Jaqui is simply amazing. I doubt you would get better care and consideration from anybody in any industry, let alone travel. Over many years and a number of trips, we have had all our requests, and many (what we thought were ) problems solved quickly and professionally. At times it really seems as though there are many more than one of her! This has lead to amazing and wonderful adventures. Our next one is soon to be underway and we are, as usual, extremely excited. After my mum's travel agent closed down, Jaqui from Touchdown Tours took over my mum's booking and has been incredibly helpful and understanding. One of the best places to go to arrange your travel. The manager, Jaqui, knows more than any other agent I've ever been to. Her knowledge is amazing and the trip she planned for us was spectacular!
