An above average sales experience although we get not get the spec ( manufacturer supply issues ) we were looking for Cham was able to identify and source a acceptable alternative model in a reasonable timeframe that met most of our requirements.

We had some specific requirements in terms of car and delivery time. Cham was really patient, responsive, transparent, and pro-active. Picked up this Kia Niro EV from Mantello Kia Roxy last week. I must say the team exceeded my expectations for customer service, communication and knowledge of EV's. We were served by Cham, he was really good at explaining the positives of EV and every little car feature that Kia has put in to this beautiful smooth drive 🚗. The rest of the team was also quite supportive and quick to respond to any after sales queries. We were very happy with in showroom floor service which was very welcoming, hard to see that everywhere as we visited few other dealerships too! Finally got our new Kia Sportage GT-Line after placing the order with Jesse. Although it was a long wait but had a brilliant experience. Beware getting your car serviced here!!! They charge $250 per item to inspect any out of service request even before they actually do any work. The didn't complete my service properly and suggested items to be replaced that weren't required. The worst thing was they handed my car back to me with the rear suspension assembly unbolted! You are much better going to another dealer or regular mechanic who won't overcharge you and actually care about you the customer and the work they do.

Mo provided excellent customer car from beginning to end. He has a no rush and no pressure approach. He made purchasing a new car a pleasure. Thank you and will deal with again
