sitting deep in my lungs. I have had bronchitis quite a few times in my life and felt this was the same experience. While I'm not a medical professional I do feel like I know my body and health very well. I was told they do not have an x-ray at this location. And the final outcome of "treatment" was to drink tea with honey and take a Zyrtec. Seriously? No duh, that's clearly not working if I've had a cough that hasn't gotten better in 3 weeks .... My recommendation: find yourself another immediate care.

My wife had to wait for more than 40 min in her car (they don't let wait in the waiting area). She had sinus infection symptoms with a strong headaches. Instead, they administer flu and covid tests and prescribed NOTHING! Tests came negative and now we hav to go to another clinic!

The prep was tough due to 845am check in. The process after check in was smooth and efficient. I met both doctors who reviewed the procedures. The first two nurses couldn't find a vein for the IV, but the third put the needle in on the first try. I woke up after a brief nap and after some juice, went home with no side effects.

I waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room for Walk-In. I don't suggest this location. I left because it took too long. Go to the Addison location. Much better service.

I had a good experience at this clinic. The staff was proficient, courteous and friendly. I was put at ease and taken care of in a timely, professional manner. My doctor, the anesthesiologist and the nurses were great.

Registration was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant, polite and respectful. The doctor and operating room staff were all very nice and professional and put me at ease. They all really put me at ease and made the whole experience easier. Dr Jason Kramer is the best. Highly recommend him.

I only have great things to say about all the Elmhurst facilities. I had two outpatient procedures done and my team was awesome from beginning to end. Elmhurst has some of the greatest medical professionals, I have had, in along time. Keep up the great work and thank you all.

The Walk-In clinic is awesome! I was seen, tested and diagnosed all within one hour. They sent my prescription straight to my local CVS and my medicine was ready by the time I left the clinic. The Nurse Practitioner Sergio Sosa Jr. was amazing as well! I’ll definitely be coming back here!

quick easy service with a smile. the initial attendant, tech and physician assistant I worked with were all professional, courteous and personable! treat your health care workers with the respect and courtesy they deserve! their job is not always easy and the experience is not always easy and painless in-and-out in 20 minutes like mine was....it's not their fault and they are there to help you, be thankful!

I never write reviews or fill out surveys. However, my experience was excellent. This was the first time I've done a walk in appointment. I was being treated for pink eye. I went to my own doctor twice and tried 2 different type of eye drops and it just didn't clear up. So, I decided to try the walk in appt. I only waited 5 minutes to be seen. I got a thorough examination including reading the eye chart. It was determined I have an eye allergy which has similar symptoms as pink eye. Diff med and and diff eye drops and within 4 days I have noticed a major improvement. My own doctor didn't spend the time with me like Christine did.

Luckily just recently I had my first trip to this immediate care clinic. Once I realized I should take the trip, I thought to look online to see if they have wait time information. Once I got on their website, I was happily surprised, they showed available time slots left for the day. There was a slight wait but since they got me in same day, I did not mind at all. I was able to get treated and was on my way to pickup my prescription before I would have seen a doctor at the emergency room, so I highly recommend if you have a situation where an immediate care clinic could help solve your problem, give them a try. Both the waiting and treatment room was very clean.

As a first time patient to this location, needing a colonoscopy/endoscopy, I found everyone to be extremely professional and polite...from the receptionist to every nurse and doctor backstage. What a great staff at this location! If you have the option to schedule at this location, please do, you will feel very comfortable.

Couldn't get in to see my regular Dr so it was suggested I come here. As soon as I walked in I was sent right back outside to sit in the cold in my car even though there is plenty of space inside. I had to call to register and was told I can't go in the building. I'm here because I'm sick, and now I'm being forced to sit in the cold for at least an hour. Way to make your patients feel like trash. I know I don't have Covid, I've been tested and I had my mask on. Edward Elmhurst has gotten so big that they just don't care about individuals anymore.

Easy, convenient and quick in and out with results. This is the second time we've used this facility - both being weekends when our doc office was closed and didn't want to have to pay immediate care rates. First time received PCR covid results in less than 24 hours and second time strep and covid testing. You drive up, call the number in front of the building, get processed over the phone and they call your mobile when it's your time to enter the building. Nursing staff is wonderfully kind & efficient.

Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Rude staff, doctors, and management who lack professionalism and manners. There is no way to contact anyone who can help you and you will not receive any personalized or sincere care (in fact you might even be turned away if you are a few minutes late and forced to rebook on an impossible schedule).

My mom had a colonoscopy in this place today and I decided to leave a review because the service was excellent, since we arrived a very kind girl named Raquel helped us at the reception and she speaks Spanish and that was perfect because my mom doesn't speak English . After the Admitting nurse - Sue H came to pick us up at my reception, she took us to the preparation room and prepared my mom with great sweetness and professionalism. My mom's veins are difficult to find and in the first attempt it was a bit difficult to take the vein but they called her recovery nurse named Georganna and she managed to do it in 3 seconds, incredible, she reminded me (Amy Laurence) is a nurse in the Hospital of Murray in KY she is the nurse who has to take patients' veins when no one else can. Then Allison (Procedure Nurse) came in and took my mom to the room where they would do the colonoscopy she was so nice withs us as well and I saw that she speaks a little bit Spanish too. 15 minutes later Anesthesiologist Dr. Kailsky returned my mom to the recovery room where I was waiting for her, helped me get her settled on the bed and explained everything related to anesthesia. The Doctor who dis the Colonoscopy is Lynch Patrick he was great with my mom with good attitude he give words of encouragement to my mother because she was nervous. Thank you all because you are all excellent! My mom named me a person that I could not meet but who was also very kind to her. Her name is Barbara. I decided to leave this review because each one of them deserves it, dealing with patients is not easy and less so when they do not speak the same language or when they are very nervous, the health area is very delicate and this team did their best to mark a difference on my mom's day. Here I am sitting in the living room of my mother's house and she does not stop repeating to me: “Nancy they treated me very well, I am blessed” Thank you all God bless you all!
