Not friendly at all. Put the wrong ice cream shop in my GPS and ended up at this lil spot, but never again. The ice cream that I got was a caramel apple. It tasted like McDonald’s caramel sundae. No apple at all. I meant to go to Cold Stone Creamy. They should put a sign up that states “Whites Only”

Terrible customer service!!! The manager Carly addmittef that thier phones were only fixed last week (you know almost the end of season for an ice cream store) after not working all last year! I went through the drive through and tried to order 2 quarts of rainbow ice cream, not an inexpensive purchase, but was told I had to call the order in. Apparently I should have checked myc crystal ball to know the phones had finally been fixed. Carly spent more time arguing with me than it would have taken to fill the order. My family tries to support Tinley businesses whenever possible, But we willnever gobtheir again!

The creamery has fantastic ice cream! Their ice cream is rich, creamy, and flavorful! They have the best cookie dough! Pair vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and brownie toppings and I will be in heaven! I highly recommend you grab yourself a scoop!

Went here at like 12 o’clock after they closed and sat on the cow I don’t know if the icecream is good or not seems like it would be but the cow was awesome

Went there for rainbow cones which they no longer have. Lots of other good things.
