I had always wanted to join strong for women but my schedule never quiet aligned. I did some amazing online workouts with Em during lockdown and I knew I would make a solid effort to join in 2022. That finally happened over the last few months and it’s been better than expected. The classes are challenging but fun, and the coaches have such a great vibe. Their energy motivates you to show up and give 100% I also love being able to bring my 3 year old along! Even better having the flexibility to jump online to train if she is unwell. Such a great gym. Highly recommend doing the 2 week trial. You won’t regret it!

This gym is the best! I started here a few weeks ago after not exercising for years and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up. It’s been so great. Emma, Jake and the rest of the team are so welcoming, encouraging and help to cater the class to your fitness level. Now I jump out of bed and can’t wait for my classes. Highly recommend for anyone new to training! Thanks team 😊

Strong for Women is amazing!! I have tried many different exercise programs and gyms over the past ten years and this is definitely the best - I actually want to come to class and meet with my PT! A really interesting variety of classes at convenient times, great trainers and a friendly community.

I’ve tried several gyms over the years and none compare to strong for women. I couldn’t speak more highly of Emma and her team. Classes are kid friendly (my girls enjoy going as much as I do) it’s an incredibly friendly and inviting environment - a wonderful community and the true definition of “women supporting women”. Love it!

After struggling with motivation to attend a traditional gym i found Strong for Women and have been been training with the team since June. From having little motivation previously to training consistently 5 days a week it's really a testament to Em and the team who make the sessions tough but fun. If you are looking for a fun, friendly and empowering gym environment Strong for Women is the place to be!

Strong for women is an amazing gym! I joined 6 weeks post baby, and from the first day I walked in everyone was so helpful and welcoming . The trainers are so understanding and accomodating and helped adapt exercises to compliment my postpartum fitness level . Going to a new gym can be intimidating but SFW breaks all the barriers they are real women helping real women and I love it .

I love training at SFW. All the trainers here have a great skill level and know how to work with and challenge each person individually. I am so happy to have found a gym that really does treat you like an individual person, rather than a number.

For me the best thing about this gym is that it’s nothing like any other gym I’ve ever been to. You won’t be invisible member number 1068 here! The trainers know everyone by name and understand everyone is on their own fitness journey and that we all have different limitations and areas that can be pushed. There is so much variety in the classes throughout the week which I love as I workout everyday and sometimes twice a day. My 2 yo plays happily in the kids zone while I smash out a work out and for the days I just can’t leave the house there is always the awesome online classes with coaches that give live feedback on what you’re doing. I can’t speak highly enough of this place, it’s a supportive female community ready to embrace new members so don’t be shy, come and make some new friends, have fun and start working towards your goals with the help and support of Emma and her crew:-)

I’ve tried a couple of gyms and studio in Altona North before landing at Strong for woman. I’m totally love it, such a very supportive environment. We always leave the class with lots of energy, positive mind and countless laughs. You will meet many local friendly mums here. I was very shy at first, but not only PT but all ladies here are so friendly, they make me feel so comfortable and gain more confidence. I believe either you are a working mum or a stay-at-home mum, SFW is for you. Many mums bring kids to their classes or attend early morning classes before going to work. Just attend 2 weeks Intro and see if it’s for you, I bet you will love it.

I love Train With Em! Every workout, they know how to push you while still making it fun! Highly recommend, especially if you are a mama who finds it hard to workout with bub. There is an area where the kids can play. I came for the kid friendly sessions and stayed because of the amazing atmosphere, professionalism, genuine care and knowledge that all the trainers have :)

Have struggled with motivation and finding something that works for my schedule week on week. Emma has been amazing as I have just completed my first 5 weeks - would highly recommend her one to one focus and motivation that she has imparted to me! Looking forward to seeing what we can achieve in the next few months!
