Always purchase in pet barn but today’s experience is too BAD! My dog was sick and we do not have much time to prepare for the food, when we arrive at the store it’s 6:03 pm, but the assistant don't even sell us a bag of dog food. Ok that's fine I can understand about this, but what happened next is the most shocked moment these years for me! When I wait out side the petbarn, I heard the assistant who refused to sell dog food just now, walking and talking to the phone, using awful language abused customers who just needed to buy a bag of dog food like me just now. I really was shocked! Petbarn, if you see this, you really need to think about what is really matter. All those customers trust you and this is how you give us back! You should fire that assistant, She is Lacking love and responsibility, and she need to pay for what she said. She don't care about pets and our owners, you shouldn't hire awful person like her!

Bought two products, a harness and a leash that attaches to the dogs face. Both broke on first walk on two separate occasions. My dog could of ran into traffic. Avoid at all cost. They buy cheap dodgy products and charge a premium. No care in the world for your animals. The team didn't even ask why I was returning the items, includes a manager Franca. Just processed the refund no questions asked. Will be speaking to corporate.

A smaller store in terms of size, the last few times I’ve gone they haven’t had stock of my usual pet food (I think supply chain issues across all stores generally). Haven’t tried their grooming services but good to know that they have some on site!

Petbarn Brunswick groomer Hollee is very gentle with my dog DJ, and still does a fast and thorough job. DJ likes going back to her so that is the best recommendation. The staff have also squeezed him in for an appointment at short notice to me, which is very appreciated.

not really like the service here. you have to pay more than other branches. they don't give me a member price. because they have a temp special offer, so you cannt get a member price. In a legal consideration I am your membership so i enjoy a member price. Your temporary special offer could not affect the relationship. otherwise, we can assume if I'm not your Membership, can I have the special? yes, I can, it means the offer is not for whether a member or not. I know you are a big brand, so have no time to improve your service. but I still hope you can investigate it. thank you.

My local Petbarn where I get all my puppy supplies. This particular location doesn't have the most stock compared to other stores. There are some very knowledgeable and friendly team members, but their registers are always down so it takes longer than it should to check out.

Very expensive products... only go there for emergency purchases. Normally order online, it's much cheaper and I get free delivery. Staff are very nice and helpful though.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Petbarn in Brunswick. About a month ago, I purchased some dog biscuits from the store. At the time, everything seemed fine, and my dog enjoyed the treats. However, my opinion changed drastically when I opened the container a month later and found it infested with bugs, which I believe were weevils. This discovery was quite unpleasant and raised concerns about the quality control of the products at Petbarn. Finding bugs in pet food is not only unappetizing but also potentially harmful to our furry friends. I would have expected better quality control and product freshness from a store like Petbarn, especially when it comes to items intended for pets. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to purchase pet food from this particular location again. I hope Petbarn takes steps to address this issue and ensure the quality of their products, as the well-being of our pets should always be a top priority.

Thank you Pet Barn for your hospitality! I recently ordered emergency worming tablet for my pup via the courier service available online :'(. I was accidentally sent the incorrect packet that I ordered. This was quickly rectified by the Petbarn Brunswick team sending me the correct worming tablets + including a complementary packet that now has me sorted for the next 6 months! If you want a fair price for your dog groom, do NOT go here. You will be absolutely overcharged regardless of what kind of coat your dog has nor if it's matted or well taken care of. A short haired dog with a bath, blow dry and brush will still cost you as much as it would do remove the undercoat on a double coated dog, which makes absolutely no sense. Would have appreciated some price breakdown beforehand, or updated website (jacked up prices at the front counter). Soulless business practice and will never come here again. Not to mention 2 hours behind schedule.

Had a fantastic experience with Sydney and an apprentice groomer in training today. After realising I had mistakenly booked the wrong option for grooming that wasn't inclusive of shaving, Sydney was extremely kind and understanding, and welcomed us back in just before close to sneak in a quick leg and paw pad shave. Both Sydney and the groomer in training had extremely friendly and warm natures, and I would give 10 stars to them if I could (and my dog would give 10 licks!) Thank you guys! :) :) :)

The grooming team here are always lovely, quick, and pricing is fair. I used to take my pup to another Petbarn branch that now never has capacity for him, but I am more than happy to go a little further out of my way to take him to Petbarn Brunswick now.

Although this is one of the smaller Petbarns the staff are very helpful and the groomer does a great job on my dog's nails 💅 🙂

Friendly service and it shows that the staff care about pets and their carers. A smooth click and collect. Plenty of parking across the street at Barkly Sq.

Real hit and miss with customer service. Fine sometimes, dismissive and irritated you’re there other times. Most recent visit left us feeling ashamed for coming here. We’re going to avoid now on.

Amazing service from the team member tiana she was outstanding and really gave the right information that helped my cat get back into her food. Definitely quality service!!

Our large Groodle Barkley had a great groom yesterday. Service was excellent. She was very happy and looked great. She got the full spa - and it was worth it!would go across town for this pet Barn!

Good options for dogs and other animals. Less choice for cats. If you have rabbits and bunnies and want to buy snacks and treats this is a really good spot to do that. The dog grooming services don't look too bad although I have never used it. All in all, a solid 4 stars. Just note that for cats, you are probably better off going to a bigger pet store that house more cat items and varieties.

Took my cavvie for a haircut. The staff gave some good advice on how to cut and my dog came back clean trim and happy

Took our puppy there twice because our usual groomer was away, and now our puppy’s so scared of getting her grooming. Our usual groomer from other store said she must have been brutally treated and two of her nails were completely taken off violently. Now our puppy doesn’t allow anyone touching her feet. If you have pets so much, get another job. This is a crime and you should be ashamed of yourself. One suggestion, don’t go there cuz you’ll never know how your pet will be treated.
