The froyo was decent but the way it's set up means that you don't know how much it's going to cost based on how much froyo you add to your cup. I ended up spending 15 dollars for myself without even filling up the cup they give you. That was way too much money and for that I cannot recommend this place, especially when there are so many great places to get dessert for cheaper in the mall.

manager is incredibly rude. i thought one of their yogurts was mislabeled and informed the staff (didn’t ask for a refund or anything. just saying i thought the labels were wrong because i did not get the flavor under the label when i pulled the lever). the cashier was very nice and told me i was wrong (i was) but the manager, who wasn’t even on the clock (stated so) came out and claimed i was trying to get free product and “embezzlement”, when i literally said i did not want a refund or anything. then i left a $2 tip to the cashier because i felt embarrassed telling them the labels were wrong. manager proceeded to insult me again and say that she “knew what kind of person i was” and that the tip was small. the cashier sighed and apologized to me but the manager is incredibly incompetent, rude and needs to be fired. that is NOT how you interact with customers, whether you’re on the clock or not. i did not get her name but she was a middle aged woman with a brown ponytail and she wore a mask incorrectly (below her nose. probably so she can make under her breath comments about customers.. lol)

had frozen yogurt for the first time ever last week here. I never realized how much the price adds up 😳, so be careful! Only got one cup, and it was about 11 dollars!! Taste was average and nothing too special, but I do recommend as a once in a while type thing since, it was a fun experience to be able to customize and create your own treat all by yourself. Kids would especially enjoy that and have fun!

Always a guilty pleasure. Always great that you can build your own and add toppings to your liking. They simply just charge you by the weight of the content of the cup.....they don't care what crazy combination you come up with. Coconut, with Strawberries, Pineapple, M&M's, Gummy Bears, Hot Fudge, Crushed Granola Bar and Oreos....don't mind if I do! 🤣😂🤣

Not very friendly staff. Very pricey for standard froyo cup $27 for 2 yogurts wouldn’t accept our $50 bill seemed a little weird to me I don’t recommend this place.

Cashier (little girl) doesn't know how to deal with customers or be nice to the public, place was messy, spoons were all dirty. After all, the "frozen yogurt" was very expensive for such a disappointment in flavor or quality.

Very good yogurt and friendly staff. It's a bit pricey but worth the experience.

I came to this location last week on Sunday with my two little kids for some yogurt. Normally, we love this place and the atmosphere is always friendly. However, on Sunday, we had a rather different experience. There was a tall girl at the register with short brown hair -- I believe her name was Katie as I heard her co-worker address her as Katie several times. Whoever Katie was, was in the back kitchen area for more than 20 minutes walking around, blasting music, and screaming swear words and it sounded like she was dropping things as well. The kind of language she was using was unacceptable around my children and the way she was acting as an employee was EXTREMELY unprofessional. The other girl (short with dark brown hair) in front was very pleasant, however because of the way Katie was acting and not taking her job seriously I will not be back. The managers should look into hiring older aged girls, as this girl seemed very young and immature.

Came in today and had a great experience! Came in around 2:30 and the girls were very nice! Tall brown haired girl was very nice, talked to me and gave me many samples that helped me decide on what I wanted to get! Yogurt was really good and toppings variety was great!

This place is amazing. I always get the froyo from here and then the dippin dots and my bag of popcorn from doc popcorn right across the food court.

Love the different flavors of yogurt here! Only suggestion is please put the mochi in a different container because it comes out so hard to chew

Tried this place for the first time last night and loved it! Tons of options to choose from including non dairy and sugar free! This will definitely be my go-to froyo place in the area :)

Person was so helpful to look information up for us. We found out that if you're on a low sodium diet, you can still enjoy this yummy dessert.

Incredibly expensive and the froyo is nothing special. I would not recommend this place.
