I wanted the 50th Anniversary of Secretariat, I called my nearest Binnys, they were sold out . That still. Clam voice said " Fear Not " then the Gentlemen told me to call The Other Binnys store . I called WoodFord , they said try WillowBrook , Schaumburg. Item.127920 . Jaime said yes I have it , instacart picked it up . The drive was busy but she got it here . Rakesh at Binnys in Schaumburg has it Too ! I'm a happy Camper , now to Handicapp the 149th Derby I'm likeing Tapit Trice, Forte,Kinsbarn, Two Phills,that's my Exacta box , Tapitit Trice to win . Get ready for a long review: I work at UPS in Hodgkins. I’m a tired 32 year old. I’m old fashioned and enjoy personable shopping experiences. Mark, Pablo, and I Theresa have taken care of me almost every Thursday. Pablo has been the only Binny’s employee to make a cigar suggestion to me. Mark has been emailing back and forth, providing information about products I’m inquiring about. I’ve visited the following locations; Orland Park, Evergreen Park, North Riverside, 3 various locations in the city, and one up north. Nobody has provided personal services, seemingly actually interested in my desires as a shopper/guest at their location. I’ve probably spent around $500 in the past 8 days at this location. Their humidor isn’t as large as other locations, but their humidor settings are almost perfect, and I know this because the sticks I bring home are always fresh and leave a creamy texture in my mouth. Veronica** is almost always my cashier and I enjoy our short casual yet personal conversations during checkout. This location is above beyond in service for cigars. Recently, they’ve had a sale on Jim Beam. I’m a redneck city boy with Kentucky roots, and I appreciate the discounted sale price. This Binny’s deserves high praise and everybody at this location has provided exceptional service. Enough to persuade me to write this novel. They was great the manager gave me 76 cents after I pay 698.00 dollars and turn around and use my 10.00 dollars to buy another wine 🍷 but it was the 10.00 I got from them from the points I got so he didn't let me spend no more money so he put in the 76 cents for me but the peoples at that store are nice so go and see for yourself they what let you spend your money 💰 and not be nice to you I think they was great not just to us but to everyone was in the store so if someone said they was not nice they was the night I was there 😀 so thanks 😀 for being nice to me not like other stores once they get your money they have nothing to said to so of the stores don't said have a nice day but by going to Benny's I have a nice night and the next day a nice day to thanks Benny's 😀

We ordered a ton of beer and liquor for our wedding, and had it delivered to our venue. The prices and selection were great and the staff was knowledgable and curteous. Delivery was easy. We couldn't get the wine through Binny's because it was custom order.

Binny's worked with me to plan the beverages for our 50th anniversary party. The assistant manager, Pete, was very helpful suggesting beer and wine selections. Delivery was right on time and returns were handled smoothly. I highly recommend the Willowbrook store.

Stop by yesterday after work with my son walked around looking at the interesting designs of some of the bottles they sell finally walked up to the counter to pay and the lady(Barbara)trys to card my son mind you Im the one with the bottle on hand and the money never once did my son held the bottle I tell the lady she has no need to see my son's ID she continues to ask for it until Mark the manager steps in and tells her that she only needs to see my ID and only my id I have been to other Binny's and never had this bad of experience my apologies to Mark if I was a little angry towards him.

This location is GREAT. Excellent, helpful Customer Service and the best prices locally. Pete at this Binny's is AWESOME and a pleasure to do business with. He has taken care of my Dad over the many years, and is always helpful and friendly when I come in. Thanks for always treating us like Family !
