We were at the urgent care facility yesterday. The staff was amazing and caring. I definitely would take my pets here again.

I've used this facility on an emergency basis and non emergency. It is an invaluable resource if you have an exotic pet and need care immediately.

Brought my pup in for an accidental fall. They treated us both so well!!!! They had care and compassion to another level!! Great group of peopl.

They were very kind and helpful when our senior greyhound broke a toenail, which caused a lot of bleeding, and understanding that I had to bring both dogs in. We had adopted our second greyhound only hours earlier.

My dog abruptly began to display signs of lameness in her leg. So many places in Minnesota will make you wait hours before getting in a having an “Urgent Care” option for animals is such a relief. I cannot say thank you enough to all the staff members from the front desk to the medical side for the care and support they provided. Thankfully x-rays weren’t needed today. The Vet did such a great job examining my dog. You could see the attention to detail and knowledge behind her reasoning and explanation’s. Also, to all the comments complaining of “over-priced”…I called multiple places that wanted to do x-rays for between $500-800. This place was WAY cheaper.

This is a difficult topic to discuss so I will hold the details; what I can say is that of the three facilities I dealt with throughout my situation, Oakdale was the most professional, efficient, attentive, and ultimately compassionate facility. Thank you all for your help and support through such a devastating experience.

Our first time here. Brought in my puppy who had an allergic reaction to a vaccine and our vet was closed. They brought him back right away and kept me updated. The visit was 2hrs, a little long for us. After the vet came in the room and talked with me it was probably another 1/2 hour before anyone else came in to release us, I thought they forgot about us but I guess the place got extremely busy

Terrible place to bring your animal over priced and didn’t help my animal at all actually made her condition worse I dealt with this obese bad breathe disgusting, rude dishonest human being if you wanna call her that named dawn who lied to my family and I and is a cruel disgusting human being again I would consider her less than do not ever take your animal here as they even treat humans like garbage they probably did the same when I wasn’t there to my pet
