Worst of Chemist Warehouse branch Everyone is so rude with the customers Prescriptions take ages, the staff follow one rule, look busy do nothing. Security is hyperactive Counters, one open for 20 customers Bought a prescription medicine with 60 capsules, only to find inside were 32, went back to ask, and they were clueless, the box was not sealed either. Better go to the Coolaroo branch much more organized and well managed.

Pretty good store. Can’t complain. Big isles. Staff helped when asked. Also served when called on. What I needed was 1/2 price. Love that. Quite easy to get to. Massive car park. Pretty quiet area. Seemed a little too quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the week.

Worst customer service ever! I was held for a while to check up on a price of an item. I told them that I no longer want that service and they got annoyed despite my time restraint. They also spoke in another language and I had no clue what they were saying. Very unprofessional.

I have been getting our monthly medication from this store for nearly a year. I spend anywhere between $250-$300 a month as my wife had a kidney transplant. Yesterday my wife went to purchase 2 of her tablets and was faced with a very rood, careless female staff member. Even though her prescription was new and still hadn't used 2 of the medications out of the 5 on the prescription she refused to give her the medication. She insisted that due to purchasing 3 of the other medications from this prescription we can not now supply you with the ones you haven't used and have to get a new prescription. My wife told her to check our file as we purchase everything from here and she should see that we still haven't purchased these 2 medications she didn't care at all. My wife then told her no worries we will not ever buy from here again and go to another chemist. The staff member did not care at all and just said no worries good bye. How unprofessional, disgusting service. She did not even bother to keep our business or try to speak to a manager and try solve the issue what ever it was. Will never go there again even to buy the smallest thing. Very rude staff, terrible service...

They close before the time they’re supposed to close. Just had surgery and couldn’t even get my medication on my way home from hospital because they obviously close when it suits them. Time said 6pm. Doors were shut at 5:50pm. No consideration or compassion whatsoever.

Best pharmacy experience I have, highly professional professional team, waiting time isn’t so long compared with most of other pharmacies. Lisa is so kind hearted and professional! Highly recommended!

The staff here are rude especially the Lebanese girl she was rude and unhelpful. Even the other customers were having arguments with her because she was rude and didn’t do her job right.

This should be much higher, as the product's are great and have an awesome variety. But it is just not the cash, Well pharmacy staff are often talking Amongst themselves behind the counter, and then having to make people waiting for scrips. Wait up to 20 minutes, even longer sometimes. And that’s not even in busy times.

Very disappointing and garbage customer service. Your home time is more important then people’s life and health even tho the staff knows it’s an emergency for my disabled father :(

Have had good experiences, but staff will also just open and close whenever they want. I have waited outside at open on multiple occasions with all the lights off inside and sometimes even other staff waiting out the front. Not reliable if you're in a rush.

This place is always accommodating. Don’t wait long for prescription. Always have plenty of stock. Staff are friendly

i am only giving 5 stars for the girl who has blonde/platinum front hair bits (sorry i dont know her name), she is one of the few workers that actually helps! amazing attitude, knows how to hold a conversation, amazing customer service and extremely professional. i came in multiple times and she is always down to help. she recommended me a product that was amazing and worked for me, thank you so much

Worst staff at prescription area. 4 girls look Arabs are so rude and disgraceful. They have no humaity that people waiting at prescription section are sick but these girl keep talking and went inside the room and making fun which i can heard easily from outside. My prescription was ready and sitting at the counter but no one there to handover to me. However, After making fun inside the room, one girl came out and called out my name. I said, the medicine was ready but no one is here, she said that may be someone call out your name but i am not here. I said i am standing here straight away after giving you my prescription. I complaint to the area manager named IMAM straightaway. The asian young girl at check out was so nice and keep apologising but the 4 Arab girls at prescription area have no soul or courtesy to say sorry even.

Staff seem to be incompetent and cannot match a picture of a product to the physical product. Either that, or they're lazy and intentionally scam older members of the community who have trust in their ability to provide decent customer service to get more money out of them.

i had the worst experience ever, trying to collect prescription medicine for my mother this evening. My mother's dentist had emailed the script though to them earlier today. The serving pharmacist said there was no email they have received, asked me to call the dentist to write email again. I called them again who confirmed that they have already emailed few hours ago today, not only emailed but made a follow up call too to confirm that they have received the script ( they cc'ed the email to me separately afterwards). I again showed the lady that email on my phone which confirmed that they had received the email. The lady again continued to look for the email, kept saying there is no email whatsoever in their inbox. At this point I was feeling very hopeless and helpless(not to mention increasing frustrated) because her dentist has clearly emailed through the script to them, and I had the proof right in my hand. She basically wasted 20-25 minutes of my time due her incompetency( what kind of pharmacist/staff don't even know how to check for emails in their inboxes!!!) After enduring all that suffering, I got hold of a different pharmacist who located the email within 5 seconds (no Apologies from the previous staff ) We desert better service than this!!

Looked on website said it was still open so I booked my uber got all the way down there for it to be closed

Worst staff look busy and do nothing, I want to see the manager, Amir one of the staff lied and said they don't have any retail manager or assistant on Sundays? Very basic and rude staff including there managers

Never trust the return policy on a website It is just not true or the people working there are not good.
