I haven’t required any sort of ‘urgent care’ in many years- but it became unavoidable today, and the care I received was TOP NOTCH! I was in and out, in no time at all. Entire staff was excellent- issue diagnosed and treated swiftly, and I’m already seeing improvement. No work missed, all handled within my lunch break! Thank you so much!

The staff on duty were so nice and helpful. It was already a stressor to have to go due to it being a last minute requirement to get cleared for a much anticipated surgery but they made it so friendly and helped lessen my stress. Will definitely use them in the future if needed. Job well done!

If you're ever visiting near New Smyrna Beach and happen to need medical care I highly recommend PrimeCare Urgent Care. They were very kind, caring and thorough. I also did not have to wait long which is great when you don't feel well and want to get back to bed. Should you need medical attention this is a great place to go.

My service was excellent from the receptionist from the nurse receptionist from the doctor it made me feel a lot better than last year with another doctor I will give you guys five stars especially after I couldn't use the bathroom even I had to come back and get paperwork signed the service was outstanding will no. minate you five stars. What nominate you five stars including the intern that I think the doctor was training very professional I would rather go there and then LPGA or the doctor it did it for me last year save my paperwork his name was Dr Funk

Each of my visits here have been outstanding. Received prompt and courteous service at the reception desk. The technician was friendly and professional. Dr. Funk is thorough with his diagnosis and explains the treatment in detail. Definitely my favorite urgent care!

Sure was much quicker than a ER. Everyone was friendly and smiled, which makes things a little easier. If I had any criticism, it would be that the web page stated that things such as x-rays were done there, but upon arrival I was told the doctor would complete as exam and determine if he thought x-rays were needed. Of course they were, but I knew that before going in. It was a little inconvenient, but things got done.

Dr. Funk and his team were excellent! There was a bit of a wait (as expected with a walk-in facility), but not bad, and when I did see him, he took his time and answered all of my questions. Very happy with my care.

we had to visit here from out of state because my 4 year old had gotten into some poison ivy before traveling. his insurance wasn’t accepted because it was out of state medicaid, but still their prices were very reasonable! staff was very friendly and informative, and they even carry some medicines in stock so you don’t have to go to the pharmacy, bill insurance, etc. dr. funk was so nice, informative and helpful, and my son was able to get the care he needed so we can finish our vacation.
