I went here after a workout. I ordered the enchiladas which were on a corn tortilla. Usually these are on flour tortilla. I also ordered the chorizo queso with chips. The cheese dip usually fills me up. The enchiladas came with beans and rice. The meal was filling and well priced. Overall good

Nice restaurant. Ordered beef nachos and chicken nachos. Price range $11-$15 Each nachos only had 8-9 chips. Really?? Taste was good but really only 8-9 chips??? Chips and salsa.... Chips were stale and if you wanted more chips and salsa that was an additional $5.

Overall this place was okay. We arrived around 6:45 pm and had no wait to get a table for 4 outside. The server was nice and friendly and they kept our drinks filled appropriately. The food was lacking in flavor for my taste. There was nothing "wrong" but I like more flavor. I had 2 shrimp tacos. The shrimp tasted good but didn't seem to have much seasoning and was very wet (sauce?) Which made the tortillas soggy enough that I couldn't actually pick it up to eat like a normal taco. My husband had the verde burrito with chicken - same thing, not bad but lacking in flavor. The fish tacos Mom got had a chipotle sauce that made her feel like flavor was ok. Dad was fascinated by his Mexican Pizza (first time he had seen one) but it was pretty standard also.

Hands down my favorite Mexican food! La Bamba gets it right - every single time. My favorite dish is the camarones en salsa. It’s so tasty. The white rice is cooked to perfection, the beans and sweet plantains are always yummy. The food is always fresh, presentation is great, and the service is good too! This plaza on Cordova Road has many different restaurants to choose from, but honestly you can’t go wrong with La Bamba. Bring the family or friends along with you, you’ll have a great time. Don’t forget to order an ultimate margarita!

Indoor and outdoor seating available lots of clean tables and hand sanitizer also available. Great festive atmosphere and table seating available for large parties. The servings are fairly large and filling. We ordered combination fajitas and a few sides and watermelon margaritas

My dad loves it here and he enjoyed his meal but my only advice would be to be more attentive with your tables. I shouldn’t have to be searching for my waitress for refills.

4/5 - would get 5 with more gluten free and allergen food labeling. Great meal. Great steak tacos, guacamole and margaritas. Kids had chicken chimichangas and tostadas that they liked. They needed more servers (so does everyone!) and the team was working hard.

Saundra, my love, and I stopped by for a late lunch. We had tacos and taco salad. The music, food, decor, service was great. We will return.

First I have to say this is the third location of La Bamba that I have been in the kitchen for work on systems. These are the cleanest kitchens I have ever seen. The staff has been extremely friendly at all locations. I had lunch after my work was complete. Wonderful flavor in the Papa Burrito. This is the best of Mexican American food. From a family that understands quality, good service, and value.

La Bamba Mexican and Spanish restaurant in Fort Lauderdale is one of the nice Mexican restaurants which offer an authentic cuisine with local produce. Their preparation is fresh and portions are nice. I loved their Mexican coffee and Pollo a la plancha which was a huge portion in the chicken platter. Must visit in Fort Lauderdale

We loved celebrating a 4-generation girls trip to Florida and our final dinner was at La Bamba Mexican restaurant! We had great service and great food. The restaurant was nice and clean and it had great ambiance.

Went on an afternoon. Early. So it was not busy. Got served chips and salsa. My drink order right away. Then got the beef Chimichanga. So delicious. Came out quickly. Great service

Wonderful, authentic Meskin food! Mmmmmm. And, holy cow! The house Margarita is potent!

Excellent, authentic Mexican food! Great prices and selection. Good for kids as well, both of my children enjoyed their dishes as well. The Fried Pork dish was phenomenal. Even the salsa and chips were high quality. Highly recommended.

Cool atmosphere. Ate at the bar. Shrimp fajitas were very good. Came with a lot of the fixings, tortillas and beans and rice. Cooked well. The staff was very friendly. Clean facilities. Good value.

If you are hungry, this is a wonderful place to eat!!!! The frozen Margaritas hit hard 🤜💥🤛, The portions are great, I would like to go back maybe when the atmosphere is a little more festive and lively.

Food was delicious and very reasonable. We had the pleasure of Miguel tending to us. He was very professional, attentive, friendly, and definitely on point. Appetizers, Sangria, and main course.. very colorful, lots of flavor, and nice portions. We enjoyed EVERYTHING so much we've been back a second time.... I just ordered Uber eats from you guys. The enchilada was just thrown in. No rice no beans. It's flat not stuffed. And seemed like it's microwaved. I ate there before & ordered the same, I swear it was enchiladas not "enchilada". I can't say portion cause it was just a small flat & thrown together with no care.

Our favorite Friday night spot! Love the hospitality that both Bryan and Rose provide us (keeps us coming back for more). Came in tonight to see the margarita machine was finally moved back to it's rightful home, which is both appealing and user friendly to the staff. Can't wait to bring our family here next time they are in town!

Food and drinks were really good! However, our server, Alicia, gave us attitude at the end. We had a large party of w12. Instead of asking us in the beginning how our checks were going to be split, she assumed that we were doing 1 check. At the end, she handed us 1 check and we told her that we need to break it out. She responded and said she already put it in and “couldn’t split the checks” She gave us attitude when we told her that and would not go back to break out the items, it would have only been split into 3 separate checks.

Food: 5/5. The free nachos hit the spot! My Girlfriend purchased some tacos and it tasted authentic! Presentation is top notch! Service: 5/5. The servers are very attentive and gave recommendations. They also offered refills for nachos, drinks and condiments. Ambiance: 5/5. I love the ambiance. Spacious and very accessible with parking lot.

Ate there for lunch and food was really good! I had the grilled chicken quesadilla. Service was exceptional as well! No unlimited chips, though… only the first batch is free. Dishes are a little pricey for Mexican at $15/ea. Both of those cons is the only reason for the four stars.

We were seated quickly and the food was as expected. When my husband went to change our daughter’s diaper, there was no changing table in the men’s room. Whisk there was ample space according to him, there was no place. Why not?? What about the single dad taking his baby to lunch? What about the family with two fathers that have a child?!? You can tell they’ve made some recent modern improvements in decor, but allowing fathers to be fathers in every sense was not one of them. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Always consistent, always delicious. La Bamba is the epitome of solid American-Mexican food. They offer large portions at reasonable prices. When you dine in they offer 1 basket of chips with complimentary salsa. After that it's an additional $3 - the economy has hurt everyone so I completely understand why they must do this and yes, it's worth the $3 when you've devoured their delicious chips and homemade salsa. I usually get the burrito loco- with chicken. It's filled with lettuce and tomato with a scoop of guac on the side. I skip the rice and double up on the beans! It's nice that they let you customize. My husband usually gets a burrito too but on this visit he got the Ropa Vieja served with white rice, black beans, and plantains- another excellent option. Usually we are too stuffed for dessert but on this occasion we made an exception and had the Mud Pie and Apple Burrito. Both were excellent choices and it was hard to pick a favorite!
