GOOD PET SUPPLY SHOP ON ERROL STREET It's been years since my dog passed away so I didn't have occasion to drop into Paw Principality until today to buy a toy for my friend's new puppy. It's a well laid out shop with a good mix of items. I got good advice and friendly, helpful service in selecting my gift :) As a bonus it was nicely packed in a gift bag.

Clean, well laid out store with a lot of cool stuff of excellent quality for dogs and cats, some of which would be hard to come by elsewhere. Violet had a great time choosing her own chewy treats, and the staff were very helpful and just generally delighted to talk dogs. Bought a bunch of natural chews, definitely the place to go for good guality cute print collars, bowties, etc.

The best pet shop ever! The service is really amazing, they are so welcoming and really looking after customers. Definitely will recommend all my pet owner friends come to visit!! My cat love their food and everything I bought from the shop!

We immigrated from Switzerland to Australia with our little dog (Ozzie). In preparation of his arrival (due to his allergies) we ordered food to be sent to the animal quarantine facility as well as to a family member. I placed two orders to the family member’s address after I felt I needed more food delivered. Peter from Paw Principality reached out to me and asked if I had actually wanted the two items to the same address. I said yes and he kindly sent the two items within the same package and refunded one of the delivery charges. Ozzie then finally arrived in Australia but unfortunately the food we ordered from Peter hadn’t arrived at the quarantine facility due to covid restrictions and was stuck in the Melbourne depot without a delivery date! We reached out to Peter immediately and asked if he could help in some way. Peter quickly raised a ticket at the courier company to see if delivery could be progressed and then sent some food using Uber and ensured that the delivery was received at the facility. He also included a toy for Ozzie! I can’t express how truly grateful we are to Peter at The Paw Principality. Peter’s actions, speedy responses to emails, phone calls, attention to detail and great customer care is what makes him and The Paw Principality an extraordinary business. I would always recommend The Paw Principality and will from now on only purchase Ozzie’s items from them.

This store has gorgeous pet products! The food and supplements are more expensive than elsewhere, but for things like collars, bowls, beds and toys its great and products are so gorgeous! :) My cat loves its new little bowl.

This is Winnie’s favourite shop. I love that everything is about your pet here. Pets rule and are so welcomed. I dropped in yesterday to pick up some dried roo tendons. As I was coming from the city I didn’t have Winnie with me like I usually do. Jenni and Peter (the owners) both asked after her and also asked after Winnie’s cousin Dexter who has visited the shop with me on many occasions. This lovely business is like a home away from home and nothing is too much trouble for these guys and their staff. They provide honest recommendations on products and are always happy to let you try things on your pet for size etc. Winnie is a very happy Paw Principality customer, keep up the great work guys - we love what you do! 🐾💕🐾💕

A lovely local pet shop, they have a nice curation of products . A very cute range of handmade collars and e-collars. We stock up on our cats raw food here.

Been costumer of the shop for more than three years, really love how helpful the staff are. Their costumer service is absolute excellent. They offer too ranges of goods with best quality. Everything I ordered for my dogs got delivered to me on the same day. The owner couple is super sweet and they always arrange the delivery time around my work schedule. Definitely recommended to all of my friends.

Its a very exclusive and fasinating pet boutique. The products are very exquisite and one of a kind that you barely could find it anywhere else. Ever since lockdown, the owners started a sweet free food giveaway to those pets in need, which is truly kind and sweet. I often shop online with them and trust them with my own information and private details. The staff are really awesome considering our needs and delivery time. Our whole family have been shopping there for a while and the experience definitely worth the price. Amazing services with good prices! I found everything i need there that i couldn't find else where. Everytime we shop there we recieved the exquisite gifts for our pets.

Really enjoyed my first shopping experience here in the store. I heard and read about this store when I was doing my research on Redbook on 'good pet store in Melbourne' and this store came up many times. The owner was super friendly and helped me pick out the raw meat I need for my kitten. They have a large variety of raw meat to choose from and I spent a good 20 minutes in the store just chatting and getting to know the different types and he was super nice and I ended up bought the Organic Paws kangaroo mince and my fur baby loves it!!! I am a return customer.

Really loved the shop. I visited there couple of times before we got our own fur babes. Now we shop everything with them easily online (they provide same day delivery). The staff is super patient and friendly. They have a very professional knowledge and attitude. I heard from people saying it's 'overpriced and too expensive'. I really think the quality of their food and petsupplies is worth the price. The owners themselves inspects and spent lots of efforts into the sources of the products. Honestly, it is the best quality with a fair price.

Only quality products sold in this pet supply boutique - hard to find elsewhere. Jenny and the team are very knowledgeable and will recommend the best food, products etc. for your chow's needs. Even if you don't live around North Melbourne, worth the visit.

My favourite pet supplies shop ever. My dogs love the toys and food from there. They offer a wide range of pet toys and pet food, including raw, freeze dry and kibbles. The staff are super friendly. I got everything for my dogs from the shop: pee pads, training clicker, bowls, harness, lead, bowties, toys, pet blanket, collars, K9 milk and Kefir yogurt, meat rolls, poop bags, food supplements, all kinds of handmade treats. You can find what you cannot find in other pet supplies in Paw principality. They also offer amazing delivery service according to your needs. Convenient location with top services.

My first choice if I need anything for my dogs and cats. My fur babies all have sensitive stomach and skin, we have been to the vets and specialists and spend thousand dollars but no results. However, with the raw food that we purchased from there, they no longer need to suffer from sore tummy and itchy skin anymore. The staff really put a lot of efforts into providing the best shopping experience for us: the high quality food (handmade treats, all varieties of human grade proteins and bones for raw food lovers, natural dog, Proudi, organic paws, kefir from local farm, vet made treats...) and top range of pet supplies such as toys and clothes (brand: ziwi, K9, FDA, Freezy Paws, Ivory coat, woof, NZ natural, prime 100, Disney, Holistic Vet, orijen, handmade knitted party hats and badanas....) and excellent costumer services. They always make us feel at home while visiting the shop. You can find everything you need to be a dog pawrents there with different needs of fur children, even feeding guide. The staff is always online to answer the questions. Our babes love visiting there and it's their favourite shop too!
