The worse location I’ve been too and would not recommend to anyone. They constantly cancel my appointments last minute. I have a very busy and limited schedule so when they do this it makes it harder to reschedule something being that it’s always last minute and I schedule appointments in advance. I am extremely physically active and need to get body work done weekly. A massage may be considered a luxury to some but it is an absolute necessity for me to function weekly. I HAD a membership but cancelled it because of this. I have a few remaining massages that of course they are making it impossible for me to schedule. Exactly why I cancelled the membership. If I could give zero stars I would but I will say Dave is actually great, he understands the concept of deep tissue meanwhile everyone else feels like they are rubbing you down. I hope that he can find a better company to work for because I will never back.

Great experience! Considering I'm also a massage therapist, I'm very particular so 5 stars coming from me is very very rare! The therapist was awesome and front desk was very nice and helpful too. It's a tad dark in there but overall great experience.

Clarissa is by far one of the best masseuse in my lifetime. Clarissa has discovered knots and oxygen deprivation in parts of my back that was not recognized by me. Don’t let her size fool you. The ambience was great. Music and lighting. This massage was a great moment to recollect myself. Just saying elements massage has a great person on the team and I will only schedule with her. I don’t care how it sounds. Thank you Clarissa!!! Also front desk guy was personable as well!

Calm atmosphere - my therapist Carissa is awesome because she listens to my concerns and executes a wonderful session! Mary manages the office like a queen and does a great job making sure my appointment day/time is perfect. She has a perfect smile at the front desk and always welcomes me by first name!

My first impression was absolutely wonderful, especially meeting Nicholas at the front desk I was very impressed! He was extremely professional and treated me with respect!! Thank you again Nicholas for your kindness! I will definitely come back to this place! Very clean and serene facility I highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend Elements Western Springs, everyone here is friendly and professional! The therapists always ask about my concerns and tailor the massage to take care of my sore muscles.

I got my first massage at elements massage. I had dawn marie and massage from her is ok. She was very nice.

John is fantastic for deep tissue. Mary is incredible and keeps the front desk running smooth despite upper management blunders.
