Let’s Start with quality I used to work in remodeling apartments This place is hell they claim it’s fully remodeled kitchen but in reality what you get new corner tops only. And really bad painted cabinets from 80s soonest You will put your dishes there you will lift paint with it😂 Same thing with tubs!! AC they have here will only cool the front room It’s so small it’s not designed to cool whole apartment. The price and what you get just doesn’t add up!! ($1400) for 1 bedroom you will get apartments from 80s pretty much. Be ready for one off maintenance guy he’s chubby and short He is very rude even with residents. Oh yeah be ready to pay $50 for a copy off your 🔑 if you lose it)) They don’t allow you to make copy of it! Office stuff just do not give a F what’s going on! They will only act good when corporate people here. Otherwise they can care less about you as a resident. Don’t waste your time for these places! I learned my lesson!

DO NOT BE FOOLED! Choosing this place was a horrible decision. They draw you in with the amenities that you can’t even use most of the time. The pool is beautiful and nice when you are allowed to use it. It’s only open for a few hours a day and that’s if the lifeguard shows up. The bowling alley can only be used on the weekend until the office closes. (Fri-7pm, Sat-4pm, Sun-closed). The gym is the only thing you can use 24/7 for those of us that work this doesn’t really give us much time to enjoy these things we pay for. They also don’t tell you that they accept section 8 I’m not saying everyone that needs assistance is ghetto or scumbags but from what I’ve seen in this place they ARE. For someone that works hard and wants to live in a nice community this is not it. Drug addicts, drug dealers, the cops are here practically everyday. We have homeless people doing drugs hiding behind the dumpster. The rats are out of control just last night I was walking my dogs and I could hear rats squealing and banging around under the hood or someone’s car. I’ve almost stepped on two dead rats lying around and it takes days for them to get someone to remove them. Do your research, this place was on the news for bed bug infestation that they weren’t doing anything about until the residents got the media involved. The most recent story this place made it on the news for was a women that set her apartment on fire and displaced all of her neighbors and destroyed there homes and belongings thank god for the fire departments quick response because it would have been so many others, she was arrested for arson! This happen just one building away from mine. I know a few people that have actually paid the money just to break there leases to get out of here. I work way to hard for the life I have and to have to live like this... I wish I did better research before signing the 50 page lease they send you. Oh and don’t forget the fees fees fees they charge you for everything! Read the very long and excessive lease word for word. If I can save someone else from making the mistake I made taking the time to write this was worth it. If the government pays your rent this is probably luxury for you but it’s truly not luxury if you can afford it then do not spend your money here hoping for a nice life you will not find it here!!!

I’ve lived here for about 4 months and man, this place is not worth what you pay for. Beginning of this month (August) I had an attempt car theft by a neighboring resident. We pay $10 a month for parking but there are no cameras. And I know they are not “maintaining” or securing the parking lots. Also had to get cameras installed in my front and back door because some of the other residences have no concept of privacy or space. This also includes maintenance. Only once was I advised they would show up in comparison to the other two times they showed up. I do wonder if they actually give a proper background check of the residents they accept… Also, the pool isn’t always open at its correct hours (assuming they probably weren’t able to hire a lifeguard that isn’t in school). I like to go during hours when most are at work, but given they sometimes open it later in the day kinda defeats the purpose. It’s also very obvious they just painted over everything as even opening my bathroom or bedroom door is a mission of itself. I’m guessing because excess moisture and improper type of paint being used. And the fees, don’t get me started. They are not clear upfront and word their contracts to make it confusing. I might have to go and try to break my lease because I can find a safer and more spacious place for cheaper. Also, I’ve never seen so many centipedes in such a small space ever in my life. So the my definently has a pest issue (something we also pay to “maintain”). Please be wary and consider all the reviews before signing your life away.

Originally, first look of the space, we thought it had new carpeting because of the tufts of fiber found. It was actually from mice burrowing. Neighbors had cockroaches. Experienced theft of personal items from laundry room. Strange people soliciting and saying inappropriate things. Swat visit of neighbors several times and a stabbing near Johnny's beef. Staff can enter your home whenever, even when you're not home. Unfriendly staff that probably hate their job. It's all face here. They also charged me for something that wasn't missing after move out. There's also a lot of car theft in the area. The only positive is that the police patrol the area often.

Best apartment homes in Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs. After a long search for a 1 bedroom unit in Schaumburg, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, Mount Prospect, Inverness, Barrington & South Barrington, I found The Residences at Arlington Heights to be the most superior community by far. The proximity to I-90, Route 62 (Algonquin Rd) and Route 58 (Golf Rd) combined with luxury amenities including pool, 24 hour fitness center, game room and ice skating rink made the move to The Residences at Arlington Heights a no-brainer. My 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment has new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, vanity & mirrors in bathroom, wood style flooring and carpet in bedroom. The quality and craftsmanship of the remodeled unit is magnificent. The shower has great water pressure and instant hot water! The staff is very efficient & professional and the community is extremely Veteran friendly. I highly recommend The Residences at Arlington Heights to anyone looking for a safe and reasonably priced apartment home in Northwest Chicagoland.

We had a great experience with the facilities and the staff at the Residences at Arlington Heights. The manager in the office has been attentive and responsive in every situation we contacted her. The leasing agents have always come through for us. I appreciate and thank them for their work and attention during our time together.

I love this place it’s nice and spacious. The property manager is the best and helped with all my needs. At first my credit score wasn’t enough but I worked hard and they followed up with me and made sure I could meet my goal. I recommend this place the swimming pool is amazing the gym is spectacular and most of all it’s peaceful with beautiful private balconies. I’ve definitely found my dream place and thanks to the property manager Jeanette for giving me the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful place

The game room and 2-lane bowling alley are incredible additions to this community. They’re perfect for hanging out with friends and family. Plus, the brand new clubhouse is a fantastic space for gatherings and events.
