👍👍 The ramen photo showed bamboo, but they were actually absent, which was somewhat disappointing because I really love bamboo. Also, I ordered chocolate ice cream, but they only had matcha flavor that day. However, the food was great, and the staff even let me charge my phone. People often mention ramen, good, lobster, gyoza, service, Gyoza, nice, great, soup, Melbourne,

The lobster noodles are super delicious and the lobster is huge. The portions are substantial. Available in spicy or black garlic flavors. Will come again next time!

Stopped here for lunch while in Melbourne Central and ordered some gyoza and agedashi tofu. It was ok, perhaps other dishes are better, but I wasn't really convinced to come back and find out.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gyoza Bar in Melbourne Central, and it was truly a delightful experience! For a light yet satisfying meal, I opted for the cheese gyoza and oyster with ponzu sauce. Both dishes were exceptional and left me thoroughly impressed. The cheese gyoza was a revelation, a unique twist on traditional gyoza that I had never tried before. The combination of flavors was simply divine, and I found myself wondering why I hadn't discovered this amazing creation sooner. The oyster with ponzu sauce was another highlight of my meal, providing a perfect balance of tangy and savory notes that truly elevated my afternoon. The impeccable service and cozy ambiance added to the overall charm of Gyoza Bar. If you're looking for a memorable culinary adventure with a touch of innovation, I wholeheartedly recommend Gyoza Bar at Melbourne Central – an absolute gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating!

I liked the food here, their spicy crab ramen was really flavorful. Takoyaki & squid tasted really great as well. Too bad they don't have okonomiyaki that time, i was craving for that so bad. Service was really good people are very nice & greeted warmly. the ordering system is very organized since they will just give you a tablet for the menu & order. Location was very convenient since it's just inside Melbourne Central. So far everything I ate here met my expectations , except the peach sangria i find it lacking of alcohol, like it didn't have any tini-tiny kick at all, still taste good tho.

Second time being here and the food is good as always. Went with a friend and we had two types of gyoza and the okonomiyaki. Never had okonomiyaki so was great to try. Good prices, excellent service. We recommend the pork and garlic gyoza!

FOOD WAS SOOOO GOOD!! First day in Melbourne from Sydney and had a little explore, stumbled into the little centre where Gyoza Gyoza is and it definitely caught my best friend’s and I’s eyes! Chicken & Lemongrass Gyoza was hot and crispy, deliciously filled and juicy! OMG the Sweet Chilli Karaage… YUMMM!! Soooo goood!!! Vegetable Croquette was an absolute must; so crunchy and fluffyyy! Cold (Zaru) Soba on a hot day after travelling from Sydney and trekking with our luggage… soooo refreshing!!! Definitely will recommend and would love to come back!!!

This is downright dangerous - selling off oysters. They looked ok from the outside, then I bit into one and it was this crazy brown colour on the inside. It tasted rotten and I had to spit it out, but as you can see in the image the juice in one that I ate was brown too. I searched on google and the common answer was contamination. This made me sick, it’s so lucky I didn’t fully eat it, I easily could’ve gone to hospital. The manager said that they got the oysters yesterday, then also said that they were 'mixed up in batches'. This implies that there were two batches of freshness? Such a dangerous food to be serving not fresh - don't sell oysters if you aren't able to do it properly, someone could die.

Me and my friend tried the grilled lobster, gyoza and the ramen here. The Hikkaido Creamy Lobster Miso soup is really rich and nice, the Sapporo Lobster soup ramen, on the other hand is a bit lighter but I think we both preferred the Miso soup. The grilled Lobster is presented in a really beautiful way, however it feels like it is a bit dried and overcooked, thus 1 less star. The gyoza is nice and juicy, we had the special one with prawn, pork and veg, would be interested to try out their other favour as well.

I had the deluxe sapporo lobster tail soup ramen and salmon tartare. The salmon came with the lotus chip. It was amazing. The egg in the ramen is perfect. The soup is rich and creamy. They both tasted nice.

I have been to other branches of Gyoza Gyoza, and I was excited that they have a store in Melbourne Central as well! Everything is same as the other store, same menu, same concept. Came here for quick lunch and ordered something different, fried tofu with mushroom sauce, vegetables tempura, udon, it is all pretty nice. Would come back again!

It was a Friday afternoon and we felt like having some Japanese tapas - luckily we came across Gyoza Gyoza! We had ordered 8 tapas and boy were they good! Starting from the top followed by 4 in the middle (left to right) and 3 at the bottom (left to right): Tuna tataki - this was a beautiful coloured tuna which was so fresh and melted in our mouths! Fried oyster - imagine a crunchy and juicy version of a raw oyster! Pork and kimchi gyoza - this was pretty tasty with the saltiness of the pork complementing the sourness of the kimchi though we would have liked more pork in there! Yakitori - the chicken skewers were pretty good. Thick pieces of juicy chicken going in, I will let you imagine what happened next! Fried chicken - honestly who does not have Japanese fried chicken? This was such a blast with the marinated chicken and crunchiness of the skin! Mushrooms - They were so were so fresh and juicy, we just couldn't get enough of it! Wafu steak - this was personally my favourite with the tenderness and juiciness of the beef and the thick yummy sauce! Need I say more? Salmon salad - I am not one to eat much salad but I gotta say this salad was pretty tasty especially the dressing which made this dish not taste too plain! I would say this was my 2nd favourite dish! Overall, food was yummy and filling and the environment was pretty cool! Would go back again to try their other tapas! Thanks Gyoza Gyoza for a wonderful experience! =)

Don’t come here if you have no patience at all or simply can’t tolerate waiting an hour for your food with dirty tables, no utensils given. We were patiently waiting for our food, 45 minutes in after we order they told us that they accidentally deleted our order which turns out that they didn’t key it in the first place. We were understanding and gave our orders again but knowing that they mucked up our orders, they didn’t push our orders forward and let us wait for another 30 minutes again and wasn’t apologetic as well. Food was so-so and utensils had to be asked for even when our food arrived 1-1.5 hours in after we ordered. We were understanding and patient for a long time but this was a little too much.

The yukke (raw beef with raw quail egg salad) was heavenly but I expected their signature lobster ramen to be better. Lobster was over-cooked and not that fresh. I ordered medium spicy and it’s really spicy (I have a high threshold). Good service.

Didn't like much about this place, it was noisy, some of the staff wasn't very accommodating, they didn't have what we ordered, they took a long time for everything we ordered, gyozas were sad looking and not very warm, the walls were covered with splatters.
