This was a 50/50 experience. I got three things, and only one was decent. I asked for the bagel to be extra toasted, and it didn’t seem like it was toasted at all. I got an iced coffee which was made with hot water and instant coffee, and then the employee walked around the counter to put ice in it from the fountain machine. The employees were also not wearing masks even though there was a sign on the door saying masks were required. I usually enjoy American Bagel, but this location does not hold up to the brand.

Disappointed I used to come here for years and their speciality blueberry bagel always had blueberries melted on the outside along with a crunch filling now it’s just a regular blueberry bagel not specialty at all

Never had a bad experience until this morning. Young girl with bandana and round glasses was so rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. The bagels were barley toasted and had no butter as I asked for. If that Is the new morning person, will probably have to find a new one because no one wants to feel as if they are a bother ordering their breakfast :/

I’ve been coming here for years, never had a bad experience! I love the Turkey club on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, no tomato and add cheddar cheese!😋

The cinnamon crunch bagels used to be my favorite bagels from anywhere. But the last several times, I’ve noticed that they don’t actually have the cinnamon crunch topping on top like they usually have, instead there is just plain sugar on top. For that reason, I have started going back to Panera to get my cinnamon crunch bagels, since they actually put the crunch topping on top. I might try again to see if they go back to making them the way they used to. If so, I’ll update my review.

Food is good. Service is good. Kind of expensive. They need to brighten up the place. It looks like they're out of business. But, I decided to go to the door and try it. My daughter whose vegetarian wanted a sandwich and I couldn't think of any place nearby to go. I'll try it again. If they have a special, I'll definitely take advantage of it.

So happy it's a brick and mortar I can come to close to home. Only time I've ever had these great bagels and awesome homemade cream cheeses is at the airport. Staff here is super friendly and the environment feel local unlike most chains.

I love this place. One of my coworkers told me about the great American bagel and I’m obsessed with there Veggie supreme. Being a vegetarian I love how they have options. I get this place almost 3x a week lol highly recommend! ❤️ Staff is extremely kind and welcoming as well!

Great American Bagel is a quaint place with a tasty menu. The bagels are unique. The sandwiches have become special because you can't get them any where else. They need breakfast sandwiches, so I don't have to stop somewhere else. The spreads are the best!

Had the best experience here with Crystal & Eli. First she made my sandwiches so well fresh & delicious I came back & ordered with Eli their customer service is top tier ! I will be a life long returning customer . Eli was very nice & informative thank you both so much . Very professional

Basic fresh baked bagels without all the different flavors. Carbs are really high, so it's a bi-monthly treat.

The food is great but for me a little bit expensive for a bagel. But the taste was very good.

They charge appropriately 14% on purchases. How are the allowed??
