I was in the store earlier today, shopping around with my daughter. 2 associates were working. One of them was very cold, rude and seemed like I was bothering her whenever I’d ask her about sizes or sale prices. Maggie doesn’t seem to like helping customers. The other associate, VELMA, was AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful and while Maggie would just answer my questions without even checking, Velma actually took a second to actually look at the items I was asking about and respond to each of my questions showing she cared. She even told me to come back the following day because they’re getting some more merchandise. Also, I HATE that the stores no longer carry short lengths.

If I could give it a negative star I would. This is the second time I have been to this Express in a week and today the same thing happened where nobody would help me get a fitting room. Actually the male that was working the fitting room today walked past us in line for the fitting room and started organizing a room. He never said hold on one minute nothing just ignored us as we waited. Finally the customer behind me and myself just started trying to see if any of the doors were open. I eventually walked up to him and asked him to open the door for me that I was waiting awhile and I had to go. He never apologized nothing. Terrible customer service. This is the second time this has happened here. Will not be coming back to this location ever! Not sure why a male is working the woman's fitting room anyway! I love Express and Yorktown mall but will go to Woodfield Express where I have never had an issue.

An employee named Vanessa assisted my friend and I with choosing our suits. She was very helpful and gave us good information on the different types of suits. Very courteous and polite.

Completely racist and terrible management. Used to be fair under previous management, now ran by a unexperience corporate puppet. District and regional managers are no better. If i could rate this negative 5 stars i would in a heartbeat. They train their associates to constantly annoy you at every turn and give you no breathing room whatsoever when you shop. Also they are trained to sign you up for the rewards system regardless of if you want to be involved or not which is illegal. Honestly don't even bother going to oakbrook or any close stores bcus the whole illinois chain is corrupt and terrible at running the company.

Clean and well organized store here. Nice employees who welcomed me shortly after I walked in.

The manager, Sara, is great!! She immediately welcomed my family into the store and asked if she could help us find a specific item. Not only did she listen but she personally guided us to a few opinions that could meet our need. We ended up purchasing the perfect gift and at a reasonable price! Thank you, Sara!
