I lived for a year at param apartments and unfortunately it was a very bad experience in many different ways. First and most importantly is security. I found the security guy sleeping in his car more than one time and had to wake him up regarding serious security concerns. Parking is "supposedly" reserved for the tenants (with windshield stickers of course), but in fact the management let people park wherever they want without towing their vehicles. I had my parking spot taken many times by random people and other tenants who have more than one vehicle and every time I complain to the management, they suggest parking in the visiter parking area (five minutes away from my building) and they call the owner of the vehicle to move it, which obviously means that they are aware of what's happening and playing favor with some of their tenants. My building's main door was broken and stayed open day and night for over three months, regardless to my continuous effort to report the issue. I have came across random people walking in the building during that time and not to mention the number of times that "energy supplying" representatives knocked on my door at late night hours. Buildings are always smelly and tenants tend to cook and leave their apartment doors open while they are cooking, which usually lead to a very strong odor/smoke in the hallways that gets to the other apartments as well. I walked to full plastic garbage bags laying around by some apartment doors more than one time, especially at night. My building, at least, was infested with cockroaches and regardless to the expensive insecticides I used , they kept showing up in my kitchen (I heard complains from other neighbors as well). Fire alarms in the hallways are either don't work or they have been deactivated by the tenants to avoid activating them with their cooking smoke. Also, no fire extinguishers to be found anywhere in my building. At least one washing machine in the laundry room has to be broken for an extended period of time without any effort from the management to fix or replace them (no matter how many times we reported it). In summary, I highly don't recommend considering this apartment complex as your future resident, especially when there are much better apartments in the area with better management and prices.

The actual apartment is fine but it smells disgusting. The smell comes through the vents in the apartment at all times of the day. It is terrible so you have to be willing to live with that if you stay here. Someone stole our mail and laundry and management did nothing about it. So be on guard if you decide to stay here. There has also been multiple bugs in our apartments despite the exterminators efforts. The laundry machines do not get the clothes clean so do not use them if you want clean clothes.

Do not move to this place. They have a serious roach problem that they need a constant exterminator to come in. The sink had no water pressure and they refused to fix it. Hallway always stink. On top of all they try to take all your security deposit money by making up stuff

I am living here since November 2021 and already enjoying the most safe and comfortable accommodation in this area. The management are supper supportive and they committed to make feel you belongs to here. I wanna give a special thanks to sister Fizah Ayub for her cooperation regarding moving here and making our living easier.

I was a tenant for about 3~4 years here; I've moved out early July this year to relocate closer to my workplace. Considering the established year of the buildings, the apartments and the surrounding premises are very well-kept, including the dumpster area. Depending on the neighbors you might have to deal with some smells & noises, but I would still rate it 5 stars with how amazing the management has been with prompt responses & actions. It is also noteworthy that they only took a small amount from my security deposit to clean the carpet + appliances that I didn't have the equipment/time to clean, and are very transparent about the charges.

Loved living at Param apartments! I had a furnished unit since I was a student. Worked out really nice and also came with a cleaning service! Had a spacious 1 bedroom with a balcony. Management is great, everyone is very helpful and they really try to go out of your way to make sure you are comfortable. Very safe here and I love that there is security as well.

First of all thank you Param team for your service . But I have no good review on maintenance manager . We remodeled our house recently , And were hoping to get white cabinets for weeks because we have been told so , and my family was happy that the house will brighten up and hoping for nice kitchen , since we used to paint and maintain it good . We saw the apartment on the 3rd floor and it looked very pretty , doors good . But Maintenance manager didn’t let anybody know what he ordered and brought grey instead to the kitchen . He doesn’t talk with the apartment owners or even people in the office didn’t know what he ordered if he told us before hand we would’ve waited for month so the right order can come. And doors are worn out and not being changed . Everything has been left mess after remodeling . The carpenters vacuumed the outside and one of inside of closet is left unvacummed I want to vacuum , but I don’t know if the regular vacuum could take that.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. I had a couple of maintenance issues reoccur and management has always promptly sent in professionals to deal with it. I changed my lease terms from an annual lease to month-to-month and rent didn’t go up much. For comparison, International Village in Lombard charged way more for a month-to-month option. I recommend this complex. Truly one of the best.

I've lived around 7 years at param apartments and my experience has been nothing but great. It's a prime spot in the villa park city, close to your favorite grocery stores and all kinds of restaurants/cuisines especially 5-10 mins drive to Yorktown and Oakbrook mall. The best part of param is extremely friendly, skilled and supportive management. They are just one call away for your concerns/issues. Incredibly responsive, and really cares about making improvements. The complex is constantly improving to give the best experience to the tenants. A big thanks to Sadia, Fiza and the whole team !!

I lived little over a year at 50 Briar street and had an amazing experience. Management was friendly, specially Ms Sadia and Ms Fiza Ayub were amazing. Maintenance staff was prompt and all maintenance request were addressed timely and professionally. Overall, a great place to live.....

The staff, especially Ms. Fizah, are kind and work hard to keep their tenants happy! I'd recommend renting here to friends and family

Great price and comfortable units. Super clean, well maintained, close to all major stores. The management team, Gan, and Fiza were super helpful and even provided furniture when we needed it.

The Chinese lady working in the office is not very helpful, as I am new here my Amazon package was sent to the package room and not on my front door. When I asked the Chinese lady to help me ,she was giving me excuses rather than helping me. But when I called fiza Mam she helped me and then I got my parcel. The two stars is only for fiza Mam.
