A family owned and operated pet store. I have purchased birds, feed and supply from them. I take my birds to them once a month to have their wings and nails trimmed. Truly amazing people. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of exotic birds very beautiful.

This place was recommended, what a BIG MISTAKE. Will never recommend... I purchased $500.00 in 6 birds from this place. My wife has many other birds and wants something different. After two weeks in my home the birds stated to die. I called the shop and spoke with George the owner. He informed me that I'm doing something wrong. He doesn’t know the condition on the birds. I said you sold them to me. You informed me on how to care for them. Since we have other birds no issues. We purchased a new cage that is 5feet tall 24 in wide. I guess I had answers for each question: He started to tell me about traveling to Cuba and getting sick in Cuba. So, he continues to explain to me that something I'm doing wrong. So, after 10 mins of Cuba this and Cuba that, I break the conversation and ask. Simply. 1. what type of water 2. what type of food 3. Location for the birds He then tells me that my question is not vailed, and the food, water and location are ok but that there is something in your house that are killing the birds. I again reminded him that I have other birds in the house. I asked can I return them before the others dies, No No No. In broken English, I no know what to say, I no help. Bye. Well, I learn a lesson once again, don’t buy birds just watch them in the sky and trees.

Friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable, or honest about the info they give you about certain birds. Once they've got your money, you're out of luck! Would come here as a last resort only. If you're serious about a purchase, I would look elsewhere for an honest professional place that won't mislead you.

I’m from Southern California and have purchased birds from this store to be shipped. Jorge Jr. owner is very accommodating, honest and easy to transact with considering i’m on the West Coast and he’s on the opposite East. Buying a bird is costly and its not easy to find a reputable seller as lots of scammers are out there. I highly recommend Jorge Jr. of Palenzuela Feed Pet Store in Florida.

Great place with a beautiful array of tropical and exotic birds. They also supply the regular stuff like roosters, hens, pigeons, guinea, etc. Both english and spanish ate spoken and the people are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The best place to go for feathered family members is Palenzuela pet store. In the past 2 years, we've gotten our 3 beautiful macaws and 2 quaker parrots from them. The customer service is excellent, and they're always available to answer any questions or/and recommendations according to our family members, which includes 4 children.

Very nice people! Very helpful and willing to show you any bird you'd like to see. They're honest as well. If you want a bird that's not a good fit, They'll let you know amd recommend what wpuld be best. Prices are very fair for birds and supplies as well. We bought a 2 month old Pineapple Conure. And we could be happier with the bird.

Wonderful amazing winged creatures you've never seen before! This mesmerizing aviary for years was tucked away on Congress, but it's wonderful location now is expansive and roomy for all of it's colorful cacophony, and includes bright lights for those in the back! Rows of exotics from both the soft bill and parrot family that even avian experts would be hard pressed to fully identify! All lovingly tended to and cared for - I've been finding feathered family with them for almost 20 years! And once you have your new love, they have the best exotic food to keep them hale and hardy. Roomy cages, toys and dishes are all there too, with expert advice! A great place to stop and smile, it will be tough to settle on just one!

I found this store online and reached out as I want to breed some birds. The owner responded and we arranged for purchase and shipment. Everything was done on line and through messenger. The birds were shipped and arrived well packed and in great condition. I am a veterinarian and can state without any hesitation that the birds were and are in excellent health!! They are also well conditioned and used to people caring for them. I am a happy customer and will be returning for more birds as my flock grows!! Thank You !!

The owner/manager knows his stuff about birds. Got 2 lovebirds for $95 and a free bag of food. They were 2 1/2 months old For some reason, they sell puppies, lol.

Jorge is honest, kind and helpful. The store is the most amazing bird paradise I’ve ever seen. They have more exotic birds than most zoos! Definitely check it out. It is a fantastic experience! We bought Gryfinn from Jorge and love him so much!

The staff here are knowledgeable and very kind. They have a wide variety of birds, turtles, and sometimes even frenchies as I saw. They take care of their animals well and pricing is very reasonable.

The best place ever and beautiful birds great one in one service and they are bilingual that's a plus . Go check them out
