If I could give this place a zero I would. I needed to get a room for the night for me and my three children. She asked how old my son was, I told her ten. She proceeded to tell me that they could not rent to me. They only allow children 1 and under. That’s absurd l, I’ve never heard of anything that asinine before. You’re a little run down motel picking and choosing who to rent to for the night.

Bed is comfortable, but the rooms smell of smoke, a stale smell that you can't get out of your clothes and hair, it's hard to sleep when u can't breathe. Carpets are old with cigarette burns, holes in wall, no hot water, warm if you're lucky after 10 min of waiting. Not ideal place to spend a whole evening, only good for super short stays. Limited TV channels.

Rooms are decent for motel... This is not the Essence Suites if that is what customers who complained wanted then go pay the price... The ppl on here complaining just tripping cause they thought their s*x was worth more lol... I stayed here 4 days and not cause I'm homeless; I'm an homeowner just needed to get away from it all for a moment... Will recommend to anyone looking to rest up, have some peace, and get a little too... Nice neighborhood establishment. Will be back!!!

Rooms clean. Bed huge,flat screen tv. Two slightly odd things bathroom sink is in the alcove before you go to the bathroom. And it an odd way to get into the building to find the room. My only complaint the remote didn't work. Other then that it was all good.

My brother stayed at this location and I visited him there. The rooms do not look like the pictures posted. His room smelled like a cigarette parlor and he doesn't smoke. The room was in great need of repairs and cleaning.

Clean rooms relaxing environment and you're able to smoke inside your room which is a plus for it being the winter time. My Wife and I enjoyed staying the night here the bed wasn't itchy and the towels were actually clean... The clerk wasn't that pleasant to deal with but who is these days doing Covid... Would return if I was in the area and needed a place to crash out at for the night...

I've been going to the Beverly Motel for years. The location is great,public transportation at the door. The rooms are clean and priced reasonable with a mini fridge and microwave. A $5 cash key deposit is required.

Decent place to stop for a quickie...I'm sure they make enough $$$ to replace the beds..Staff be polite..rooms be clean...good location

This place really needs to be updated, no remotes for the TV, also you can hear everything going on, need to be sound proofed, need security

They was right in the hallway fighting yelling so rachet there room is old design dirty carpet just never again omm
