This is the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. The staff was extremely well mannered and courteous. They treated me with respect. When I got into the room after a somewhat wait which is to be expected at an urgent care. The PA that I saw figured out what was wrong with me immediately even though I had had an ER visit a few days earlier I was relieved to know what was wrong with me and that it was fixable I would recommend this place to anyone that needed to be seen urgently but that doesn’t need to go to the ER. Please evaluate what is wrong with you before going to the emergency room if you don’t really need to go to an emergency room but need to be seen urgently please consider going to this urgent care you won’t regret it

This place is amazing! Being able to fill out all the paperwork online before you even get there helped with a speedy check-in and short wait time. The NP that saw me was so friendly, and knew her stuff. I felt very comfortable and confident in the care I was getting. Plus, a slushy machine in the waiting room? And they gave my kid a toy and sticker? A+. I wish this place could be used as my primary care. Keep up the good work!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rachel was very caring to me and my grandson. Even though Covid 19 precautions were in place patient care was still a high priority. Thank you for your help and continue to be patient friendly and safe.

I went to WellNow in Crestwood for my DOT Physical. It was a great experience. There was a very short wait, and once I was called to the back I expected business as usual. Only it was different.I felt like they went above and beyond in taking care of me. Everyone was friendly and all of my questions were answered. Not only that the price was good too.

I was having an issue with billing, so I called the clinic directly and had the pleasure to speak with Lydia. I was upset, and hollering. I apologized to Lydia several times for my behavior because I was upset regarding the bill. Let me tell you Lydia NEVER gave me the energy back, she listened to what the issue was, she was so emphatic to my problem. She displayed so much customer service to me. Thank you Lydia. She listened, promised to call back and she did just that with an resolution to my issue. Thank you Lydia for your kindness and understanding. We need more people like you, especially when dealing with customers like me. Again I'm sorry for my behavior and thank you for understanding. Lydia you are amazing and keep up the good work.

My visit to this wellness clinic was a letdown, and I can't recommend it to anyone. First up, the respect for my time could have been more present. I arrived on time but was left standing for 13 minutes because the receptionist was on the phone instead of just putting that person on hold and taking 20 seconds to check me in. Things got even worse when I noticed a serious lack of cleanliness. Staff were moving from room to room using the same gloves, not even washing their hands in between. This is a big no-no, especially in a place that's meant to be all about health and wellness. The person assigned to me, a CNA, kept asking me about stuff that was already on my ID. It felt like they were prying into my business, making me uneasy. The biggest problem, though? There wasn't a single actual doctor on-site. A single Nurse practitioner and a few CNAs ran the whole place. Don't get me wrong; I've got nothing against nurse practitioners, but in this case, they just didn't cut it. They looked me over, said they didn't know what was up, and told me to return in a few days. Which, of course, I'd have to pay for! The next day, I went to a proper doctor. Straight away, they knew what was wrong, gave me antibiotics, and now I'm good to go. It makes you wonder so don't waste your time nor money. Also, many reviews talk about a doctor who does follow-up calls. But guess what? I have yet to hear from this doctor. So, either they're not around anymore, or those reviews are made up. So, my advice to you? Think twice before choosing this clinic. With the long waits, dodgy cleanliness, nosy questions, and the lack of a real doctor on-site, it's not worth it.

With it being my first time going there. It was great. Receptionist was very pleasant and professional. And, after checking what I went for she explained and help me to know more about the problem and what to do at home to make me feel better. Very professional atmosphere. I would recommend others to visit.

The wait time at this location is absolutely ridiculous. I made an appointment for 1:45 checked in, sat in my car per their instructions and no one called me to come in after waiting 30 min. So I walk in after waiting in my car for 30 min and explained to the receptionist I have been checked in over 30 min now. The receptionist was very kind and got me back right away to a room and now I am waiting even longer just to get a physical for my job. The clinic is pretty slow so its not like they are busy and I hear them talking outside of the exam room at the desk. I am a registered nurse and I find this to be unprofessional and poor patient care. If you need to come to this clinic please chose another location such as Frankfort or Orland Park, because If I had the choice I would have went there instead.

I’ve had some good doctors here, but my last two experiences here have been a nightmare. Specifically with Dr. Schnell. I Went 2 hours before they closed and the staff was clearly ready to go, they were rude, and I had no choice but to be seen by the same doctor who once told asked me “Do you not know your own body?” Tonight she was rude, came into the room with no warning at one point to go through the cabinets and then left without saying anything to me, and after continuously questioning when my symptoms started asked me one last time if they started 3 days ago and that time put it in air quotes as if to imply I was lying about when they started. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else!!

We took my daughter in because she wasn't feeling well. It took us a bit for her to get seen. The young lady at the front was helpful but I could t hear her under the mask. We decided to wait in the car because the waiting area was full. Once we got to the back the nurses and NP were so good. I have absolutely no complaints on their bedside manner. They were so patient with my 3 year old. I will be coming here when we need to be seen and our doctors don't have appointments. This place was so quick and efficient.

Everything went smoothly for my visit here! Michael was extremely thorough with his questions. I was nervous I’d forget some details to bring up, but he asked proper questions and follow-up questions. I felt confident that I told everything I needed to tell so that I can get an accurate diagnosis. The nurse practitioner later joined and they both educated me very well on how to move forward and any precautions I should take for myself and those around me. I brought my mother and partner with me, too, and they were able to answer all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. They were very kind, patient, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I’m glad I came here!

I arrived 30 mins before closing time, and the woman at the front desk told me the NP isn’t seeing anyone. I told her the clinic closes at 8pm, she told me she is doing a “procedure,” and won’t be seeing any more patients. How ridiculous! I leave and another employee met me at my car, and told me front desk thought they were backed up that’s why she told me that. I was the only non-employee there. I appreciated her because I had a real issue that I needed to be seen for. The NP was nice as well as the rad tech. However, the woman who did my test was predicting why I am here and my results. Literally in earshot, and she must have thought I was dumb. Unprofessional if you have time go somewhere else.

I have been there several times and each time was a pleasure. Everyone is respectful, and courteous. Everyone that walks in is priority. Waiting rooms to the patient rooms is very clean and they make you feel comfortable being there no matter what is wrong. Carmesha the NP is really good, and she listens closely to everything you say. You know that she cares about everyone that is there. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I can’t begin to describe what a pleasure it was to use WellNow Urgent Care in Crestwood. I had been exposed to Covid a few days earlier and needed to get a test ASAP. I had tried the usual pharmacy websites, but could not schedule a test for at least another week. The WellNow website was easy to use, and I was able to schedule a test that afternoon. The ease of scheduling was just the beginning of an excellent experience. I was able to scan my info and fill out the registration paperwork prior to the appointment. A text was sent 45 minutes before the appointment telling me how to check in once I arrived. The wait in the car was about 5 minutes. No one was in the waiting room, and I was shown to an exam room immediately. In and out in 5 minutes. The staff was very professional. And I had the results in less than 24 hours!!!

Had my boyfriend there a few days before me and everyone was very nice and concerned did everything plus to get him better. I had gone a few days later for myself these workers are the best they ran a few tests to rule out one issue. My results were in within 24hrs. I will recommend anyone to go here for all their urgent issues.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience, considering the reason for my visit. Top notch knowledgeable, courteous and efficient staff. They got me in and out with ease. The pre check in app is AMAZING, and easy to navigate. I especially appreciated Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Snell , the reception guy, triage nurse asst and X-ray tech at Crestwood Illinois location. I came for a drug screen. I knew I had to give urine so I purposely came with a full bladder. After waiting about an hour and half I tell the lady at front desk I have to go to bathroom can she ask them can I come back and at least go in the cup. She said no they’re busy. She didn’t attempt to accommodate me or offer an appointment for later time. After going to bathroom I asked for manager the manager told her to register me. With only one person other than me waiting she still didn’t register me. Clearly she was very unconcerned about customer satisfaction. I will never return.

Every time I go there, I don't have any problem. They are me really good. The nurses are very good. They offer me water coffee.

I’m strictly commenting on the wait time. I appreciated the ease of making an appointment on line, but what’s the point if you’re still going to wait two hours to be seen? Appointment was for 1pm. Admittedly checked in at 1:04pm because of Cicero construction. Went up front to double check I was checked in at 2pm after two others who came in after me were taken back. I was then brought to room. Another hour in room and still waiting at 3:05pm…

I walked in without an appointment and saw a doctor in about 30 min. On a weekday around 4:30 pm, I was pleased with the service and thought the doctor was very nice and professional. She got my diagnosis and prescribed medication. I was pleased.

Very friendly there. Once I got in it went pretty quick. Dr and assistant were so easy to talk to and understand. I highly recommend this urgent care in Crestwood.

I honestly love coming here! Whenever my kids and I are sick and can’t get into our doctors this is where we come! They are always so nice and helpful. It’s very cleanly and they are organized. When they are more busier you wait times may be a bit longer but overall this is the best one around!

I called to get my daughters stitches taken out and I was seen immediately. The staff was so nice to us and even gave my baby toys and a slushy to take home . 10/10 highly recommended.💕

I would’ve said this place was wonderful and I have told people to go here but my latest experience is making me retract that statement! My daughter had pink eye so I was given an ointment to treat her instead of drops! The ointment is difficult to administer so I called as soon as the office opened the next day and left a message with the receptionist to please ask if I could get a new prescription sent to the same pharmacy for the drops instead! I was told someone would make the decision and get back to me before end of day! I didn’t hear from ANYONE and the pharmacy closes at 5 so I called back at 3:30 and again the receptionist took my information and said someone would get back to me at the end of the day! No one got back to me and my 5 year old has been struggling with the ointment l was given! Thanks for nothing!

Excellent service, was in and out in under 30 mins. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Great place for any type of urgent care plus.....THEY HAVE A FREE SLUSHIE MACHINE!!!!❤️

One it wasn't crowded, I think I waited 10 minutes before they call my name. The staff there was very polite and friendly. The doctor came in to see me very professional, I will be going there from now on.

I am the person that doesn’t like or trust anyone in the medical profession. But I’ve never had a bad experience the numerous times I’ve been to Crestwood WellNow Urgent Care, other than an extended wait time once. The providers themselves as well as the support staff are always very kind. I’ve never had to deal with condescending attitudes or refusal to help. Many providers could learn from their compassion.

I liked being able to schedule online, wait in the comfort of my own home instead of in a waiting room filled with other sick people. Everything was clean and we were treated quickly and professionally. The care team was respectful and thorough. I'll definitely return if necessary in the future.

I love that you can make an appointment or just walk right in. The staff is all so friendly. It’s budget friendly. I used to go to a different urgent care that billed like a hospital and I’d be stuck with a huge bill. I walked in and was seen for $130 without insurance. Got my medicine later that afternoon and am on the mend now. Would highly recommend coming here if you can not get into your regular doctor or do not have insurance like myself.

Been to this location twice and had top notch care both times. Last April the doctor caught my appendicitis and immediately sent me to the ER. I was in surgery 40 minutes later as my appendix was about to burst. Amazing. Facility is clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Doctors both times were professional and straightforward. I will always attend this facility from now on.

Came in today with a sore and puffy eye. Having trouble seeing. Originally my insurance didn’t go through, but Erica at the front desk , didn’t stop there. She was kind, helpful and tenacious. Hey readers, Visiting WellNow Urgent Care for the first time was a great experience for me. As soon as I walked into the location I was acknowledged by a sweet voice that fit the person’s personality behind the counter. While waiting for name to be called, a gentleman came from the back offering treats while waiting. The wait time was not long. The employees in the back room were nice and friendly Nice atmosphere… Nice people, looking forward to seeing them again 💯🤩

If your sick or hurt this is the place for you. Had to go a couple of times and the service is always the same, Spectacular! The people are so friendly that they almost make you want to get sick more often. The care is is top notch and the care taker takes the time to understand your ailments and prescribe the right medication if needed.

I absolutely love it there. They are super fast and very attentive. I’ve taken both my 12, year old And my 10 year old and both times , it was a smooth visit. My children felt comfortable and all my concerns were answered accordingly.

Took my daughter in and used the online check in process. It reduced the waiting room wait-time by about 2 hours! It was very efficient. I had a much better experience here than I had previously. Keep up the good work!
