Location, location, location! Wonderful accommodations, well appointed, clean, easily accessible and on top of that, you are right across the street from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The two bedrooms both have kingsize beds that are comfortable, and the master bedroom has double doors for access to the porch where you can relax and listen to the waves.

Spent a great week with friends here in July. We rented the Palms bungalow and found it to be spacious, bright and comfortable. There are many items available for renters to use, but the house is not overly stuffed or cluttered. The patio area was our favorite. It's very nicely landscaped and gives you the impression of being alone and private, even though you know you are steps away from everything. The owner was easy to work with and had very reasonable check in/out policies. We'll be back!

The villa was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing! The backyard was much smaller than we anticipated and with no grass it was more difficult than we thought for our dogs. They are use to grass so they wouldn't go "potty" without taking them for a walk but besides that I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. If we return I wouldn't hesitate a minute to book with beach bungalow, not to mention Ann and Rob are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing stay!

This Beach Bungalow is fantastic! One of THEE best equipped villas we have ever rented. We stayed for a month with our very welcomed dog. Best features were the beach across the street and of course the hot tub. Extremely clean and decorated in high end décor. We were very comfortable here! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We can't wait to come back!

We can highly recommend the villa. We stayed a month and it felt like home. The location is ideal - close to the beach, and we went to sleep at night to the sound of the wind and waves. Indialantic is a great spot with gorgeous beaches, good shopping and many great restaurants. Some of the best places to eat in the area are just a 5-minute walk from the villas. The villa is spacious, very comfortable and impeccably clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is pretty much everything one would need to cook just about anything, plenty of plates, utensils, etc. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a wonderful balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean, and the bed is amazingly comfortable. There are fans everywhere which we love. It is perfect for dogs - great places to walk. We were actually welcome with two big golden retrievers!! We have booked again for next year which pretty much speaks for itself. Our thanks to Ann and Rob for a perfect getaway.

This is the second time we have stayed in this Villa. The owner is great to work with, and works hard to keep up-dated and Clean. Great location, easy walk to several restaurants and stores. Great view from the mb covered deck. Hot tub and private yard are another bonus. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use at the beach. This area of the beach is usally not crowded.

The location of the villa is perfect. The view of the Ocean from the master bedroom was awesome. The villa was very nicely furnished and kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have Rob (owner) there next door in case we needed to ask a question or needed anything. Our stay was immediately following the hurricane and the property was in great shape when we arrived. The only thing I would suggest is to have more bath linens and hand soap (ours was empty)stocked in the bathrooms, and some kitchen towels for the kitchen. We will stay here again in the future! Highly recommend Beach Vacation house. I stayed in the Banana Villa. Hot tub was amazing. Awesome view from the Master Bedroom Balcony overlooking the Ocean. Good dogs welcomed Our Rhodesian Ridgeback enjoyed the balcony as well. Beach is right across the street. Not crowded. Rob answered any questions I had. Thank you Rob and Barb.
