It's very hard to find a facility that wholly meets your needs. To start with, I was very happy with my son's care, Zarifa was amazing with him. It was not until he began pre-kinder 1 that all went down hill. Often sick and would try and suggest that his sickness began at home, he has developed bad habits such as drawing on him self, throwing tantrums, eating things off the floor, yelling and hitting that we otherwise do not accept at home. Do not expect your children will be treated with integrity and respect. Oh and if you have any comments or complains, be sure not to discuss it with the centre manager as you cannot expect your conversation to be kept in confidence. The whole facility will find out, gossip, treat you differently or gang up on you and put all blame on you, my son attended 5 days a week 8:30am - 6:00pm and his bed time 7pm, yet what ever happens they will make sure they find holes so they are not liable. I should have taken him out as he was out of Zarifas care. I have no doubt that this review will be the topic of the day. I will be taking this further Update: my son is thriving better than he ever has at a different daycare, learned his name in a matter of 5 days. While he was at Community Kids, for over a year and a half he did not know his own name. If i taught him, he would forget once he was back at daycare. I would come in and find educators drawing on his hand with ink pen or playing with their hair... After changing his care hes been doing so well and I've never had a single call regarding him being sick or unwell. Often on the weekend he would ask me if hes going to daycare as he enjoys going to his new centre. STAY AWAY FROM COMMUNITY KIDS IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDTEN TO THRIVE AND EXCELLE. I would give them no stars if it was possible considering now I can actually compare the good from the bad. I feel I've done my child an injustice by bringing him here in his early days.

This centre is very good and the educators are amazing. They take good care of the kids. We are very satisfied with all the educators. Any Issues or concern , the Center manager & subordinates are always there to listen. Our child has shown immense growth after attending this centre.

As a parent I have a relationship with this centre from 2013. Now my youngest child is attending the centre. Last five years I have seen the centre has improved a lot.The centre manager is amazing. She is very caring about parents' feeling and choice. The kinder teacher and her program both are awesome. I see the environment is well organised and the educators are spontaneous and working hard for looking after the children. My child likes to eat the centre food. The cook is an affectionate lady. I will remember everyone of this centre for helping my child to be settled in the centre environment. I highly recommend the centre.

I take my 1 year old son to this centre. the nursery room is so clean and plenty of toys and activities for the young ones. I was nervous at the beginning for my son as he began going from 10 months, but they have taken such great care of him, the educators are lovely and absolutely love the kids and he's really enjoying himself :)

Every day in the last four years I felt so blessed to have Community Kids Roxburgh Park Centre in our lives! My daughter enrolled with them when she was only one year old. The next week she will graduate from a kinder. During all this time the team has been so good to her and to us. Managers and educators were always open for our feedback and ready to answer all our questions (with a smile :)). Their flexibility and positive attitude made our life so much easier. Moreover, we always felt that our daughter is very safe in the centre. For all these years we had zero incidents. Also, food they provide is outstanding and I can confidently say that so far our daughter learned more from educators and other kids from her room than from us at home. The centre is also very good with documenting what the kids do during a day. We get an update every single day with photos and individual stories included. This really helps us to talk with our daughter about her day and to continue games she already started at school. The staff as well as the kids are from very diversified language and cultural background and I find it amazing that the kids at such a young age are already exposed to different cultures, languages and traditions. I could not hope for the better start for my daughter and strongly recommend this centre to other loving parents and carers!

This is an outstanding centre! My daughter has been coming here since she was 8 months old, and now happily runs in to greet her teachers and friends in the morning (not to mention the class fish). The staff are friendly and supportive, the centre is inviting with great resources, and everyone is motivated to help the children learn and be happy. Highly recommend!

Truely an amazing centre, lovely caring staff, always smiling and attentive to my child's needs. Child number 4 in kinder this year other 3 have had their days at this wonderful center. I highly recommend this center as the atmosphere is so bubbly and inviting. My children loved coming here and all graduated from kinder at this center. 5 stars and more.

Staff are extremely friendly and accomodating. Made my son feel very loved, safe and secure when at the centre. Food they serve is always fresh and they always change up the menu from day to day, my son has started eating food that he never did at home. Can't recommend this centre enough, very pleased

This center is absolutly amazing. My kids have been going to this child care for years. Not only do they have friendly staff but the staff are amazing with the children. Very clean and organised. I highly recommend this center to eveyone. The manager is awsome to work with and helps out with any issue.

My son has started his 3 year old kinder and I have already had a great experience with the whole orientation process and team,I feel comfortable leaving my son in their care. Centre Manager Pavi has been so patient with me and has answered all of my questions and has put me at ease. Assistant manager Rifnaz has also been so helpful and explained the process for billing and even gave me a better understanding on how to use Xplor home application.All staff is so loving towards children.Highly recommended ❤️

My daughter has been at this centre for a few years, I can’t thank the educators enough! They always go above and beyond to make sure that both her and I are comfortable. She has grown so much as a person. Her teachers this year Hilda and Sweety have treated her with so much love, kindness and respect. Next year as she goes to prep, I’m sure she will miss this family so very much. When they say it takes a Village to raise a kid, they mean it!

Very friendly and creative educators, well located,plenty of activities and educational stuff for kids.Communication was very up to the mark both personally and through the Xplor app. Our two kids are enjoying their early learning period here and we highly recommend.
