Such an amazing experience for my 6 year old daughter. Darcy was her instructor. He was super friendly, relaxed and professional which made my daughter feel comfortable with her flight and she was able to fly like a pro! The excellent staff here really take this place to the next level and you can tell they love their job. My daughter cannot wait to come back! Absolute great experience! I attended last night just to watch my partner and brother fly and after seeing them wanted to book in. The great staff at the front desk happily booked my sister and I in last minute for the next session! Our instructor was Ben who was super chill, professional and funny which really helped as my sister and I were nervous to fly. The photo package is definitely worth it, the photo look great. Can't wait to come back again!

Wow! 👏🏻 Felt safe and reassured in the care of expert staff who are exceptionally good at their skill of flying and also of reading students’ bodies and competencies and strengths. Communication between the instructor in the tube with you and the controller in the booth managing the air pressure for the dome is evident and consistent. An absolutely incredible experience, here are some tips; Go last so you can learn what others do and what you can do to improve, Try to remind yourself to relax the body but be prepared for your core to get a work out, Keep your mouth shut so the air flow doesn’t overwhelm you, Take a support person to video you, they will be able to manoeuvre the filming of you up the peak of the dome but buying a photo and video pack from ifly also supports them 🙏🏻 And huge applause to the guys who can match your size for the the suits better than a retail assistant in a clothing store 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I wouldn't recommend this as a one-off experience. It's simply a few minutes of floating while the instructor drags you around the tunnel. I was very disappointed overall. There are also additional fees to do the high-dive during the second flight. Neither myself or my family understood this clearly prior. However, when we went to leave the instructor chased us down to ask how we were going to pay for it. When we told him we ALL thought this was for an additional flight. The instructor rudely said that yes, he disclosed the $20 per person charge at our induction. well.. if all THREE of us adults didn't understand this correctly, I don't think it was us who misheard but the instructor for not making it clear. There was no apology and just asked for payment. I felt he was even rude about it. We paid the additional cost but it was a very negative end so a very blah experience. They charge you for phones and videos that are useless first of all. I have purchased photos and videos online but they didn't send the right video then I had to contact them to send my videos they still didn't get back to me. After that I had to go there in person to get my videos been sent. They need to have better customer service. And be more careful sending right videos. I still didn't receive my photo that I purchased. They just simply said it's just lost, there is a bug in the system. There was no repayment being offered such a disgrace people. It's been 3 weeks since haven't received my photos. Very rude and unprofessional stuff. Never go back there.

Worst experience ever, never waste your money and time there. I booked 2 flights and photos online. They said they would send the photos to my email. But it never sent to me. It's been 3 weeks I haven't received anything. I went there in person and asked for my photos. They said they didn't even capture my photoes. So i asked for a refund , but they still refused to refund. Very unprofessional stuff and rude. Please do better. Definitely won't recommend anyone to engage with them.

I did the deluxe package today with my 13 yr old Daughter. The whole experience was brilliant and left us wanting to do it again. The instructor Gala was really friendly and relaxed and taught us both to fly alone basically straight away. She was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. The VR experience was absolutely unreal and I would recommend this add on to anyone who wants to experience IFly.

Amazing staff from the front desk to the instructors, great experience my partner got me for my birthday. We both did it and brought our 18 months old with us, the staff accomodated us so we could look after our son and jump one at a time. It was a great feeling, we will definitely go back and will take our son when he is of age to do it. Absolutely recommended. Thanks again to our instructor he was really awesome!

What an adrenaline rush. It’s not for the faint of heart, but if you can calm yourself and enjoy the ride it is such a unique experience. It’s the skydiving without the risk of death and someone is guiding you in the tunnel, so you know it will be fine. I wish I had the time to develop the skills the instructors have!

Never really had the inclination to try this but due to a friend's b'day I found myself at iFLY Melbourne recently. The trepidation dissipated once I saw the groups in front have their turn and the way the staff interacted with participants. Our instructor Budd was awesome. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Our whole group was instantly at ease under his tutelage. We upgraded to full face helmets and extra flight time which included low to high flight inside the chamber and also purchased photos and video of the experience. Not particularly cheap but worth it in my opinion. I imagine it's less than jumping out of a plane and definitely safer.. I'll be doing that again for sure. Extremely well run organisation with fantastic staff. Highly recommend Tyler K

So much fun! 100000% recommend giving it a go. Staff are friendly and very informative. If you have always wanted to go skydiving but are to nervous & want to "Test the waters" iFLY is the perfect alternative! It is a little pricey if you want to go often. A savings tip is to purchase your next Flight in store right after you go, you can save extra that way as opposed to buying online for future bookings.

My friend recommended me this indoor skydive if ever my Skydive gets cancelled did this on my birthday as an alternative fun stuff to do cause my skydive got cancelled booked it last minute, it’s a great free fall experience without jumping out of the plane. Helpful staff member Eli and friendly but professional instructor Nick Young! Highly recommend this place from 3 years old can jump, they close late too! 🤗

I have just finished my first flight, I was super nervous but all the staff there made me feel very welcome and comfortable, especially Clayton, my instructor. He was funny and put my nerves at ease. I did the normal flight, the high flight and VR. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life and will definitely be going back! 🧡

We flew with Gala today and she was freaking amazing! So bubbly and fun and an awesome instructor. All the staff were so helpful and supportive of our 3-year-old having her first flight. An amazing experience and we absolutely will be back!

Went here to improve some skydiving skills, excellent service in that regard as well. Both of my instructors, Art and Jordan were just amazing, could not have asked for more. Overall also very professional booking process & quick replies when I had questions. Will be back soon, great place!

Been meaning to visit since summer of 2017 during a trip to Queensland; Wish I could’ve done it sooner. I had Jacob as my instructor, and he was an amazing teacher. He is very talented and put on a good show after everyone was done in the skydiving dome. Had the best time at iFLY, the staff are nice and it’s overall a fun experience.

My daughter was a first time flyer and had budd as her instructor, who was fantastic. He created a lively atmosphere during both the safety talk and the flights. We had a small hiccup with the VR goggles where the system had to be rebooted. The staff were apologetic and had it fixed as soon as they could. We also loved that there are discounted prices if you purchase more flights for a later date before you leave, which we did. The facility was overall clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Took our 13 year old for her first flight, we had done previously, staff are always super friendly. I guess it depends on the trainer, but I felt like all the high flights this time around were not high at all, last time we all went right up inside the tunnel, this time only just past the glass. Anyway she still really enjoyed the experience and wants to come back again.

What an amazing experience. I was super nervous in the beginning but the support of very enthusiastic instructor Buckets made me feel comfortable. He was very good in explaining the rules and very friendly too..The high flight instructor was Blair and I enjoyed the high flight the most..Thank you Buckets and Blair.. We were a group of 6 and all of us enjoyed equally. Highly recommended one and worth for money. Will definitely go back again .

What an amazing experience we had tonight!!! I took my 9yo for his first IFly experience and he absolutely loved it. Staff were amazing and our instructor Clayton was wonderful. Clayton was professional, fun and patient with my sons high energy personality. We couldnt be happier with our experience. Highly recommend. Will definitely be returning ✈
