Dr. Knapp is an excellent physician! He is very thorough. Your office visits are quick and short with him but, he takes time to listen while being very thorough/ addressing your health. I like that he cares enough to give you the stink eye if you missed an appointment lol . He truly cares about your well-being that’s why but he’s not patronizing or ill mannered towards you. He greets you with a smile and light hearted manner and ends the appointment with the same. He makes me feel at ease each appointment! I’m thankful to have such a skilled and knowledgeable physician/ OB /Surgeon . At the end of the day you want and need an excellent physician !The staff is very friendly in the Rochester Hills office especially the Medical Assistants. Thank you Dr. Knapp and staff!

Careless thoughtless and apathetic office. Mindless front desk staff and the physicians are cold, barely look at you and rush everything. I've had to call over 10 times in the summer to get a correct order for an ultrasound and by the time the order was finally put in again nearly a month later, it was still incorrect. It takes two weeks for a refill on birth control. If you call the office and asks what's taking so long, they say "oh they haven't replied yet." OBVIOUSLY. My insurance sucks and this is one of the only places in my area that I can be seen at. The second I get new insurance I will see literally ANYONE else outside of this useless office.

Fast check in. Clean facility. Dr very pleasant. Just went for my annual exam. Very quick visit. Didn't have much to discuss with the doctor, but she did take the time to listen and addressed my concerns.

I would rate this office better than this for my 2020 experience. However, I called them today for my second pregnancy and the staff on the phone were not understanding and wouldn’t want to listen. They couldn’t find my insurance on their system, and I know that UHC hides their clients information. But the receptionist wouldn’t let me explain and she wouldn’t call my insurance to confirm that. She just told me to go somewhere else and kept saying I do not have insurance. I can see it active in my end but she kept saying no! It is unfortunate to have someone who doesn’t understand how to work the system out.

The doctor was very informational and friendly. He gave me a clear expectation for the visit before we began the exam, and talked about other women's health topics to give me a heads up about things to watch for, and tips for ways to improve my health specific to my body as a woman.

Dr Knapp always takes the time to hear my concerns and address each and every question I have. I never feel rushed and I leave my appointment feeling confident with the care that I received. I highly recommend.

After nearly two decades my former OB retired. My files were transferred to subject location. I scheduled an annual exam and saw Dr. Knapp, J. My experience was excellent! I was a bit apprehensive seeing a new doctor after number of years with my former OB. Shortly after my scheduled time I was at ease thanks to office staff. The staff was kind, attentive and professional. Dr. Knapp took the time to talk to me, explained what we were doing for that day (before the exam), taught me what to look for during monthly self-exams, explained medication(s) prescribed, asked if I had any questions, highly recommended mammogram (scheduled) and follow-up visits, as needed. I’d highly recommend this location to any person transitioning from former doctor or if you’re simply seeking better care.
