Perfect place to spend the day at this outdoor aqua park located in Penrith! Great space with great facilities for the young and adventurous folks to drain and energy and shed some calories! It is advisable to get the day pass for aqua park as single session of 50minutes is just not enough! There are many tables around so bring your lunch box for a picnic, even plenty of space on the shaded grass. There's a playground for the kids, basket ball court, water fountain, cafe, BBQ pit and volley ball court.

This place was only a bit fun due to the fact that there was poo all over the inflatables and in the water. Also the water was extremely dirty, mucky and just not enjoyable

Very helpful staff. Encouraged us to do cable and surfboard which was awesome experience. Coupled of things need to address 1 water is very dirty like black 2 is very weird stones on shore which was really uncomfortable rest is awesome cafe is there little shop and air jumping mat thing for kids. Great place for kids. The inflatables are a great challenge even for the adults. You can wake board if you want to. Life jackets are supplied.

Went here recently for a kids birthday party. Was busy as it was a nice day and weekend but it didnt feel over crowded. Great facilities, kids food was ok - kind of expected for a birthday party. Easy to get to and great amount of parking available

Cables caters for all skill levels and is pretty great in that regard. Definitely try to get a groupon deal or similar, because they will save you a truckload! The aqua park is so much fun with a big group of friends. Not sure how clean the water is but it's worth it! General facilities are also excellent. Worth the drive!

My kids love the aqua park! It is great for parties too. There is a discount if you have more than 10 people. We always go to the first and second sessions as it gets busy later in the day. Ring ahead to book a table (if required).

The Aqua park is a terrific holiday destination for all ages. We took our 17, 14 and 10 year old Grandkids today and they had a ball. The staff are very friendly the safety briefing was loud and clear. We did 2x50 min sessions and by the end of that the kids were exhausted. Great time was had by all. Our only negative was that there are no water refill opportunity.

The Cables Wake Park and Aqua Park / Penrith Area NSW. Present in quite and beautiful area at Penrith...with alot of car parking, also disability car parking are available... It is a Very good, suitable place and should be visited...you will enjoy your times, the place includes Coffee shop, toilets and other services...BBQs available but you have to pay some coins, there is coffee shop for hot, cold drinks and also serves foods includings sandwiches, chips, salads, hot dogs and so one, there are tables and very confortable places to sit with amazing view, the clear blue water and cables wake water slides...well prepared and its exciting...really it's good for the people to have a relax and breath the happiness, moreover it's the place of choice to be visited by the families bringing there children, also for the NDIS groups, their participants will enjoy! And spend a couple's of hours The Cables Wake Park and Aqua Park is very clean and the views there are so beautiful, do not forget to take pictures and selfes for your memories and the good times you spending there... We went there and we were 7 people, we all were happy and the time pass very fast we took many amazing photos, the weather was good too, and this was adding to our visit. We received one of the best customer service not by just one person but the whole team today. My kids and I absolutely loved the water park. We will definitely will travelling back real soon

A fun day out. We had an hour training followed by an hour game. Trainers were nice, however the practice we had was vast different from the actual game. Little instruction for the actual game was available. The knee board was ok but we did not manage well for the stand up board. Will rate this place 3.5 star. Could be more enjoyable if they give more instructions to the beginners.

Great place to spend the day with friends and family. Not expensive since the park is open to everyone - you just pay if you use the cable wake boards. If parents are just taking children, they can sit and relax. Only downside is that the beginners side gets very packed and you only get to ride a handful of times if that happens (so you better not fall or you'll have to queue again).

Good place to be at with the family if they know how to swim, very kind and friendly staff members, Free entry worth a try if you just want to see it

Fantastic place for kids. There's the usual like Luna Park and the zoo but if your a family with kids who just want to have fun and adventure then this is the place to go. Great facilities for whole family we had a 2 year old who just played on swings and sand pit all day and looked at fish in the water whilst the older kids wake boarded around the lake holding the cables all day long couldn't wipe the smile from their faces..bbq facilities under cover tables to enjoy your lunch definitely 5 stars plus compared to what the rest of Sydney offers for kids..

Great place to be, for enjoying either sport activities, when the kids enjoy the Aqua park. Or playing on the sand, or basketball 🏀.. I want thank all the Staff that serve us, on Sunday 30/10/2022. Either at the food place, or at the park, they are very welcoming, happy, and they share the joy on the place. We did say their tell they close, with no one been rude to us. My kids had private wakeboarding lesson with Rayn. They had a wonderful time and Rayn and Courtney were Fantastic. Highly recommended.

A fun water park to play in Sydney inner west. Spacious water pool. Facilities are well maintained. Lots of fun to have in this place.

Good place for the whole family with kids over 5 and who enjoy playing with water. The toilet and changing room are a bit too small, and there is no showering room.

Great family day! So much laughter heard by everyone around. Only thing I could fault was the coffee's and hot chocolate's, they were TERRIBLE pretty much undrinkable.

Great place to spend full or half day for wakeboarding and kneeboarding. Although I have had a sore arms for next 2 days, it was totally worth it! No experience needed, clear instructions and friendly staff members. Also plenty of parking, nice shaded balcony to chill and beautiful shop at the entrance for all you need for surfing and other water sports. Try to book early morning sessions to avoid crowd and waiting time on the queue to jump.

Brought the lads here for a bucks activity and had the best time! We rented booked out a lake for 2 hours and were completely exhausted by the end of it. I highly recommend going and looking for an instructor named Rob, he was a great guy that took care to make sure we had a fantastic time.

Great water sports park! The staff are phenomenal and create such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. They're always there to help and encourage anyone who comes through! Would definitely and highly recommend Cables wake park to anyone and everyone!

Aqua Park is lots of fun for all ages! Decent amount of parking even on a hot day. Good to get in early because they take a while at the check-in area, buying tickets and doing the forms online help slightly but you do end up waiting in line almost as long as people buying tickets there. The park itself has plenty of obstacles so even though it's busy you can always find a spot, and the water wasn't cold at all. You're given a life vest before you get on. There are sprinklers on many obstacles to keep them from getting too hot. There are also shaded seating areas for those not going in the water, and an indoor kiosk. The last aqua park slot of the day has the least people, so that must be a nice option for those avoiding the crowds.

Unsatisfactory and unfair outcome, I had booked to take my daughter and her 3 friends to this venue for her 10th birthday however due to the extreme heatwave on Saturday (09/12/23) the temperature was predicted to be 44 degrees at Penrith. We live 1.5 hours from this venue. Early Saturday morning I tried to contact the venue via phone and email and got no response until today from Courtney telling me their office hours are Monday to Friday. But they operate 7 days a week??? We decided Saturday to follow NSW health guidelines and stayed (home)indoors. This company have not been helpful they won’t let us rebook unless we pay again the full amount $260, with the cost of living we can not afford to repay, my daughter is so upset. I think this company is been very unreasonable and very unfair. I was not asking for refund I just requested to reschedule due to extreme weather conditions.Never again. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic spot, great facilities... but remember to call at least the day before to book a table, we didn't know that was required so had to sit on ground which made difficult for food. Kids got cold and did say 1 hour was just right, 2nd hour a bit long as they got cold with breeze (it was 26 degrees day so likely just the breeze factor). Highly recommended.

Had my Son's 13th there yesterday. Very happy with the service. The staff were very helpful. The kids had a blast in the Aqua Park. Food was served on time and any issues were fixed promptly. Good afternoon outing.

Overall the park was great the only let down was customer service in the cafe. The girls behind the counter seemed to be more interested in chit chatting while customers wait to be served, what made it even more memorable was I had a packet of crisps in my hand when I order and she forgot to include it in my eftpos then when she rang it again she said there’s a $5 minimum and asked if I wanted something else I told her it wasn’t my fault she missed it in the first transaction so why do I now have to pay extra for her stuff up. I’m hoping the management read this and do something about the cafe service.

It was very fun (even for a groupof adults!) But the water felt bit dirty and it wasn't pleasant when i got water in the nose............ I'm hoping they are cleaning or changing the water on a regular basis at least

Took family here and from outside , thought no! This place is not as fun as wet n wild we just passed on the way . BUt, hubby and I decided to go inside. And I was amazed how fun this place is !! my son played the waterboarding and he wanted to be here everyday ! My daughter was having fun at the aqua park. We payed less than $200 for 3 kids all day pass for both. Water boarding + aqua park all day for my 13 yo son and all day pass for 10 yo and 9 yo . Mom and dad had time to enjoy the view ❤️. Very well done to all the staff members who make this place awesome , it takes a team work to make a remarkable memory for costumers . I’ll definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️
