Normally
I
give
this
place
5
stars
for
their
stellar
service.
Today,
Sunday,
February
5,
it
was
not
ok.
First,
I
am
happy
I
called
ahead
of
time
to
see
if
they
were
open,
because
the
internet
has
them
open
all
day
today,
but
they
said
they
closed
at
2pm
when
I
called.
I
came
in
because
they
had
treated
me
for
strep
earlier
in
the
week
and
the
antibiotics
don’t
seem
to
be
working
and
I
woke
up
today
with
an
encrusted
red
eye.
The
woman
who
greeted
me
could
not
have
been
any
ruder,
even
going
so
far
as
to
tell
the
doctor
can’t
change
my
antibiotics
mid-course
(
to
my
knowledge
she
is
not
a
doctor
or
anyone
that
treats
patients).
I
hadn’t
even
brought
that
up!
Pretty
aggressive
and
rude.
She
took
my
vitals,
asked
me
how
much
I
weighed
(I
had
just
been
here
3
days
prior)
I
told
her
probably
the
same
as
last
time
I
was
here.
She
pointed
to
the
scale
for
me
to
get
on.
I
had
to
ask
her
what
my
vitals
were,
didn’t
ask
me
about
my
medications
or
allergies
etc
and
was
super
unfriendly.
Then
Caitlyn
came
in.
Just
Caitlyn.
No
clue
if
she
was
a
doctor;
nurse
PA,
etc.
I
was
some
what
confused
by
her.
She
said
it’s
not
a
good
idea
to
change
antibiotics
in
the
middle
(
I
NEVER
ASKED
ANYONE
HERE
TO
CHANGE
THEM).
I
wasn’t
confident
in
her
abilities
after
speaking
with
her,
and
her
telling
me
it
didn’t
really
look
like
conjunctivitis.
I
guess
she
didn’t
notice
I
had
no
fever
when
I
was
in
the
other
day
but
I
was
at
99
today
as
well
as
NOT
looking
at
my
allergies
or
asking
me
if
I
had
any
before
she
told
me
what
she
was
prescribing
for
my
eye
infection
(
even
though
to
her
it
didn’t
look
like
I
had
one???)When
I
was
handed
the
discharge
papers
it
was
a
completely
different
medication
than
what
she
said
she
was
giving
me.
I
asked
why
and
was
told
when
she
tried
to
prescribe
the
first
one
it
got
flagged
for
allergies.(
I
guess
she
missed
the
day
they
taught
that
‘sulfa’
is
different
than
‘sulfate’)
I
suppose
if
EVERYONE
WASN’T
IN
SUCH
A
HURRY
to
get
out
of
there,
I
would
have
had
much
better
care
(as
I
have
100%
of
the
time
besides
today).
Caitlyn
also
took
the
liberty
of
making
an
appointment
with
my
doctors
office
on
a
day
and
time
I
am
not
available
and
didn’t
even
bother
to
tell
me
and
pretty
much
told
me
not
to
come
back
to
urgent
care
if
there
were
any
more
issues
concerning
this.
Poor
healthcare
all
around.
