wouldn't
recommend
this
as
a
one-off
experience.
It's
simply
a
few
minutes
of
floating
while
the
instructor
drags
you
around
the
tunnel.
I
was
very
disappointed
overall.
There
are
also
additional
fees
to
do
the
high-dive
during
the
second
flight.
Neither
myself
or
my
family
understood
this
clearly
prior.
However,
when
we
went
to
leave
the
instructor
chased
us
down
to
ask
how
we
were
going
to
pay
for
it.
When
we
told
him
we
ALL
thought
this
was
for
an
additional
flight.
The
instructor
rudely
said
that
yes,
he
disclosed
the
$20
per
person
charge
at
our
induction.
well..
if
all
THREE
of
us
adults
didn't
understand
this
correctly,
I
don't
think
it
was
us
who
misheard
but
the
instructor
for
not
making
it
clear.
There
was
no
apology
and
just
asked
for
payment.
I
felt
he
was
even
rude
about
it.
We
paid
the
additional
cost
but
it
was
a
very
negative
end
so
a
very
blah
experience.
They
charge
you
for
phones
and
videos
that
are
useless
first
of
all.
I
have
purchased
photos
and
videos
online
but
they
didn't
send
the
right
video
then
I
had
to
contact
them
to
send
my
videos
they
still
didn't
get
back
to
me.
After
that
I
had
to
go
there
in
person
to
get
my
videos
been
sent.
They
need
to
have
better
customer
service.
And
be
more
careful
sending
right
videos.
I
still
didn't
receive
my
photo
that
I
purchased.
They
just
simply
said
it's
just
lost,
there
is
a
bug
in
the
system.
There
was
no
repayment
being
offered
such
a
disgrace
people.
It's
been
3
weeks
since
haven't
received
my
photos.
Very
rude
and
unprofessional
stuff.
Never
go
back
there.
