The location is excellent. My refrigerator did not work. There were no working ice machines for 100 days. I had roaches in my room. I asked the maid could she take my dirty towels and give me clean towels she refused. Told me to go to the front desk who sent me back to the maids who took my dirty towels but refused to give me clean towels. Maid were angry when you past them no good morning nothing. Laundry room was filthy most machines were broken. I was so disappointed. I had stayed there five years ago for 4 months had excellent service now it is awful. They also scam you if you prepay then when you get there they say you never paid. This happened to to many people so they are scrimmaging money into accounts. The manager seems to be in on it. Do not go here. Location is good everything else is bad.

This place is definitely a case of, "you get what you pay for." Where do I start? Our room smelled like smoke, the front door would hardly close, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the tub looked like they tried using silly putty to patch it 100's of times, and when we turned on the microwave, bugs went scattering everywhere. If you're looking to make change, don't bother with the laundry room here. You'll only get tokens. The playground in the middle is pretty nasty. But the pool looks nice. We also did not get bitten by anything at night - so we'll count that as a win.

Please save your time and money.... This place is definitely deceiving. Broken glass in the walk way, room smelled like mold, furniture is swelling due to being water damage, faucet in the bathtub kept running, and also mattress had stains. The lady named Wanda at the front desk had the audacity to offer us a newly renovated room which irritated me even more....As if she was holding a better room for someone else. I'm highly disappointed in this hotel and will NEVER do business with them again. Not to mention she still charged me for 1 night even though I returned the room key and told her I wasn't going to stay there. If anyone is looking for a room to stay in please don't. My bank is already in the process of returning my money. Also if they refuse to refund your money...take pictures and send it to your bank!!! The process will be a lot easier. This place is disgusting!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 start...

I wanted to have a little weekend getaway and I usually plan better but I found a quick room here and booked it. We arrived and I saw how rundown the building was and shrugged it off and when I got to my room my feelings changed immediately. The bed was thankfully clean, my towels were not. I looked in the vent of the bathroom and found nothing but mold. Mold behind the hinges of the doors and none of the lights worked. I found out why by how the plug was jammed into the wall and not an outlet. I didn't feel the need to complain and I was thankful to have a place to lay my head down. My biggest issue is nobody seems happy to be there and there's not enough resources to keep this place in functioning order. I just hope someone sees the value of their location and put forth the effort and make it a desired stay. Please don't take my criticisms harshly I just wish this gets to the right ears/eyes to make this place better.

Hotel is absolutely terrible, I like to think they are renovating based on how rough the appearance is outside and inside. The room we stayed in not only did I kill a roach in the room and found one dead when we entered but the shower head was falling out of the wall as well as the curtain rod, the door to enter didn't close correctly and the handle was coming loose when you pull it to latch it shut, the hinges were all rusted and there was water damage on the ceilings. Walls are paper thin.....you get what you pay for....definitely a budget hotel. On the up side the area is cool there is plenty to do and it's close to Disney. And the staff is nice.

I've been coming to the social for years it's not a five-star hotel but they do have two nice pools. It's a nice location to go to Old Town or fun spot or eat at places in the area like they say you get what you pay for. I went for the 14-year anniversary of my mom's death and some friends and family came to hang out with me, we had a great time. I would definitely go again as I said I've been coming here for years, I've never had to check in before when I did check in the lady had the same name as my mom so that was cool and she was very nice her name was Deborah. They also have a pool side bar by one of the pools not a big options to choose from but it's still nice and, the bartender was great and very funny and very welcoming and made sure that we all had a good time.

The service was great, did not expect a long line on arrival, but hey it was a holiday weekend and some other concert was going on. The hotel needs some major, major TLC. The roof has remnants of blue tarp hanging off of it. The outside needs to be pressure cleaned. The rooms need renovating. The walls are patched up, the toilet paper holder just came right out the wall. The door frames are all rusted. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. For a quick stay, that's all it's worth. Don't expect a resort, you'll be totally disappointed. No food in the food court area neither, but they charge a resort fee for it.

2/3 we arrived at the hotel first of all the manager she has a horrible attitude no customer service whatsoever very rude. I booked a suite with two beds, and one twin bed when we got to the room it was one full bed with a bunk bed and a little cot, there was blood stains on the sheets. The microwave was nasty. The refrigerator door was all oxidated. The bathroom door frame was coming apart. It was totally disgusting. It look like a hotel that should be on the first 48 crime story. Trust me I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay here.

I’ve had the ‘pleasure’ of staying at the Seralago Hotel and Suites whilst on holiday with my family. We booked this through a reputable booking agent Love Holidays. SHOCK HORROR. They’re just as useless as the Seralago, offering me a mere 10% of the total cost of what was already a costly holiday. Not easy to get a response from either, no calls back and maybe 24 hours or more between emails. Not what you expect when you give them nearly 1000 pounds. We found the rooms to be dated, although dirty, the rooms comfortable enough to sleep in. We consistently found small cockroaches and bugs around the room. We understand that this happens and sometimes can’t be prevented but, when we was finding multiple cockroaches in the bed whilst children watch and get scared it becomes a bit of a problem. As well as this, we witnessed pest control throwing out sheets and linen only a few doors down from us which doesn’t fill us with hope. This wasn’t on the one occasion, pest control have been seen round the hotel multiple times and quoted to us ‘if I had the money, I’d burn this place and rebuild it’ again, not filling us with hope. Whilst this was a major concern, we also found the smoke alarms to contain no batteries and they weren’t hard wired in to the property. Upon removal this was noticeable across 3/4 of the rooms we booked! What would happen if a fire broke out in the room whilst we was in it? Does someone have to die for this to be properly inspected? As well as this, the smoke alarms are 2 years past the expiration date. Who is keeping up to date with these? The railings themselves are unsafe and cannot be relied on, the hotel no longer serves any food or beverages. Could this be to do with the cockroach infestation? I have complained and complained, been offered a new room and found a stain on the freshly made bed as well as a dirty floor. This is a fire hazard as well as a hazard to health. My advice, don’t stay here. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here with all things considered. The staff are rude and don’t want to help. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? How wrong was I. The managers don’t turn up for the weekend, to be told they’ll be back in Monday. It’s utterly despicable. One manager said one thing to us yesterday without making it known to her staff. Now the staff have no clue because she won’t be back in till Monday! It’s pathetic.

This is by far the worse hotel or “resort” I have ever stayed in. There is rust and mold everywhere, this is no exaggeration. I was not aware that a microwave could rust out so badly. The mini fridge has mold all on the outside of it, there is mold on the a/c vents and inside. The door didn’t lock and is rusted out. The beds are the least comfortable beds on the planet. The smell is horrendous. The grounds are not kept, just walking to your room is a nightmare as all the concrete is cracked and broken. My 10 yr old daughter was scared of all the noise of neighboring visitors who were outside our room night 1. When we arrived, the line was as ridiculous. After about a 40 minute wait, we noticed the restaurant that seemed appealing and arcade. The next day after an awkward and horrible sleep, we decided to try it out. The arcade was terribly overpriced and not included in the “resort” fee we are forced to pay. They then proceeded to tell me that “the restaurant will no longer open and was shut down two weeks prior to my stay due to understaffing”. While the pools were nice, the one park my daughter could play at was overgrown and disgusting. Super 8 and motel 6 has a better ambiance. Stay away! Do not bring your family! No one hurt me, there is no reason to lie, this place needs to be revamped! I wish I knew. I want my money back.

I'm here right now and no this place is disgusting. It's obvious people smoked in here. It's stinks horribly. The TV doesn't work. The lamps are broken. The dresser is holding the door shut that comes from the room next door. Totally nastiness. And look at the blood stain on the floor..... did someone die in here? Yuck 🤮 not staying good bye! Would rather sleep in my car.

GARBAGE PLACE! This place has some of the worst service. I’ll make a list. 1. We were given the wrong room number the first night so when we tried to unlock the door someone was already in our room. 2. We made it to our room and it was an absolute mess, pictures in the floor, garbage can knocked over, they had not swept, the bathroom was empty of any towels or a trash can, they had not swept the floors at all. 3. We paid for a room with 2 beds and a Murphy bed, the Murphy bed wasn’t even there so one of us had to sleep on the couch. 4. After we had to argue to get room service they finally cleaned our room, when we came back they still had not cleaned the floors and left our windows wide open so anyone could walk by and see if they wanted to steal something (those doors hardly even close). And to our “surprise” the key card didn’t work anymore. So then we had to go back up to the front and argue even further to access the room we paid for. This place is a cheap skate pig sty and you should avoid it. The owners clearly do NOT care about their customers to any form.

When we first walked in, the receptionist was nice and the location of the hotel was GREAT, considering we were close to Disney world and Universal. As soon as we walked in the room, I was disgusted. The lamp shade had nasty brown dirt all around the rim🤢, that's been there since 1991. The bathroom door at the bottom was chipped off and don't get me started on how the fridge and microwave is in the bathroom 🤢. We saw curtains in the kids section of the hotel room on the website but, when we checked to see if there were curtains there wasn't none at ALL and they still had FATBACK TV's from the 1980's and the remote didn't work. There was GUM on the top bunk. The shower water bout STANK🤢🤢 AND the sink water STANK when you wash your body or hands you start to smell FUNKY. Towels were gross, Floors were nasty, BARELY any outlets and NO outlets in the kids area. Other then the Nasty, funky room the service was nice and the location was great when you're trying to go to Disneyworld or Universal because it's not too far. Hope this place gets fixed if it does then it would definitely be a GREAT hotel.

Well, it started off that all the festivities that are supposed to be included were on a permanent hold along with the breakfast, Which was not told to us until check in. The hot tub wasn’t working and teenagers were caught having relations in it all day and they never went and cleaned it. Then walking into our room the bed frame was completely broken so every time you sat or moved on the bed it sounded like a giant tin can. There was black mold all over the walls and outside the rooms as well. Someone vomited outside our room and was there on the ground our entire 4night stay. This was disgusting and I hope that it gets cleaned up or it should be shut down! To me this was Zero ⭐️ motel!

We came to stay for our daughter's birthday. The second we walked in the front lobby, we were greeted by Wanda. She was so kind and friendly. We had good conversation while I was checking in. She accommodated our requests and made suggestions on what we could do in the area. We are so grateful that we got to experience her amazing customer service. She definitely deserves recognition for her wonderful hospitality. We will be back again!

This place is absolutely disgusting, from the door that doesn’t lock to the blood stains on the bed I felt nauseated and repulsed the whole stay. You walk in and it smells stale and wet, the room had clearly been unattended for an extended period of time. The floor in the bathroom was soaked by water from a toilet that never stopped running. The mattresses and sheets were so grotesque I had to go and buy my own to make it even remotely safe for any of my family to sleep in. I was up all night worried and I looked to my right and three roaches were on the floor. Please save time, money and yourself from this horrid experience.
