    Having trained with Cody for over a year I see him as a passionate and dedicated personal trainer offering specifically tailored sessions. Cody finds ways to make you a fitter and stronger version of yourself and focuses on addressing problem areas to help build strength, greater mobility and improved wellbeing. Cody is caring and fun and has created a pleasant and non-competitive space for people of all levels of fitness to train, get well and become strong. If you’re wanting to get in shape, build strength and become a fitter and healthier version of yourself, Cody is a great trainer to help you achieve it.

    Not only Cody has been successful in helping me alleviate chronic pain on my shoulder and lower back, he has also managed to get me to look forward to training with him and stick with the routine for close to 6 months now (I hated gym with passion and have never been able to stay focused in my exercise regime for more than 3 months!) Thank you for always being innovative and flexible in the training plan and more importantly, to show genuine care and to listen to the client's needs. Joining Cody's Fitness community has been one of the best decision I made in 2023 :)

    Cody is an excellent lifestyle & Fitness coach. I have known and trained with him for years now. He appreciates your lifestyle and tailors the health plan for you. I have successfully accomplished recoveries related to physical injury and mental limitations to my life specific and fitness goals under his guidance.     Cody is an excellent fitness coach and I have known him for a while now. All these years he has been providing me with excellent fitness advice specially related to my injury that i had developed earlier in my life. His training techniques are tailor made for specific movements that heal & strengthen the weak body parts. I have personally recommended him to many of my friends for a professional fitness and dietary advice. And All of them now vouch for Cody. I wish Cody the best always.

    I really appreciate Cody's personalised approach as a PT. He takes time to understand your goals and limitations, such as injuries, and develops a tailored program which is continuously evolving as you become stronger. He is also regularly providing alternative options based on your and your body's feedback. I saw positive results already a couple of months into training and continue seeing further improvements. With Cody, you can get the value of a great PT from semi-private PT classes.

    Have been regular at gyms for quite a few years and at intervals have taken help of personal trainers. At CodyFitness, I got to learn the right way of exercising , the right stance , the right workouts for my age. As a result, my posture has improved and am finding that stamina is slowly improving as well. Being able to exercise better also boosts my self confidence !

    Cody is a fitness coach in the true sense. Within a month I saw massive changes. I’ve been a fitness enthusiast since quite a few years, however there were certain body parts which needed toning and Cody focused exactly on those. He noticed certain minute movements of mine which meant that one side of my body was weaker than the other and worked on exactly that. He has a brilliant personality and is very enthusiastic aand passionate about what he does. Working out with him is a refreshing experience and your body becomes better at the same time. Who could ask for more!

    I have been going to CodyFitness for awhile and can honestly say it's been a game changer. Cody is one of the best Personal Trainers I have worked with. He genuinely cares and listens to your goals. I joined due to back issues and also wanting to improve my fitness and can say i no longer suffer from back pain and my fitness has improved 100 per cent. Cody tailors the program to suit your needs and also makes it challenging and enjoyable to workout. Cody is a caring, goal orientated person who is very knowledgeable when it comes to strength and fitness. The environment is warm, inviting and very spacious and would not hesitate recommending Cody for your fitness needs.

    Cody is a very amazing personal trainer, he is fun and knows how to push people without over doing it. He helps keep me motivated and makes me enjoy working out, which I have never enjoyed before. The best thing is that he teaches different work outs so that you can pick one which works best for your body. I would recommend Cody to everyone – he is wonderful!!

    Started my fitness journey in the start of this year with Cody and it has been an amazing experience. I have shred some fat.. Gained good muscles.. Stamina is much much better.. Cody loves training the right way and angle which I believe is most important when doing weight training. Keep up the good work Cody.

    I’ve had great personal trainers before but Cody is definitely one of the best trainers out there, hands down. He is super accomodating and cares a lot about his clients’ progress. He’s taught me a lot about my physical well-being and how to maintain my fitness levels in a sustainable manner. This is my sixth week with him and I feel stronger and a lot more confident than when I first joined! Thank you for the great service Cody.

    I decided to join Cody Fitness a couple of months ago and I am glad to have made that decision. My aim to start with was to tone my body and I can already see the change, thanks to Cody who has been a great trainer. He makes tailor made plans for every client based on their need. I have been encouraged to push past my limits to take on newer & progressively harder challenges. I absolutely enjoy my time at the fitness centre and look forward to my next sessions through the week. I would definitely recommend Cody Fitness to all those who have carved fitness goals and wish to achieve them.

    I have joined Cody fitness after my maternity break to improve my fitness level. He is a wonderful trainer and always encourages to push my limits. He always understands our fitness goals very well and can go to any extent to help us achieve them. I can definitely see improvement in my physical strength. Thank you Cody for helping me out :)

    Cody is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about him. I believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. My fitness has increased noticeably. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out at Cody Fitness and would recommend Cody to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

    I joined Cody Fitness several months ago and it’s been an excellent journey. I was concerned if I could manage my time and workload to keep up going to the gym but it offers various sessions per day and it is quite flexible. Cody is a very dedicated and goal oriented person. He encourages you to push the limits and adjust the exercises to suit you most. My aim was to tone my body and make it stronger and it is amazing that I can see the results already.
