Great products, although most products, for example, soft dog toys, are extremely expensive (especially since they get ripped up easy!). Friendy staff who are attentive.

We recently adopted an adult cat and needed to stock up on basically everything. We were able to find everything we needed here including litter tray, litter, a variety of toys, catnip, food, treats, cat beds etc. Our cat is still getting used to her new home so has not used the toys yet but she definitely seems interested. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. The store is spacious and well-stocked, and even has a car park so you don't need to worry about finding parking on Sydney Road! Would definitely recommend.

I always go to the Coburg store for my dog and cat needs because they have a great range of products, good specials and the staff are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I would highly recommend this store for consistency of stock and service.

We have to thank the folks at PETstock for going out of their way to have a sufficient supply of one particular cat mush just for us. You can try as much as you like to get your idiot cats to eat whatever you give them, but cats are lovable, stubborn little jerks. Ours will only eat one specific thing. So thank you PETstock for looking after us. On another topic, the rewards system is now a bit more effective so that takes the edge off pet costs.

I had a great experience at this store when I went to buy some harnesses and leads for my dogs. I was not sure how to put the harness on my dogs, but Grace the assistant was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She recommended the best harnesses for my dogs, showed me how to adjust them properly, and made me feel very welcome. I was very impressed by her service and kindness. I will definitely come back to this store for any advice and help for my dogs. Thank you, Grace for being so amazing. Hopefully management will compliment her for such good service.

There used to be a super charismatic and really helpful knowledgeable guy that worked here. It’s a sad thing he left. Customer service begun to really fail with the addition of the girl with short hair who is usually more distracted by who knows what to greet staff. Other new staff are continually more daft. Current staff would be better suited to working at McDonald’s…

First time buying at My Pet Warehouse and it has just about every brand, if not all, of dry dog food. Saw plenty of treats, toys, bedding and sundry. Helpful staff member made the purchase easy and more reason to return.
