The snack n bacon is half alive 9 out of 10 times. If you ask them to make it crispy they say “we’ll try” and it’s still not cooked well. Don’t have this item on your menu if you can’t cook it.. seems like a health hazard but some how they’re still open.

Fast service, friendly staff, order was exactly as placed.

I ordered 2 XL hot coffee, one with a "little" ice and a pancake bacon wrap. My coffee was cold, I had ask to put more hot coffee in my drink. She forgot my pancake wrap. When I asked for syrup the older female said that there wasn't any. I said, ok I would like a refund. She said, I can't do that. Come back when there's a manager. I told it would be nice to let people know that you don't have syrup for your pancake wrap. She said, what can I say I didn't take the order. Just come back tomorrow and talk to the manager for a refund. When I went to the car to take out the wrap... it was wrapped in a napkin and stuck on the pancake. This has to be the worst experience I've had with them and I go there daily. I just won't return to this location. Receipt #3808, 12/15/22 1:38 pm

I want to thank Cinaiya for being such a great employee! I go to this location frequently & no matter what the issue is, she is always there to take care of me. She is the go to person & deserves recognition!

Maybe instead of putting signage up that "the girls are new" you could budget properly to train your staff and pay them appropriately. Staff who were there (seemingly without management supervision on a labor day weekend Sunday morning- which is really telling about how much management cares) were friendly and attempted or this would be 1 star. They were out of lots of things I asked for and my coffee was cold Also, did not get my receipt given to me.

The ice cream was great. Just like I remember. Better than some of the others out there. Gosh the chocolate is so good. Though there were kids running around like monkeys. So that didn't help any.

The girls who serve at night are super friendly and I always love my pumpkin coffee

They need to work on quality control, ordered a sandwich and they only gave me 1 piece of bread. Wasn't supposed to be just toast

Staff is always so nice but 80% of the time when I order online they are out of what I ordered. So I’m getting charged for things even though they don’t even have them. Employees have always been very accommodating though.

The employees here are always nice. The coffee is sometimes good but sometimes can taste a little off.
