    I have a small business and have been dropping off my orders at this location for over 4 years being the closest one to me. Despite the workers having horrible customer service I had never had an issue with me dropping off my packages in general. Today however the manager at this location decided to tell me I was not allowed to drop off more than 5 packages at a time because they would not “scan them” and despite these labels being prepaid she said I would have to take the additional packages back home with me because they would not accept them. Her being the manager should show at least a little bit of professionalism. She was rude and incompetent. I asked her to show me where it said I was not allowed to drop off more than 5 packages and she simply replied she had nothing to show me and I just had to do as she said. It’s clear they’re refusing to do their job and unfortunately hurting their paying customers small businesses

    Monica R is rude, impatient and came in 10 minutes late nonchalantly with her food and drink while customers were standing waiting for assistance for over 5 minutes the counter was left unattended Edit: came back few months later, 12:45 it’s closed because they’re on lunch??? What a joke.

    On days when the driver decides to deliver to my house, she parks in front of my driveway and blocks it for 5-10 minutes while she rummages through the back of her truck. She skips my house on days where there is anything in my driveway near my mailbox (trash cans, guest vehicles, etc.) and instead goes to the next house, parks in the middle of the street, and rummages through her vehicle for 5-10 minutes. If I were that incompetent and lazy at my job I would have been fired long ago.

    Horrible. A line of us standing here and they assist 2 people and then do not acknowledge anyone else standing there and then just shut the window. The ignorance is disgusting...at least acknowledge those of us standing there and let us know we cannot be assisted. I always wonder if on the USPS application if they put a requirement of being extremely rude because I find that in most USPS offices they treat customers very poor.

    I stopped by to mail 5 packages to 5 different addresses in the same state. I told the girl ahead of time that I would need to know which tracking number corresponded to each package. She said there wasn’t a way to do this. As she prepared them, I asked if I could take a picture of each one after she processed and placed the labels on each one. She told me know and that this wasn’t allowed because I could be committing some type of illegal fraud. Not sure what kind of fraud or scam she was thinking of. I handed her my ID and my name and address were the return address written on the packages. That, on top of the unfriendly staff, on top of them being short staffed, made for a terrible experience. I’ll go with FedEx next time. Plus, their prices are ridiculous.

    Slowest service on earth.... no sense of urgency. Unprofessional, rude and it appears to be an inconvenience to help customers. Perhaps the employees from the front desk should be moved away from "customer facing". Will never go back there.

    They don't respect opening hours. I arrived at 5.40pm just to pick up the package and they told me that they were no longer working. I asked why they cant help me because the closing time on the door is 6pm, but I didn't get any logical answer. This is a lack of respect for customers!

    Terrible service from the employee Maria Diaz, I wish I could talk to her supervisor or manager. Because of their errors, our package is unable to reach its destination and they do not take responsibility or solve the problem.
