    Stayed two nights and ate three meals at the hotel. The food was clean and adequate and good enough to keep me from going out. The staff is excellent and professional. THE ROOM WAS FANTASTIC. Very quiet, immaculately clean, fresh, everything worked and was in top condition, and I considered ripping out the shower and taking it home with me. Room quality is the best I’ve experienced in a long, long time.

    This hotel is AMAZING!! Seriously, go ahead and book it!!!! If you want a CLEAN, quiet, convenient location, THIS HOTEL IS IT!!! And you are close to several grocery stores and other shopping stores!! The first night, Ana at the front desk was able to give me a room at the last minute due to a large event but she was able to get me in a room! It was Mother’s Day weekend so I was especially grateful!!! The next morning, ALL THE STAFF were so RESPECTFUL, generous and courteous! Paris, Maria, and the morning shift manager! They had no problem accommodating me with towels and whatever else I needed!!! Some of the perks of this hotel is that it has VERY FAST ROOM SERVICE for good prices! I had a Turkey burger and wings while I was there! The restaurant was very very convenient!!! The housekeepers were all very good! Making sure everything was spotless!!! The shuttle to the airport is a plus! And they have complimentary coffee every morning ! I definitely will book here again and again !!!

    I’ve been working in town for six months and have enjoyed some exemplary customer service at this hotel. A could of folks stand out: Ana at coaches restaurant - friendly service (I’ve had salmon Caesar salads here about 50 times) - genuinely good customer service, good food, special. Carlos in housekeeping/maintenance - customer service superstar as well, and finally the night team - hit coffee and a smile at 0400 daily. Great team. Keep it up.

    Our stay was going well. Noticed the chair in the room had a broken leg and was old. The main issue was there was a booked event in the hotel and the music was beyond loud. We had a 6am flight the next day and the event was allowed to play obnoxiously loud music until 11pm. Called down to front desk and was met with a "there is nothing we can do, good luck" attitude. They claimed there was nothing that could be done for the noise level which is beyond a lie. Clearly the receptionist did not listen to a word I said because when I voiced our 6am flight and need to leave the hotel at 4am, she wanted to placate our disturbance with a next day breakfast voucher. Oh yes, let me accept the voucher that I will NOT be able to use. I have never stayed anywhere where a party is allowed to disturb guests. The purpose of a hotel is to have a place of rest, not party central. At least give guest a heads up, do a better job of soundproofing, actually control the noise level, which is a thing, of your booked events. Very disappointed.

    5 dollars for a 20 oz. bottle of coke (in market) 125% markup. Watch out for price gouging at this location. The rooms are decent... Only one staff member serving in the restaurant. Breakfast food quality was good

    Gaby and Deanna at Coaches (the restaurant/bar on site) are absolutely amazing! Great service, great food, and friendly and positive attitudes! They are always smiling and they are so much fun! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area again!

    I gave this one star for the front desk customer service. It sucks. 1st of all, she was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes steady. You also need to make a reservation just to swim. The best news yet is the lady at front desk charged an extra $100 and said they made a mistake but I have to wait for a week for my money back. Worst customer service at this place. The room was lovely tho

    Took my family here for an overnight getaway. Arrived to the room to find that the toilet was broken. We were planning to swim, but instead ended up waiting for someone from maintenance to arrive. The flow valve was in an advanced state of failure. This should never have happened. Housekeeping should have noticed the problem long before it got this bad. The next morning, we still could not use the pool. The manager stopped us stating that something was wrong with it and being repaired. I really had higher expectations for Double Tree! The manager who checked us out the next morning didn't seem to care about the inconveniences. The only person who did seem to care, whom I ran into on the elevator, was the hospitality manager, Carlos, who brought some meal vouchers to our room. This visit was supposed to be a special treat for my family, but it turned out to be a disappointment for my 3-year old who was really looking forward to swimming.

    Great place to stay if flying out of midway airport. The flights were much cheaper in Chicago, and the stay was amazing! They provide shuttle service to the airport and served you delicious cookies upon checkin. They also have an option to hold your car while you are on vacation. Bus driver to the airport was rude, but will stay there always..

    Rooms are tightly arranged. The price we paid per night for the area and had to pay for water in the room. TV channels were not what the guide read as and i complained... front desk told me to just try all the channels until i find what I'm looking for. There was nothing they could do but let someone know🤔🤥☹️

    Ramiro is an amazing employee and a large asset to your company. Also I want to mention your bar tender Diana. Amazing , they are both very prompt and most definitely take pride in there job. Employees like these 2 are far and few between so please make sure you compensate them for an amazing job well done. You can tell that both enjoy what they do and take pride in the job of serving the clientele. They are both a true asset to your business. Thank you

    Had Ramiro as my server and had an amazing experience. Had another drink right when I needed and was super attentive to the table. Can definitely say you’ll have an amazing experience if you get Ramiro as the server.

    After a long day we decided to check out the Coaches Restaurant for our last day. We were greeted by Diana who was amazing. She made an amazing Margarita that was bang on with flavour. She recommended that we try the Coaches pasta with shrimp which was delicious. Was very impressed with her service and how she took care of us.

    Excellent service! Ramiro very friendly. Had his recommendation for dinner of the herb chicken breast. I upgraded my side to the Brussels and everything was delicious. Our server Gaby was just as impressive. We will be back if going to Midway Airport again.

    Had a slight problem with the digital key, did not realize that I needed to be in the hotel for it to completely upload. I would have appreciated that information prior to accessing it. It was convenient to have contactless access to the room, elevator, etc. The room was very nice and staff were exceptional in providing assistance and service. Will definitely stay there again.

    Our dinner was delicious. The herb roasted chicken with grilled veggies and baby potatoes were excellent. Gaby gave such wonderful service. She was so attentive & accommodating Re: the special dietary needs of our party.

    Needed a place to eat on a quick trip to Chicago. Happened into Coaches Sports Bar and Grill. Ramiro took great care of me. His suggestion for dinner, Herb Chicken along with Chicken Noodle soup, was the best. Adriana and Ramiro made it a point to make this a special dining experience. Highly recommend!!

    Front desk outstanding. Usenia (?)...sorry if I got that wrong..she was about to go home but put her things down to check us in. Then Alex stepped in to complete. At check out another staff member assisted us. All very nice, polite, articulate. Superior customer service. The difference from The Hampton is like day and night.

    The entire hotel staff and employees at Coaches Sports Bar & Grill were exceptional. Specifically, Adriana (Server) and Erika (Cook) were phenomenal. Their professionalism, personality and kindness were very much appreciated. A wonderful staff. Thank you!

    Been here quite a few times over the past year due to work. All the staff is great. I've had Ramiro serve a few times in the restaurant and he's been great! Coaches is a great restaurant. I usually go with the herb chicken, but you honestly can't go wrong with any of it.

    I travel for work - I spend 18 nights/month in a hotel. I have stayed at a countless number of hotels across New York State and Illinois and this is one of the best, hands down. This place is consistently amazing and I have never had any issues at all whatsoever. Also, the restaurant is awesome. I highly recommend!

    Gaby is the absolute best! We flew in to south bend for a game and needed a place to watch the eagles game prior to our flight heading back to Philadelphia. Gaby took such great care of us and book a spot for 40 people plus was amazing in her service and attitude. 10/10 recommend coaches and Gaby!

    Rooms are clean and spacious! Love all the amenities. Ramiro was our server at Coaches (the hotel restaurant) and he was fantastic. Food was delicious!

    I can’t say enough great things about the service here and cleanliness. After a crazy awful day of flight experiences Diana made us feel right at home at Coaches! She was amazing! What a quick Chicago treat for an impromptu visit! The front desk staff was also amazing, customer service 10/10.

    Every aspect of our stay met the standards I expect. The dining in the facility has awesome food and service. Friendliness, cleanliness and staff attitude all total and excellent experience. Would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family!

    Fantastic location. Fantastic accommodation s, Fantastic staff..... beautiful suites are available here. A perfect location for a weekend getaway or for traveling from/to Midway airport. And yes the cookies are waiting for you when you arrive. Enjoy Chicago

    The rooms are great with microwave, fridge , coffee etc.. but what keeps me coming back is the awesome customer service!!! One that is a favorite to so many is Mary, who works early morning! I stay here at least 3 days a month. I’m an early bird and Mary always greets me with a smile. She has hot coffee set up and always makes time to answer any question u may have! Mary your the reason so many of us keep coming back!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

    Overall it's wasn't bad. Rooms and bathroom were clean and beds well made. Want to give 5 stars but except for Kevin, front desk staff can be more on top of things and better trained. I also appreciated Kevin's knowledge of getting around Midway Airport. Had to pickup my family at airport at 1:00am and preferred not to get lost like in O'Hare.

    Rooms were spacious, clean, well decorated, nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of free parking. We had a nice stay, but when we check in the house phone and refrigerator our room didn't work, plus it two to the ice machine on our floor.

    The staff was warm cordial and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast at coach's restaurant was very good. The pool area was clean, my girls really enjoyed themselves.

    Exceeded my expectations. Very affordable and clean. Comfortable beds and nice linens. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable. The windows have three panes of glass and completely block out the airport noise.

    Excellent hotel very close to Midway. Shuttle starts at 4AM to assist with early flights. Super clean and quiet. Professional and helpful staff. Welcome cookies were delicious!

    We’ve been waiting over 40 minutes for our room to be ready. It’s 9pm on a Saturday night, we’re not trying to check in early or anything. We’re being told they have available rooms but they don’t know which ones are clean/available. Why is this an issue at 9pm?Completely unacceptable. Instead of being helped the staff keeps disappearing into an office. I would avoid staying here.

    Exterior and lobby are well kept and clean, The staff if you can find them at the front desk are helpful and friendly. (offering a cookie on check in) The rooms were somewhat clean, the mattress was In a bed bug bag and that's great. But the hair all over the room and spots of filth didnt make for a super enjoyable experience. Overall if I needed to I could stay here again especially knowing the condition of the hotels around this one.

    Alyssa checked us in she was super sweet and helpful made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and housekeeping even gave us extra towels. Maria checked us out she was super busy but she took the time to make us feel important and made sure we had everything we needed before we left to the airport. With customers service like these two ladies gave us we would always choose doubletree.

    Very clean hotel; staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the previous guests left three dirty washcloths hanging on the shower curtain rod that housekeeping missed....but the room itself was spotless. NFL Sunday ticket at the bar was a bonus and the food was great!

    This was a last minute choice due to flight delays, but it was enjoyable and conveniently located near Midway airport. The free shuttle was also convenient and appreciated, as it is less than a 10 minute drive. Rooms were clean and quiet, hotel restaurant was ok but not spectacular. Lots of airline crews checking in, which I considered a good sign.

    A nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The front desk is friendly and it’s a close location to the airport. The staff down at coaches restaurant are excellent! Rick and Ana always take great care of me! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I’ll be back

    Ramiro is always my waiter at the Coaches Sports Bar & Grill. He does a phenomenal job, provides an excellent service and is always very polite! Great restaurant and a great hotel ask for Ramiro!
