Was my first time here, the employees there were so nice and helpful and friendly, I was transitioning from a target board to a real skateboard and they helped me find good wheels, size for the board, and basically everything. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. 10/10 customer service.

The guys at Zumies in Lombard are exactly what you expect when you walk in a skateshop. Friendly vibes and above and beyond service! Guys like Zikko & John are killing it! Definitely my go to place🤙🏼

Awesome customer service! I found the pair of shoes my son wanted for Christmas but they didn't have his size. They offered to order them and rush ship them to the store and we had them just in time for Christmas. All the employees were really friendly and helpful, and prices are fair. I'll definitely be back!

Employees where so rude and unprofessional. As we were looking around the store, staff was always behind us looking what we were doing like if we were going to steal something. Made us really uncomfortable to be there. Once we were ready to checkout, no one was at the cashier to help us. The store also was really messy and not organized at all.

Bought a new longboard from zumiez online and it broke within 3 weeks of having it. The guys at the Yorktown location are absolute kings. They were so helpful with getting the board replaced and helped with a few other things as well. First time ever in a zumiez store and now I can’t wait to go back! Shout out to John and Alexander!

Really helpful. Good selection of skateboarding stuff. 8.5 selection is very small though.

Honestly the selection of stuff was nice and all but there was either nothing in my size or it was all really expensive if they did have it. Like I get it's good quality but maybe not make it too expensive

Other then yesterday 4/23 customer service was great. I went in a bought my favorite shirts Thrasher like I always do own like all of them and this girl tells me “you know this is a guys shirt right?” I said yes what’s wrong with that they’re comfy and she goes “you know we have girl clothes right??!” I said yes but they’re super comfy and how is it just a guy shirt when girls skate too. Also something that bothers me Is I love Zumiezs so I put in an application and I got told to shop around and become friends with the works and buy there clothes, one I shops and buy stuff from there alllll the time and I’ve talked to the works so how are they going to notice me unless I came in ever say which I don’t I come in about one or two times a week to buy clothes. I think it’s kinda rude because if I know a lot about the job and I could be a great worker why not bring me in and see if I fit there instead they want people to walk around be friends and buy the stuff there. Completely wrong. Exp “John shops there buys stuff gets hired and is friend with people” Jake doesn’t shop there but knows what to do doesn’t get hired “
