I was a long time customer here, from when they opened. I felt they had great prices and everyone in the store was pleasant. At my last visit awhile back the vape cart was bad. In all the time I went there I never had an issue, and since it was brand new and was full I thought it would be no issue to exchange. I was wrong, I called the store and explained the issue and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that I would need to email someone to explain my issue as the manager was busy. I let them know that I had time to wait so that I didn’t have to email. The lady on the phone basically said the manager isn’t going to come to the phone and you can only speak with them by email. There is no corporate number and when I emailed I never received an email back. I spent about $700 a month here and decided it’s now worth it when you have one issue and it cannot be resolved. I was just going to stop going and not write a review but I seen another review stating the same experience with having to email. Poor customer service.

I have been coming to this location since their opening and will never come back again! I have placed an order for the disposable vape but at the register was given cartridge. When I questioned why the prices is almost $100 I was told because of taxes. I didn't want to stand and argue, so I paid and left. I returned back just to simply purchase battery since I didn't have one. I was told i can't place an order for a battery and just to go in line and get it at the register. As soon as it was my turn I was greeted very rudely, I couldn't even explain that all I need is the battery when Casey told me to leave. I asked why are you so rude to me and he kept getting more and more angry. Later said he won't serve me and I asked for a manager. You should have seen that angry face when she came out. Not only she right away was rude, she didn't even want to listen the problem, nor said I am sorry! I have been a loyal customer for months. I will not spend a dime there again! There are so many other great places in the area, stay away from them!

Competent follow-up and a solution severely lacking after I was double-charged for 1 transaction through the payment app. After being assured in store the transaction had been corrected, the amount was still debited twice. I had to dispute it through my bank to get my money back. Now I'm being told my access to the payment app is locked. I sent all records and receipts to the store via email to straighten this out but they insisted I come in in person. Why is it my time that must be wasted? With great profits come an expectation of basic customer service. Do better.

This was the most laid back dispensary we visited on our trip to Chicago. We ordered ahead online. When we got there we walked in and were brought straight to the counter. The guy checking us out was super informative and chill. He didn't waste our time and got us in and out in no time. We visited another dispensary on the way up and it was a 30 minute ordeal just to pick up. These guys have great product and great employees. Loved it!

The short blonde woman checking people in at the entrance was extremely rude on August 24th around 4 pm. I guess I didn't answer her question quick enough (even though nobody was behind me) and she rolled her eyes "so you want the tablet then" and let me inside. Very unprofessional and a horrible first impression before I even get inside.

Ordered inside and it was quick and easy. Didn’t have to wait in line long. Prices are very affordable. Only negative (and why I can’t give it 5 stars) is the parking lot. The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen.

Totally enjoyed my recent visit to your fine establishment. Especially the spacesuit cutout for a fun photo opportunity. It’s the newest picture that I will use. I agree with a lot of people in the reviews. The service is horrible if you wait in line for 30 min and go to the counter they will ask you if you have an online order. If no then you have to go back on the floor place an order with a representative and wait that’s not even the best part get to enjoy the 30 minutes of line waiting again. Never will I ever recommend cureleaf to anyone.

First visit and they really took good care of me. Kind, knowledgeable and patient. Worth the horrible parking and wait (though we did go on the Friday before Labor Day weekend). Love the system of ordering on the app or from a kiosk in store. Efficient and easy. I felt very safe and comfortable in the store.

I absolutely love the vibes here. Everyone is really chill and friendly, and they’ll help you save money by finding deals or discussing the best way to use your points. There’s never any long lines and I really appreciate the fact that they’re open until 9pm. If you ever want to persuade someone that marijuana should be federally legalized, take them here! I think they’d be pretty impressed!

Hallie took time with me and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. I had questions and she answered professionally and WITH KNOWLEDGEABLE INFORMATION. I’m 74 and sometimes get intimidated coming into your stores. She made me feel very comfortable. Hope I see her next time I’m in your store

Such a quick process to check in and get in line for my pick up order. I love that it’s an option here, it allowed me to take my time to pick exactly what I wanted and either schedule it for pick up, or do it ASAP which was 5-10 minutes. Everyone in the shop was really friendly as well! I’ll review the products themselves after I’ve tried them!

I’m a regular customer that has an account and always order prior to visiting the store. Today, I placed an order and must have been distracted because I did not hit ‘send’ to complete placing the order. When I got to the register naturally they had no order. I told him what I thought I had ordered. He went back, created the order and brought out my order. Textbook excellent service, which is the norm for this facility. (It’s also why I’m monitoring Indeed for a part time gig for a retired early guy)

Absolutely adore this location!!! I could shop closer to home, but this location is well worth the drive. The associates are always so warm and friendly and I appreciate doing business with people who value their customers!!! Keep up the good work!!!

They make me feel as if was the only person there….. because I was the only person. :) They also honored my birthday discount and I took advantage of a sweet deal from grassroots with that. From the security guy to the front door person to the guy that helped me build the order and the fine lady that rung me up and the mgr to approve my discount a BIG THANK YOU!

Jim was so sweet and took good care of me! And actually had a conversation with me! Sometimes it’s a hit or miss with the great connection I feel with my cashier. I feel like it should always be exciting to connect with a fellow a stoner. We shared our favorite strains and he recommended some things as well as explained some things I didnt know about the product ! He was lovely :)

Everyone there were extremely nice and helpful. Friendly atmosphere and quick to get everything ready. No long wait times either. Only down side, was no T-shirts or other extra fun merchandise for sale.

So I’m just going to be honest beware the sales! Sale is another word for stale weed they need to get ride of….. 4/1/2023 I just bought a AndShine Infused Preroll and I feel absolutely nothing and it’s infused also I bought nature grace and wellness 7 grams of shake on sale and it was full of stems and trim and was horrible. I’m the garbage it goes😒

Friendly, welcoming environment. However the parking lot could use some work. Small and can be tight when busy.

Like the place, usually pretty good pricing and deals. Only complaint is the parking lot. Very tight, when they are busy it can be quite frustrating.

The prices/taxes are absolutely ridiculous. I paid almost $50 for 10 gummies. I wouldn’t have but just had knee surgery. They also charge an atm fee for using your debit card and have the nerve to have a tip jar out! Never again. Go somewhere else. This place is a rip off pure and simple! 🤨

I am very impressed with how knowledgeable the staff are at all the products they sell and it is a very well run business. It was a great experience for me.

This is the highest tax I've seen charged of any dispensary in the area. $32 in taxes?!? Who is paying over 40% tax for 3.5g? You can find better for much better prices - look elsewhere. This is highway robbery.

I’ve been going here for a year and the staff is always nice. GREAT deals on the weekends. I live in the city and I drive to this location on the weekends because they always have a large inventory. Very reliable dispo. Been here dozens of times and have never interacted with a staff member who was unhelpful. I also have had issues with a vape I bought and they were very helpful in getting it sorted out.
