If you like looking through acres & acres of clothes, shoes, etc. You will like this Outlet. It's not for me. We just lost another decent store, in the PKB, WV / Marietta, Ohio area.

It's now a third rate store. The CEO must be very proud of turning this store into the "new lol k". Well at least when Belk fails more opportunities will be created for small businesses.

Good selection and staff. Very nice store.

When I entered Belk Outlet I was surprised 😯 at the new layout. But once I found my section I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of choices. I got a great deal on 3 Shirts and a pair of Shoes. I'm for sure going back to Belk Outlet 1st the next time I'm clothes shopping

Lots of merchandise, a great place to shop for bargains. Can be frustrating if you you see something you like but not in your size.many things have limited size availability. Brand names tend to have less markdown. Reasonably clean and organized,

Lots of colors! We were looking for men’s dress shirts, in extra large, nothing, even though there was so much variety.

Ok selection. Miss the Hobo International brand. They pick and choose what they let you return. I had receipt and tags. Receipt says returns accepted for longer than store says.

The gal that waited on me was very nice. Not sure I'll buy much of anything else there. I feel I could buy clothes made just as good at Gabes or other places, far cheaper.

I am always amazed at how they give you coupons then you can't use them. Only on 1 or 2 items in the store. Grrr

I love Belks baby and children's departments. I am looking forward to the new Belks Outlet store coming to our area the end of May.

It's nice to shop where customer service still matters. Great skin care products as well. Terrific sales on home buys and men's clothing. Update: No longer carry skincare or fragrance at this location, but the prices and variety of clothing are pretty fantastic.

Was pleasantly surprised at the new store. Awesome prices, easy to find sizes and styles.

I love Belks clothing selections and it is usually a relaxing place to shop.

Belk located on 300 Grand centeral Ave in Parkersburg Wv is a nice alternative or comparable to Jc pennies or even Elderbeerman , with brands like Kim Rogers and Champion.

Wow! Just wow. 2 clerks in the store couldn't really determine if they were customers or employees. No name tags. One at cosmetic counter dressed in ratty Jean's and ratty sweater. Very unkempt. How about a little pride Belks? And a dress code! Shelves were bare too!

Above and beyond customer service. Today changed my outlook on shopping here.

Maybe just a lil overpriced but lots of great clothes n great kitchen area

Don't buy from this site. Their return policy is a giant pile of horse manure. First, I want to make sure you know that I spent time measuring myself and referencing my suits in my closet. I ordered that exact size for myself from Belk, but when receiving the items they were way too small. Like a few inches around the waist too small. I started my refund process, and they stated that they could issue me a return RMA in 3 business days (really 3 days!?) Then, I asked about the one suit that I purchased when it was on sale. They stated they would not be able to honor my purchase price if I re-bought the suit again, which is the only way I could get the correct fitting suit. So I'd have to spend $30 more to get the suit that I originally ordered. According my customer service agent, they were sorry for the inconvenience but there was NOTHING they could do. To summarize, Belk's sizing is inaccurate, and you'll be the one paying for their mistake because of their incredibly terrible customer service and return policy.

Loved shopping the sale. Girl who checked out was not overly friendly. Had a good time shopping anyway!

Over 3/4 of the items I looked at didn't have a price tag! Very frustrating! Price check scanners have also been removed so you can't check prices yourself. I was trying to shop for cookware and literally would have had to take each piece to the register to check the price. Just left without purchasing anything.

They have really good sales, I went there today for their buy 1 get TWO free sale on shoes... their selection isnt as great as some other stores, but its hard to pass up that kind of deal! And i haven't looked at their website yet, but you can get the same deal there also, and I'm sure they have a lot more options than in store.
