I was gonna book here for a facial but the things I heard about this place were horrific. I will gladly give a different salon my money than go through what my friend went through.

I see "Ramune Z." Best Place ever! I can't brag enough about her! I have been there 3 times already and happy every time. The prices are really great and perfect brows every single time. I did the microshading and wow looks natural. Everyone I sent loves it here and her too. Ramune has so much patience and is so kind. She takes her time and really listens. Thank you so much for everything. I will be a forever customer.Try her you won't go anywhere else.. She knows her stuff! 5 stars is not enough for Ramune best!!!

Usually I love this place. But I wanted my appointments for afternoon and they were placed for 9am with out any communication. My facial was relaxing. My massage was more conversation then I was prepared for. I just wanted a relaxing spa day.

I have been coming here for years. I started with a facial from Ramune about 6 years ago and I haven't let anyone else in IL give me a facial since. I've also had my brows microbladed/ombre and 2.5 years later, I still don't need a touch up. I get compliments often on how great my brows look. When I was wearing a no-chip manicure, Renata did an awesome job. But this week was my first time getting a massage. Tania was fantastic! The pressure was perfect. She started with using a warm pad to loosen up the muscles and then gradually increased the pressure. First time getting a massage here and didn't feel painfully sore the next day. I am purchasing a monthly membership so I can treat myself to a massage a facial monthly. The customer service has always been TOP NOTCH! I LOVE IT HERE!!

I just had a facial at the RZ Salon & Spa, plus had my eyebrows tinted. I came out with a glowing skin and Ramune, the salon owner, did a such a great job on my super blonde eyebrows. This salon provides a very large variety of services, and the owner constantly gets new procedures to help to keep your skin healthy, young, also to fight acne after hormonal changes!!! And that what also had after giving birth. I love going there, because they are super nice and always provide an excellent high quality service!!!

Great experience! The best facials in the area! Very professional esthetician Ramune is a master in this subject! Super clean, friendly service and very calm atmosphere. Visited this spa a few times in years and it is still my favorite in Chicago South suburbs' area! Highly recommending!

Beautiful, relaxing, full service spa 🧖‍♀️ I get everything done here from head to toe. I enjoy the friendliness and professionalism from all the technicians. Ramona did my eyebrows because i needed a touch up after my first year. The salon I b went to the first time no longer does eyebrow shading. I am so happy with my results from Ramona. She matched the color perfectly and i feel they look much better than the first salon that did them. Salon is very nice and clean. Ramona was great. Definitely recommend her! Sandi K

Pedicure was ok but polish was applied in a very sloppy manner. I left and had to go to another establishment to get my polished redone. Super disappointed after dropping $60 on my pedicure.

Steam capsule was amazing. Upper body massage excellent however lower body was barely touched. Legs below the knee ONLY massaged a little. The knee and above were NOT touched at ALL .Leaving more tension in an already aching knee. I Was looking forward to a good FULL BODY treatment. Left very disappointed.

This salon is a hidden gem and provides many services not offered at other salons. On my last visit, I used the sauna and then had a "cellulite reduction" wrap, which is great for people like me with a sluggish lymphatic system. Its pretty amazing: you are wrapped like a mummy with saran wrap and lay still to relax for 30 minutes. I never thought I would get such lasting results. My legs did not swell up all week after this treatment. I am so impressed. I am a repeat customer. The salon is always very clean and the prices are great too. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this salon .
