Hey keilor park maccas. we go there a lot and you all pretty good. But as we were waiting for our mozzarella sticks which were fire btw there was a full coffee sitting outside the window we were waiting at and i think it got a bit out of context. So to the guy who came and grabbed it and said sarcastically “thanks for leaving your cup there” quite aggressively just letting you know bro that was not us. And the driver did tell you that it wasn’t which you then slammed the window shut on us which quite frankly upset us a little. I can understand how it was a little confusing as i did stick my hand out the window to see if it was full but bro i swear i don’t even drink coffee or hot drink because i’m low key lactose and tolerant. Shout out to the goat lady who was actually handing us our mozzarella sticks like a queen serving us our stringy cheese craved stomachs. Bestie did have a little struggle opening the slammed shut window but she eventually wiggled it open. But hope you’re okay bro you must of been having quite a bad night for you to have a little go at your paying supportive customers. 1 star for my queen and 1 star for the fire mozzarella sticks.

Good store. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Parked and went in but there is drive through. Had a sausage and egg McMuffin. Was pretty good. And an OJ. Charging stations on the tables are pretty cool. Also self order I quite like.

Great customer service every Saturday morning when I come get my coffee. Fantastic service by a young lady named Emily, she does a brilliant job especially in busy mornings.

Cannot believe I went back to the counter 3 times because they didn’t know what a bacon and egg McMuffin should consist of!! Definitely no concentration what so ever! Wake up.. you only have one job so get it right!

I only order coffees and either the cup is half empty or add loads of sugar when I ask for no sugar. I rarely have a coffee there that isn’t stuffed up in some way (drive through). Try to ring them and they don’t answer ir return my call.

Yesterday morning I witnessed the most disgusting display of Anti-Semitism and overall blatant racism in some time. This event took place at the drive-thru as I was served by Eric. Mocking my fathers voice isn't funny or cool, I merely went back over the food order with my father in the car and overheard Eric mimikcing my fathers voice and expressions. Upon direct to face service in the drive-thru I asked the staff member Eric why he would make fun of someones accent and he then proceeded to shrug off my concerns by muttering more obscene epithets that I will not repeat here. Hoping this review allows McDonalds to sit down with these clearly disturbed employee and chat about the manner in which he conducts himself with customers.

They have improved a lot... fast service, hot fresh food.. keep it up.. wagyu beef burger is not bad .. little pricey

Arrived t 4.10m found bench at the pickup area was dirty the bins over flowing floors not swept tables not cleared away not many in store so what the are the staff doing. I hope 🙏 I don't get food poisoning 😫 from my order. At least toilet was cleaner than before

We waited in the bay as they cooked fries as we requested the fries without salt. Being fast food we expected it through window but we waited in the waiting bay . No complaining ✌️

What's the use of being a 24hr store I was told today that they're doing a system upgrade but there was no advice on this anywhere. Pathetic service the staff obviously don't think to put a sign on the door about this

Ordered a frozen drink. My order number was conveniently placed over the the monopoly card. When I took off my order number docket no monopoly game card. Obviously staff members took them off for themselves. Not happy at all.

This place always has system update around 2am so they won't be able to take orders. it's pretty incovinient as I work night shift and there is no other places open near by. what is the point of opening 24hours if you can't take any orders during certain time of the night.

Management please be equipped with staff when a yearly basketball tournament is on, four staff to serve a packed restaurant , drive through , online orders. The poor staff and manager couldn’t keep up, the food was piling up whilst the manager was packing the orders all by himself. Great job to them run off their feet! Everyone was patient and felt sorry for the staff! Some of the basketball kids were going to have to miss out on their meal which was meant for in between games. The average wait time was 50 minutes. Soda was served instead of soft drink because there was no syrup and only the customer knew this and he order 12 cups, he didn’t have it replaced because there were no hands to do it. My daughter’s chicken wrap was sitting in the warmer for so long the bead stuck to the paper. Not good enough McDonalds!. Let’s see if you can up your game and pay for staff to service the influx of people tomorrow whilst the tournament is on! People at the Keillor basketball stadium are all talking about this!

Toilets are an utter disgrace, if this is anything to go by.. god help the rest of the place.. there was mould growing on the inside of the bowl while I was there yesterday .. 5 flushes later and it was still stuck.. been there for weeks.. other toilet in men’s .. Dried vomit all over it.. .. it’s absolutely disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮

if i could give this place a zero, i would. to say i’m disappointed is an understatement. i ordered an uber eats order this afternoon and only received half my order. i could not get in touch with the restaurant, after trying multiple times. I WANT MY FOOD!!!!!

Ordered through drive through. Service to receive food was terrible. The young girl was more interested in chatting to her male colleague than making sure the order was correct. Forgot apple pie (lucky I checked) also forgot tomato sauce. No sincere apology.

Food is always fantastic, not always the fasted but they are quite fast for how busy they get, lovely staff definitely the best maccas I've ever been to

Completely forgot about our orders. When we approached the counter, the staff completely ignored us and were talking among themselves. When they finally attended us, can’t even complete the order properly.

I have never had such disgusting McDonald’s before in my life. It is cold it is burnt and it is like eating cardboard. You should be ashamed of yourself and the fact that you won’t answer the phone when I call you is even more disgusting. Shame on you

Always great coffee at this McDonalds. One thing I will say is that being charged extra for almond milk in the year 2023 is a bit disappointing. When will this change and be the same cost as cow milk given its the same price in the store anyway.

The drive through was very busy so the wait was a little longer than I expected, but the staff worked quickly and efficiently to serve everyone as soon as possible

The team member that served us was very helpful. 2 out of 3 of the Big Macs we ordered had the middle bit of bread as the base of the burger. I've never eaten a big mac like that before and it changes the experience (not in a good way).

Over of the better McDonald's in the area. But they do tend to run out of items more. Probably due to people avoiding the other crappier ones nearby.

Just went through drive through. The young woman on the final window managing coffee and drinks was incredibly rude, condescending and completely void if any customer service skill. She ruined an otherwise satisfactory experience. Very disappointed.

Yeah I’m pretty stoked, McDonald’s has a 9/10 strike rate for good coffee but as for the food, I haven’t had any in a while because it’s usually cold, stale or wrong. But this time it was perfect. And the barista was amazing. Beautiful coffee coffee and very helpful ☕️ Maccas needs to hold onto workers like this. Thank you

this is disgusting half filled cups first one is a large and i payed 5 dollars and they dont even fill the cups up half way worst maccas ever!
