The staff is friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were delicious. The only thing that prevented me to fully enjoy my staying was the loud music. Besides that, this place was really nice.

Extremely slow service and inconsistent drinks. Employees are rude and unhelpful and overall this location ruins the Starbucks image. I cannot believe you have to wait 30+ minutes for a cup of coffee. Absolutely unbelievable.

Friendly staff making good beverages.

This location was very clean and more spacious than some of the other Starbucks. The chairs and booths were comfortable. Friendly service. I got the strawberry acai. It had a bountiful amount of strawberries but it wasn’t too sweet. It had just the right amount of ice to not make it watery. My partner got one of those oleato’s I’m not a big coffee drinker but I did take a couple sips. It was very smooth, and wasn’t sweet or bitter. It’s a good latte for sipping and doing work. I can’t speak for the wifi since I don’t spend a lot of time here. Honestly, do people really spend like the entire day here if they’re complaining that the wifi isn’t working?

We were really happy with our service here today. We got the cheese danish the barista recommendation and throughly enjoyed it. The pink drink was good but I asked for less ice but they still gave a lot sadly. The Carmel machiotto was delicous and was warm. Overall pleasant experience. 4.5/5 would recommend

Highly disappointed, pulled right up to the speaker was asked to wait to place order, took my order, waited at least 5 minutes from time of order to actually receiving the order. $5 for a white hot chocolate that was not prepared properly. If you’re paying higher wages, raising prices, please make sure the product is served correctly. Another Starbucks fail….America runs on Dunkin I guess

Whether they are busy are not. They provide customer service with a smile on their face. This is officially my favorite Starbucks. Special thanks to this awesome guy name Casey. He is such a hard worker and tries to remember everyone's name.

I ordered a drink and a sandwich around 4:25pm today and the drink was so good. Like sometimes it’s too sour or watery but whoever made it today made it actually perfect. It made my day so I had to leave a review

I was having the worst week ever and they say a small act of kindness goes a long way. From the moment I pulled in the drive thru the pleasant friendly tone welcomed me it's like his smile was was shining through that voice. I had to acknowledge and let him know how wonderful his customer service was this morning. The lady at the window was wonderful also. I definitely had to take the time to do this review because you never know what a person might be facing but when you go over amd beyond to execute great customer service it's very much appreciated so thank you guys for being so kind. 😊 I truly appreciate the few wonderful people out here in the world.

Do not come if you are looking for Wifi. It's broken. Asked an associate and was told it has been broken for a long time. But then why there is no effort to get it fixed, let alone the lack of any notice?

I absolutely love this location. Professional and friendly staff. Managed very well, even during rush periods. I only held back on stars because the chocolate food options are disappointing over time. I miss chocolate chip scones, Madelines, dark chocolate grahams, double chocolate chip cake and marble cake, all of which have become relics of the past. Maybe one day… I do like the petite vanilla scones.

I come here on my days off, grab a coffee and my crossword puzzle, and enjoy the great music they play. Never had a messed up coffee and the staff is great

This location never messes up my order and the baristas are super nice and personable.

It's expensive but add the pup cup and it's worth it.

Ordered my typical which is matcha tea Latte and the guy who prepared it did a really good job!

Had maybe 10 people behind me, I put in my order, pressured to tip, gave the dollar. STOOD at the counter waiting for my order, after every single person besides myself was served the staff started milling about to which I asked “did you lose my drink?” Yes. They had. I want my dollar back.

Made a last minute decision to grab a coffee this morning. Bad decision. I was there, waiting for one drink for 20+ minutes, while mobile order after mobile order was filled while I waited. The staff was absolutely working really hard, but whatever system is in place for order fulfillment sucks. Ridiculous.

I’ve been here three times in the past 2 days and their customer service was great!! Casey especially at the window is excellent, he deserves a raise! Had us laughing. overall great experience here, coming from out of state.
