reasonably

like
circumstances
I
am
writing
this
review
so
patients
can
make
a
more
educated
decision
when
selecting
a
vet
and
that
the
Wheaton
Hospital
will
take
a
strong
look
in
the
mirror
and
start
changing
how
they
function
as
a
Vet
and
a
business.
We
started
going
to
Wheaton
Animal
Hospital
in
May
with
our
new
rescue
puppy,
as
the
organization
offered
a
free
visit
at
this
participating
Hospital.
Due
to
several
poor
experiences,
that
impacted
the
health
of
our
puppy,
we
have
chosen
to
take
our
puppy
to
a
new
Vet.
As
a
first
time
pet
owner,
I
was
uncertain
whether
all
Vets
were
like
this,
then
upon
surveying
friends
and
family,
this
is
not
normal
Some
of
the
issues
we
experienced
are
below:
*Asked
repeatedly
on
multiple
visits
whether
our
dog
was
Spayed,
which
they
continued
not
to
put
in
their
system
*improper
administration
of
shots,
forgetting
what
shots
were
given
*no
follow-up
calls
when
puppy
was
put
on
medication
for
diarrhea
*when
puppy
continued
to
experience
vomiting
and
diarrhea,
the
hospital
did
not
send
out
fecal
sample
to
more
extensive
lab,
and
instead
repeated
asked
to
put
back
on
chicken
and
rice
diet
*Vet
never
asked
what
brand
and
type
of
food
we
were
feeding
our
puppy
or
discussed
issues
certain
breeds
have
with
brands
of
food
-Thanks
to
the
new
vet
submitting
fecal
samples
to
an
outside
lab,
this
issue
turned
out
to
be
whipworm
*For
the
3-in-one
Simparica
dosage
for
dogs
22.1-44.0
lbs
we
were
told
if
she
gets
heavier
than
44lbs
to
just
take
2
dosages,
which
is
not
accurate
*Improperly
trained
front
desk
(which
I
put
solely
on
the
management
and
vets
for
not
helping)
