Just wanted to express how grateful I am for Liz/Elizabeth’s services today. She went above and beyond trying to find me another mug that wasn’t chipped. I still ended up buying it because she offered me a nice discount for it. Moreover, she was very attentive in what I was buying and showed me a bag that was on the counter behind her, that I also ended up buying. All in all, she’s very kind, sweet, and personable. She made my shopping experience wonderful :-)

My sister bought me gold jewelry for my Birthday. It was a nice piece, But not something I would have picked out. She put both receipts inside. The young lady asked me if I wanted store credit or cash. Especially since I was told I would only received a store credit to their store or one of their partner stores, like Home Goods. Gotta say being offered Cash was nice. Definitely wasn't expecting that. I bought a game and a couple of really cute items that I wanted.

This store LITERALLY has #4 pair of jeans with 36 waist. #9 pair of size 34. #4 2x shirts and if generous #12 xl shirts. ATTENTION 2 TJX / MARSHALLS.... all of your stores are 99.9% for women. Can you please give a little more attention to the men? And maybe tell the people who are buying this stuff 4 the stores that BELIEVE IT OR NOT THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT HERE THAT ARENT AIRBRUSHED AND CANT FIT INTO WHAT YOU O N L Y PURCHASE. SKINNY. SLIM. AND NO SIZES LARGER THAN LARGE WHICH IS REALLY BARELY FITTING MY 8 MONTH OLD NEPHEW. A MANS SHIRT ON A 9 MONTH OLD.

Love shopping here. H just bought a set bedding for my bed. When I got home to wash them, I notice that they have been washed and that’s how they were sold. I am not mad at that. I mean returned and cleaned, smelled amazing. Yes I treasure them. But they still looked really nice. I kept them. This store has a great stuff.

Today I visited this location, to return a shampoo by Biosilk that I had previously purchased. When I opened the shampoo it did not have the seal as it should of had. So I decided to return it, upon returning the shampoo I explained to the cashier Dalia that I did not want it because the safety seal was broken from the bottle. She proceeded to tell me that shampoos do not have seals, she asked her colleagues and they agree that they do not come with seals and shook their heads. She even went as far as telling me that she has never purchased a shampoo that has a seal at which I commented “Then I must be a liar”. At this point, she is questioning my integrity, so I took it upon myself to go back to the shampoo shelves and grab a Biosilk bottle just to prove to them that the shampoo did indeed come with a seal. This is very poor customer service, if you are choosing to call out a customer then you must be sure that you can back up your statement with evidence and facts. I’ve come to this locations for years, but unfortunately today was my last. Customer service training is definitely needed.
