Very pleasant healthcare clinic. I walked in and was immediately greeted and willing to help. Service was quick but very accurate of my symptoms. Great place to get treatment. Keep up the fantastic job y'all.

Received excellent care! Staff were courteous, MUCH more caring and efficient than my regular doctor's office and expedited my recovery. I was in extreme back pain yesterday and had gone to my doctor's office a week prior for it, but it was worse. My doctor's office said they were ordering an MRI, but it took them 4 days and the MRI place said it would take at least another week before insurance approval just to schedule it. So, I went to America Urgent Care and they ordered MRI stat.. They treated me there to help relieve pain and muscle spasms and called in my prescription, which was ready within an hour at my own pharmacy. They gave me my MRI orders and was able to have the MRI yesterday. Last night, I received a call from the PA that treated me regarding my MRI report and they promptly emailed it to me.They then called me this morning to check on me. I was referred to them by my husband, who had a similar experience with them. I HIGHLY recommend them! Wish The Villages Health would treat their patients with the same level of care as American Urgent Care! They restored my faith in medical providers!

Best ever experience at a walk in I have ever had. Welcoming, professional, compassionate, efficient are words that describe my visit. The on line booking appointment was uncomplicated. I received a reminder call 1 hour before my appointment, was able to come in early and was seen within 5 minutes after all the paperwork was done. Exam, diagnosis and treatment were recommended and explained clearly. Farah Alli took time to answer my questions in detail, making sure I understood everything. In addition l received a follow up phone call the next day. This is the way a walk in clinic should be run. Thank you. I am feeling much better and grateful for your help.

The speediest urgent care I have ever been to! The staff is exceptional, caring, and knowledgeable, and the facilities were clean, welcoming, and comfortable. All their exams and machines were in perfect working order (needed an X-ray) and I was checked-in, scanned, diagnosed, and out in less than an hour. The doctor and technicians listened and were truly invested in helping me. Could not recommend them more!!!

We were so happy to find American urgent care. Our current doctor is on maternity leave and we didn’t have a doctor. Both of us had Covid and they took us in right away and gave us the proper medication and tested us. Followed up three weeks later, and ended up with bronchitis, and they treated us again and we couldn’t be happier. Also, I would like to note that they are open on holidays, which is extremely hard to find. I have referred several friends to American, urgent care and they are all really happy. We feel very fortunate to have this facility near us to use whenever we need it.

I was impressed with my experience at the urgent care, they said 15 mins and I was in and out. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable and wrote the prescription and I was on my way…. They were personable receptionists and the place was clean…. I will probably use them again in the future….

This is the second time I have used this Clinic. Last year I went for some bruised ribs. This year I had a whole different problem. Once I've got there they roomed me rather quickly. The nurse was nice and very kind as was the doctor. Got me taken care of in a very timely manner. Their kindness and professionalism are very much appreciated. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I entered the urgent care, and was immediately greeted and asked if I had been there before. I had been, so they got my info then took my insurance card. I was taken back to an exam room by a friendly young man and told someone would be right with me. Courtney entered, asked a few questions about why I was there, then examined me. She decided which medications I should have, and I was walked out to the lobby. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure not to have to wait hours, as is the usual in an ER. I was in and out n about 1/2 an hour. I would definitely recommend, and I will be back if necessary. Thank you Nancy Verhelst

I had a sinus infection and went to American Urgent Care for the first time. Everything was fantastic. I only had to fill out 1 form, sat in waiting room for less than 5 minutes, and was out in less than 15 minutes. The Dr was very thorough and confirmed my thoughts, she prescribed some meds and sent me on my way. Overall a very pleasant experience. My wife and I found our new Urgent Care facility !

This urgent care is wonderful! It is clean. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The PA saw me, and she was also friendly, but most importantly she was thorough. She assessed that I had a bad ear infection. She prescribed appropriate medication and called the following day to check on me. I’m a nurse and appreciate the great care I received. Thank you!!!

My first time at this small facility that provides a lot of service. Prompt, polite, and professional staff. My wait was maybe 10 minutes before being seen. Paperwork was minimal. Treatment was spot on and I was feeling much better the next day. Fully recommend using American Urgent Care.

I highly recommend American Urgent Care to all in the Wildwood area. My first appointment there was yesterday afternoon and it was only 20 minutes, which is unbelievable for an urgent care appointment this time of year. My PA was empathic, friendly, and knowledgeable.
