Twice I have been asked by a staff member to cover myself while breastfeeding my newborn on both our check ups. Florida laws on breastfeeding need to be posted in the lobby of the doctors office because there is a pediatric unit for mothers and children at this same clinic and your staff doesn’t seem to know that breastfeeding is a protected right and I do not have to cover anything when it is clear I am nursing a baby. I addressed it to my doctor and I’m addressing it here too. Next step is finding an attorney.

Very Insensitive when they give you bad news. and they schedule you for follow up appointments but when you get there they don’t even know what the appointment was for. My advice would be find a real obgyn and read the reviews. I would suggest anywhere else other than here.

Ms Sandra my hygienist did an excellent job on my teeth. She is very polite and I recommend her to anyone.

My last few visits were really something. I'm told I have gestational hypertension and that it's quite serious but then my appointment gets canceled and moved to 5 days before my due date. The person said on the phone " you're fine it's no big deal" while the doctor has told me something different. So now I'm going to be over 2 weeks with out seeing the doctor and apparently having a serious problem that won't be addressed until then. This place was ok ay forst but every appointment after has slowly gone downhill since then. After I'm done with this office I'm never going back.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would. One of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to in my life. First of all. The Obgyn won’t let you have the dad in the room with you because it’s against the “Covid regulations” but if they are so worried about Covid , why doesn’t everybody have on a mask ? Or why is there sanitizer stations at every door ? And why are so many people allowed in the lobby at one time ? And when I voiced my opinion to the lady’s in the office their response was “take it up with somebody else. That’s not my department “. Well who’s department is it ??? Everytime you call to schedule a appointment the wait time on the phone is always 30+ minutes before someone even answers to schedule a appointment. There was a time I literally fell asleep on the phone waiting for a answer. The staff are always rude. Especially if you are a new patient, they look at you crazy. Their system reminds me a lot of the dmv. It’s unnecessary. Yes it is convenient to have a lot of options of care such as primary , obgyn , optometrist, dentist all in one location, but the way they treat their patients is not worth it. The wait is not worth it.

I've been going to this clinic for 10 years to be exact since it used to be on the opposite end of Mercy drive I've even gotten my kids and all my other siblings to attend as well very good experience very caring administration staff the nurses are to die for even the doctors they're also patient and caring I love it here. Dr. Walters is my favorite she never rushes me and made sure all my needs are met. Thank you guys so much for everything

They're fast and overall efficient. I've had some issues when it comes to getting my referrals in at times, but the job always gets done, you just may have to go back a few times. Good service, polite staff and the wait time are not long, they are longer in the evening.

Dr. Walters always listens to me and makes sure to relieve me of any uncertainty I may have. Super patient and kind has made Prenatals appointments smooth and easy for me

Don’t bother coming here. All they apparently can do is draw your blood and don’t even tell you the results. Can’t even give you an ultrasound. They’ll make you wait two hours just to give you list of referrals. Very insensitive nurses. They act like they don’t know what you’re there for. I was there for my first appointment with obgyn, then I went to the ER right after my appointment and got more advice and answers immediately. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized.

The dentist does not take in new appts instead people are told to joint the waitlist at 7am. Waited for two hours just for them to tell me that the dentist decided not to show up to work today.

Provider was one of the nicest women I have met. She listened to my concerns and helped me. I will definitely be coming to her more often. I was in and out before 1 hour!

Yesterday I went to Community at Mercy Drive Pine Hills. I was in a very difficult moment of my life and all they gave me was kindness and compassion. Thank you so much guys for everything you have done for me.

If you can avoid coming to this clinic (optometrist) do it! It's a shame that a bad review is assigned by a single person who is incompetent at his job. I have come 3 times to pick up the girl's glasses and it is always a dilemma to get them delivered to me. I live 1 hour from the clinic. Pickup times and days change. The last time I made sure to go within the time frame that they wrote to me and even so, arriving on a Monday at 11:30 am (it is from 8 to 12 pm) they did not deliver them to me and they made me wait until after 2 pm because their Lunch time is from 1 to 2 pm. Without reason or any explanation they left me waiting for more than 2 hours. I'm thinking it's problems with Hispanics. I filed a complaint obviously!
