Hi on Wednesday December 22nd around 4:50pm one of your drivers put me and my passengers in serious danger. Your driver entered my lane without a blinker and cut me off. Usually I would not care about this kind of thing but I almost hit your driver because of their driving. It really upsets me that I almost couldn’t protect my passengers because your driver thought they could get somewhere faster by not being a respectful driver. They cut me off so we could sit at a light and I watched him pull out his tip basket right after. Also severely disrespectful. I bring this to your attention for the safety of the community that lives here but also the tourist you transport. This man had a white cap with red writing, black sunglasses, and a blue shirt or jacket. Please ask your drivers to be more respectful of the communities they travel through. Thanks for your reply! Really seems like YOUR company takes in feedback. It didn’t seem like you have no interest in this at all. I really appreciate that it seems like you’ll actually do something about this. Seems like such a good company to do business with. Seems like they will listen to any concerns or problems you may have on your trip folks! Happy holidays.

This was amazing. We had traffic problems And fabulous driver Ismael waited ten minutes after I contacted Greyline. What a knowledgeable man and driver. Anna at manatee site paid special attention to Each guest especially in the water. Highly recommend them. The Homosassa park made the day perfect. Back without a hitch. Great value. Thank you all.

The first trip we did in Orlando was a tour of the city. Where we got to learn about how Orlando came to be and some of the things that makes up this amazing place. This tour included an hour long boat ride, where you got taken around some of the different lakes and were given a good insight on how and why these were created. This was called winter parks. We then had lunch and some time for a bit of shopping before heading to Disney springs for more shopping. We were out for a good 7 hours. This was a nice relaxing day and I would highly recommend this tour, our driver Ismaiel was a awesome guy, he was always 😊 and was very informative. His commentary was very informative and never to over the top.if you are lucky enough to have him as your driver you will have a fantastic day.

We applied for an airboat ride last May It was a lot of fun. We want to take the Gray Line tour the next time we visit Orlando.

This was the best experience we have had in Florida!!! And it was because Oscar, our bus driver, was the sweetest and most accommodating. My sister and I took our first Gray Line tour to St. Augustine and Oscar ensured our safety and experience be nothing to worry about. He met us at each stop we had tickets to to ensure that we made it to the destinations, and held onto our tickets so we wouldn't lose them. He recommended many great visits in St. Augustine as well. Towards the end, my sister and I were running late to depart and head home, but Gray Line and Oscar made sure to patiently wait for us as we navigated back to base. Will definitely be returning for this experience again and hope to explore more Gray Line tours :)

We booked a day at Kennedy to see a launch, we turned up on time to get the bus up; however, the bus turned up over half hour late. How they can call themselves a professional service with such shoddy time keeping. Then to ask about complaining and then getting laughed at just adds insult to injury. Gave me an email to complain which doesn't work. Useless!

This was a wonderful day! Swimming with manatees was my favorite part of this vacation. Captain Tom was knowledgeable and funny, and made me think of a ‘manatee whisperer.’ We saw lots of manatees, including a mother with her baby. We took the bus from Orlando and the driver was super nice; the bus was comfortable. The people were great! Overall, an incredible experience.

I went on a trip to Orlando and am I glad I took this tour to Kennedy Space Center. This is definitely a must see if you are in Orlando. Amazing, breathtaking and jsut…WOW!!! Our tour guide from greyline was also the best. Shout out to Paul for being very professional. Paul was also prompt and very informative. 5 stars to Paul!

The Kennedy Space center small group tour was fabulous today!! We got the royal vip treatment and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well worth the great price that covers the hotel pick up and tour and breakfast and lunch and tour of things others dont get to do!! Great driver had great personable skills, but while driving he kept texting and taking both hands off the wheel and yawning that is not safe nor acceptable. It frustrates me that he thought so little of his passengers that they could have been killed or in a serious accident. this was the best tour!! Loved the Kennedy space center but grave concern on a distracted driver!!!

The tour was a great one day getaway! The bus picked me up at ICON park in Orlando at 7 am and then proceeded to pick up others at 2 other pick up points. The drive was about 2.5 hours and we were dropped off at pier 60 in Clearwater. I had some time to walk around and then I went on a dolphin tour and thoroughly enjoyed this informative ride.Many dolphins were seen too! After that I walked on the pier at Pier 60 for $1 and took many photos. I then relaxed on the beach for about 45 minutes and rejoined the bus at 4pm for return. I was back in Orlando by 6:30 pm. Our bus driver Ismail was very informative on what things we could do when we arrived in Clearwater. He made sure that we boarded the bus and arrived at our destination safely. An excellent tour and I will definitely recommend this to others who are interested!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We really enjoyed this tour. The only problem was the confirmation on our tickets showed 8:20 but the shuttle did not show up until 9:00. Otherwise we had a great time. We got to go to Winter Park and take a boat ride through Three lakes into canals. They better operators gave us a running commentary on everything around there and how it all began. We then got to go to oleola park and enjoy a festival going on. After that, it was a trip to Disney springs. Disney springs is massive! There were so many people there and it was not a holiday, but it seemed like Black Friday on steroids. All in all we had a nice time and I believe it was money well spent.

We purchased the transportation-only tickets for a round trip to Kennedy Space Center. Our tour guide Greg was very tentative and engaged everyone on the bus and kept everyone in a joyful mood both to the KSC and coming back. The bus was clean and comfortable in general, the AC was a bit too cold on the window side as the vents are located there. Tip: bring extra jackets or layers if you don't like cold AC for long period of time. The ride one-way is about one hour without traffics. We hit the rush-hour traffic on the way back, it ended up a 2.5 hour ride back. Kudos to the driver and the tour guide to keep us safe and entertained.

Driver just abandons passengers in a strange country miles away from your hotel. Don't trust this company if your driver is called Giovanni

We will Never use Gray Line again, after being told the wrong pick up site we were then charged $70 more than the purchase price to change to the next day, we were picked up at 9am and and told to be back for pick up 12.45 pm, so in all over a 150 dollars for half a day..., never again.

The tour was definitely worth it! They pick you up between 7:15-7:30 at your hotel. They provide a brown sack with juice and food for breakfast. You drive to the Kennedy Space Center for about an hour, the driver is great at answering questions and giving information. Once at the center you can do what you want but the trouble guide suggested doing the Guided Garden Tour, the Special Guided Bus Tour which ends at Saturn (that has a reenactment of the first Apollo launch), and the Atlantis, and the Astronaut Presentation. Those were all spectacularly informative, and interactive. Their food voucher for lunch was perfect for covering the meal. And on the way back their was provided snacks. If you want door-to-door service this is the perfect tour for you! The only complaint I have is the driver was texting while driving on the return trip.

We booked the Kennedy Space Centre tour, and we were not disappointed. Fantastic communication beforehand, and helped with all questions we had. The tour guide gave us useful tips on how to schedule our day at the centre, and then spent time with everyone on the bus on the way home, even giving tips for other things to do. Would highly recommend using them.

I’m happy that I booked through Gray Line. We booked the VIP tour to Kennedy Space and when my husband was Ill (I reached out to them less than 24 hrs before our tour) they refunded me the amount(as credit) which we used for another tour when he was well. Their customer service was very good and very responsive. The only thing is that they didn’t tell us that the tour guides are not allowed to go into Kennedy space with you to conduct the tour because not long ago Kennedy Space stopped all tours from happening apart from the ones they provide. Saying this though, our guide was very very good! She told us where to go and what to do first to avoid all the long ques to ensure we made the most of our time there. After exploring the suggested areas, my husband and I had plenty of time to go back and explore the centre further. I dont think not having the tour guide should put anyone off, they way I look at it is that you get to go around freely, at your own pace with the itinerary they give you. We also had access to the ICON wheel which was such a good experience. We still have some credit left (oh, which never expires) which we will be using for our trip into London :)

The tour we scheduled to Kennedy space center was amazing. The transportation was comfortable and on time. Our guide Angelina was diligent in informing us the best way to approach our visit and we were lucky enough to go on a rocket launch day. She informed us on the best time to go to the viewing area and the launch time. This made the trip even more unforgettable. On our way back we hit some traffic and the driver and the guide found a better route to get us to our destination on time. I have beed using Gray Line for years and this is by far the best experience.

5. The tour guide gave such helpful tips we got to do everything we wanted to! Plus some more :) the driver was kind safe and courteous! Good experience! The bus was also clean and smell free! Wish the bus on the way back had charging but overall amazing experience.

Took the Wild Florida Adventure tour with transportation. Greg was our driver/guide, very entertaining guy... Dad jokes and all! Had a wonderful time at Wild Florida, air boat ride, a walk through their park, lunch and onto the drive thru Safari, the kids were thrilled to be able to feed the giraffe! Well worth the money for the experience. Thank You!

The driver and our guide was very very nice. We did not see any attitude. They love their job and thus we were treated very well. From pick up (Swan Hotel) to drop point (NASA) and going back it was a pleasant ride. We had a engine trouble halfway but in 30 mins less another bus was replaced. Our tour guide that was May 17 was very courteous and well mannered. She gave us a history as well of Walt Disney, Florida and many more. I would definetly would recommend their service if you would go to NASA.

Our guides, Jo and Octavia, are the loveliest ladies you can meet!!! We took an all day trip to Miami, 4 hours there and 4 hours back, all in one day. Jo made sure everyone was informed and comfortable. The other guests on the trip were also very happy and nice, from all over the world. There were lots of options to do in Miami and our host had helpful suggestions. While some guests were doing boat rides at Bayside, my family took an Uber to a cuban restaurant we always wanted to try, and we got back to Bayside with plenty of time to still shop. The beach in Miami was AAAmazing! Perfect weather, clean, white sand and warm water. It was a very long day, leaving our hotel room at 5:30 for the meeting location, then arriving back to our room at midnight. Despite the long commute, we saw alot and did not feel rushed ever. We all agree that this Miami trip was the highlight of our Florida vacation.

We did a tour with Gray Line Orlando Tours to the Kennedy Space Center. The whole organisation was very professional - the bus was comfy - we got the right tickets and information to explore the area. All in all it was a very good experience - if we'll come back to Orlando, we will definitely consider them again.

Great way to end our last day in Florida. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Angelina is very helpful for us traveling for the first time. I really like how she escorted my family to the boat and helped us get our boarding passes. Something like this is really helpful to myself. Frueh was a great driver especially getting us home on time definitely will do this tour again only down side is I wish it was a little longer to watch the sundown show on the pier. Good tour to Kennedy Space Center. The grey line guide prepared a personal tour plan to all parties which ensured everyone got the most out of their visit. My timeplan was perfect and i saw everything i wanted and had still a few minutes to spare at the end. I highly recommend greyline line for this trip.

We have used Gray Line Orlando on several day trips. We went on the day trip to Kennedy Space Center, we worth the trip and very easy to get there with Gray Line. Our driver was a great help telling us how to get the most out of our day there. Pick up and drop offs very easy too.

We had a great time touring the city of Orlando they picked us up on time took us to a wonderful barbecue showed us more sites and we could’ve dreamed of and got us back to our hotel if the end of the day it was great value and a wonderful time

My son and myself visited Orlando this last summer from Las Vegas Nv. We booked a Greyline Bus Tour/Day Trip to Miami. It was great, on time, had a cute breakfast ready and the bus was very comfortable as well. My son is 9 and didn't get restless at all. The staff was very nice and very informative. I will definitely book again!

Had a trip booked to St Augustine for the first Nights of Lights in November 2019. Turns out I was the only booked on it. Did they let me down? No, I had basically a private trip, just me and the driver, who was excellent. Have used Grayline in the past for trips to Kennedy etc. And again, excellent driver. Did a trip November 2016 to Kennedy and swamp boat ride. In leaving Kennedy I received the news that my mum had passed away back in the UK. My upset was added to by the fact I couldnt ring home due to problems with my phone. My ex mentioned it to the driver, Mike, who promptly gave me his own phone to use! I was so touched, what a lovely generous gesture. 12 months later I did the trip again. Got on the coach and Mike was the driver again. He recognised me, got up and gave me such a big hug telling me he had often thought about me. It was lovely to be able to thank him again personally, and I have never forgotten his help on such a sad day on my life. I hold the Grayline drivers in Orlando in high esteem - and their trips are pretty good too. Lol

My fiancé and I had the most incredible time at Kennedy Space Center! He and I didn’t realize how interactive the tour guides were. Giovani was a riot and an encyclopedia of information about not only our excursion, but all of the Florida area. Top notch service with a smile that made for an incredible trip we will never forget!

My brother and I had an awesome tour to Kennedy Space Center on Grey Line Orlando today! Our tour guide went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience! When the tour company found out that Kennedy opened later than expected, they threw in a discounted airboat tour for us! Our tour guide Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the space industry and the Orlando area in general. He always had interesting and useful information to share. He mapped out the best route in the Space Center to be able to see all of the stuff that we were interested in. He was prompt and on time at the pick up and drop off points. Thanks to Jason for making it an awesome experience and worth every penny! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in the Orlando area who wants to see the Kennedy Space Center!

Fantastic day at Kennedy Space Centre. Driver was brilliant as he stayed late as a rocket was due to be launched after the coach's original departure time. Life time experience which we would have missed. Great service, fantastic knowledge and information. Will book again, when I return to USA.

Always book Gray Line when travelling out to Port Canaveral for a cruise. They never let us down, always showed on time, friendly drivers and competitively priced. Will definitely use them again when we can return to Florida
