Horrible experience and these people are putting lives in danger. I had got a positive test at 2pm yesterday at my Clinic. At 4pm I took my boyfriend here so he could get a test, I also got a second test, both came back negative after my boyfriends results never got emailed to him we had to go back in and have them resend. Today I went back to my regular clinic and got another positive test. So obviously I am positive and I’m sure my boyfriend is too and this place is passing out negatives like Christmas presents. People are probably traveling based on the testing here when I believe it’s highly unlikely false negatives are this easy to come by…..

Horrible service, I understand it is a free testing site. But guess what the government is paying them who knows what, so please do your job right. Got tested and they told me I would get the results in 30 minutes a whole day went by and no response. Also they are very rude and disorganized.

All of these test are coming out negative when I tested positive I repeat these test are not accurate!! Unless you don’t care and just wanna travel or go back to work which is super selfish but yes they will definitely hand you a negative test anyways stay safe Glendale heights <3

Very rude. Whoever the manager is is not good. I have been calling the past two days, i have still not received my email. When i told him i could not hear him over the phone he hung up on me. He threatned me "if you wanna know your test result you got to do what I told you to do or otherwise you wont get it". Will never go back again. If someone reads this review, I would like to know who the owner of this place is. I wish I could give this rating a zero.

says they close at 8 but they really close 30 minutes earlier. The people working there could be rude as well. I was able to get in and the rest of the people were just left outside in the cold even though the time says 8. and I never received my results lol what a waste of time.

I went and had my test done yesterday at noon it’s now the next day at 6:48 PM and I still don’t have my results from my rapid test. Every time I called no one answers. I left a voicemail no one has called me back and I called last night and actually spoke to someone and was told I should have my results shortly, still haven’t gotten them over 24 hours later. Not reliable at all!

it shows Negative in this place. I went to CVS the same day, it showed positive on a very complete description. So which one is reliable? My symptoms got worse so CVS is correct.

Needed to get my kids tested for school and they were very quick and professional. I received their results right away. Also the place is very clean and the workers are super nice.

Today I and my sister in law anh her husband come . We have the guy his name is Shaheed help us a lot . He so nice if have 10 stars I will do for him but only 5 stars, Any one if you come don’t know anything ask for Shaheed

BEWARE! You will never get your results. Been waiting for mine since December 19. They won’t answer the phone. They are scammers! They “lost” my information, couldn’t locate me in their system.
