Me encantooo I loved it, I'm not from Orlando, I had to have a check-up and definitely the receptionist, the medical assistant Marco and the doctor made my visit super pleasant and not stressful, the attention was very friendly and fast, Quick, on my next visits, this will be my place.

I did not have an appt My father in law was in lots of pain. The nursing staff was nice and quick. The doctor knew what to test, for we were in and out in 10 minutes. Best experience I have ever had with a urgent care clinic!

Dr Ajay Patel was very attentive and humble during the whole visit. Literally no wait time in less then 30mns both me and my wife were taken care of and our prescriptions were sent right away to our pharmacy. Definitely recommend everyone and anyone who is in need for professional and compassionate care. Thank you ER care team.

My experience in this facility was awesome. Previously I was stuck in the hospital for 2 hours and they still weren’t sure when I would be seen. I had started to use Google and typed in an urgent care near me. I had came across this one and walked in due to my severe asthma and cold. As soon as I walked in I was seen and attended to immediately. The staff and the doctor were very nice, knowledgeable and quick. I was properly treated was prescribed my medications and left. All this took a total of a half an hour however it felt more like 10 mins. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone and go back myself if needed. Thank you for the great experience.

Literally the best urgent care I have ever been too. Not only did they see me quickly and thoroughly took the time to listen and diagnose my issues but the explained the solution very thoroughly. They very kind, knowledgeable and caring towards patients. Then the doctor even answered questions after I left. Absolutely incredible couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent staff and location. Very clean and organized. The receptionist young lady was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Serves with a smile. Dr. Patel - attentive, professional and very caring will recommend in a heart beat. The nurse also was very kind, professional and caring. I will definitely recommend this place and will make this my place to visit when in need. Excellent service!!! I was feeling miserable and they took care of me fast and in with caring ways. Outstanding Service and Facility. The best experience you'll ever have visiting an ER urgent care. I've gone three times, twice for my daughter and once for myself. The care, the personal attention to our needs and the expediency of their treatment is by far the best. They have state of the art labs so you don't have to wait hours to get results. I am so thankful to have them in our neighborhood and thankful they're not a money machine, but instead a hospital that truly cares.

I was able to secure appointment with Mr Patel. He is amazing and understood the problems, symptoms, etc and ordered medications to do their part in the healing process. Dr Patel, even took the time to contact me to see how things were going and provided some follow-up advice too It's wonderful to know that your health care provider, really cares.. CHARLIE

Absolutely blown away by provider Ajay Patel’s bedside manner and vast medical knowledge!! It’s very obvious that he is very devoted to the care of his patients and their needs. He actually LISTENS instead of just writing a prescription to make it seem like he’s doing something. He’s just as attentive in person as he is on a telemedicine appointment. The way he thinks outside of the box and knows how to prescribe meds that aren’t commonly known about using for off label reasons always amazes me. I know me and my family are in great hands wherever we come to him. I’ve never had a Dr FOLLOW UP with me to make sure things are going well!! I will follow him anywhere he goes in the future (but I hope he stays close). The staff are so sweet and treat you like family when you walk in the door. Not only are the rooms spotless but so is the waiting area. You can tell they take pride in their business. I can’t say enough good things about this place and these people. I definitely give this place a 20 out of 10 stars!!!

Very friendly staff and pretty quick visit! I went in for a stubbed toe, got an X-ray done within 15 minutes, had to wait for the doctor a little due to other patients but no longer than about 10-15 minutes, he was very considerate & efficient. Total visit took about 45 minutes overall. Highly recommend!

I recommend 200% this place I just got out with my 7month old and they were very very professional and knowledgeable and the nurses and doctor were very friendly and patient with my baby and I. They answered all the questions I had. Thank you thank you. They had to do couple of test to my baby and they were very good not aggressive or anything. Doctor prescribe medicine and also even gave us natural tips to help him get better. You guys are the best. I’m coming back for sure if I ever need any other visit to an Urgent Care. Forgot to mention labs came back really fast.

Top notch care. Very kind physician and staff. I was seen within minutes of walking in. The Dr and staff checked on me multiple times to ensure I was feeling better. The office even called after I left to ensure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend this urgent care if you ever need urgent medical care.

Visited first time and had an excellent experience. I was skeptical at first this being a new place...but was completely satisfied with the quality of facility, staff competency and professionalism/care. They had plenty of appointments available online at short notice, the forms were easy to fill digitally. Practically walked-in and straight to the exam room. On-site facility with X-ray and diagnosis. Received a shot and was out in about 20-25mins max. The doctor followed up with text and personal call....never had such a good experience in ER clinic. This would be one I would want to go for myself and family, should we need one.

Ease of scheduling online appointment to save spot and avoided any excessive wait time. The staff were super nice and friendly not to mention highly competent, brilliant, and professional at what they do. It was such a quick and efficient visit from beginning to end. Thanks to medicine prescribed I’m starting to feel better. This will be the urgent care me and my family use from now on.
