    Love their merchandise lately. It was kind of dull for a while but they are back to having something for all the family and variety of different styles. Also they have stepped their shoe game up

    I drove from Manteno to go to this store! It was packed with merchandise everywhere! There were employees all around the store to help you! Kudos to the manager of this store! The closest store to me is in Bradley and you can never find anyone in the store to help you! It was a pleasure to shop at the Chicago Ridge Kohls store:)

    Had am exchange for a use coffee maker we received in the mail and after the service we received at the Kohls in Orland Park location Chicago Ridge provided the right service and took care of without hesitation, professional and was more than willing to assist us the way we deserved to be treated. Thank you Chicago Ridge for making this painless for us and the positive energy you gave us! Excellent Service!

    Kohl’s has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life! I have been a Kohl’s card carrying customer since 1985 - that’s 38 years that I have bought merchandise at Kohl’s. Since May I have tried multiple times to get them to correct my social security number in their system. 3 times I faxed in copies of my license and social security number and all 3 times I got a letter saying the images were blurry - in spite of the fact that my fax copies were ALL PERFECTLY LEGIBLE! I was told to fax them in rather than mail a copy as it would be safer. I talked to several customer service representatives and a supervisor to no avail. Even though they acknowledged that my social security number had been entered incorrectly in their system! Finally, I had had enough and called a week ago and told them to cancel my credit card. Today I received a letter in the mail stating “your recent application for a Kohl’s credit card account has not been approved because I already have an existing Kohl’s account!!!! What the heck? Unbelievable!! I called the customer service number on the letter today and asked to speak supervisor. The girl “Andrea” said she couldn’t connect me with a supervisor via her computer (I was on hold for 15 minutes) and ultimately she told me she would have the supervisor call me back. She was ready to hang up and I asked if she had my phone number? No she didn’t, she didn’t even know my name! I had to give her both. And of course, the supervisor never called me back! I am so utterly disgusted with this whole mess! Four months of trying to have Kohl’s fix the issue and ZERO help! There are many other stores I can purchase what I need. I’m through with Kohl’s

    I am not a fan of Kohl's. I feel they over charge so they can give you back Kohl's cash that I never get to use!!!! I'm either the day before or the day after it's time to use them. I have enough stress in my life and that just makes me so mad when I miss the time frame 😒

    Kolhs Store at Chicago Ridgeway …. My visit there was excellent. I did not carry my Kolhs card that day and the cashier who attended me she was absolutely amazing with me. She looked up my Kolhs card with my ID and gave me the discount the was available for me with my Kolhs card. She offered it to do that for me… she was very kind and patient…. I was completely satisfied with her nice and beautiful attitude.

    Staff sucks! They treat anyone with tattoos like they are thefts! Lost prevention sucks at their job they are a dead give away! If they got paid or needed to meet a quota they'd be broke and get fired if theywanted to catch someone stealing it wouldn't happen can spot them a mile away which is also Insulting when you're not doing nothing wrong! That's what the cameras are for in the office I thought! They must like making people feel like somethings wrong about them to be attracting attention to themselves and being watched by staff! Get some better business guys!!
