seems like every time I go here the staff screws up my order. Genuinely tired of this place and will not be going back . Staff has i.Q of a cucumber.

Food is always cold. At this point I just order the food and warm it up at home. My customer service is better than theirs. How is it MY pleasure when y’all are serving me, I’m confused. Oh and tell your employees to speak when a customer is at the window!!

This place is a piece of S***. I wish i could give -stars. My family came here around 9:30pm. No customers in the restaurant.,only 3 male employees standing and talking. We ordered by machine and wanted to pay cash. So we walked back to counter to pay cash, but there was no cashier presented, only 4-5 employees in kitchen. They were talking and talking. We had been waiting for 20 minutes, but nobody cared about us, until i had to asked a a lady working at drive through cashier. She said sorry to us and helped us to pay for our order (it's not her position) while other employees working at front counter seems like don't care. To the owner, please fire these junks or you will loose your business. You are hiring a whole bunch of lazy employees. I will never come back to this location.

The lady terry at the drive through was sooooooo nice and patient!!! Best Taco Bell employee I've ever met!!! Food was on point and so quick even with so many cars in the line!

I’ve been here twice. I generally get either tacos or a bowl to reduce gluten. The burrito, quesadilla, and chalupa options have flour tortilla. I ordered three volcano tacos and one Doritos locos taco. I get steak instead of ground beef. I like the three cheese as a substitute. Both have a hard corn tortilla which is good for me. The lava tacos are a bit more spicy. Overall good.

My services were terrible around 12:45 in the night soda taste bad I ask the young lady, to give me a second to see what I wanted she had a nasty attitude she ignored me when I started to order pull up they all in a group chating..

My family was greeted and treated nicely. Food was hot and tasted good. Thank you for caring enough to serve us good, hot food.

These people do not speak to they had standing in line not tell me how to order then give you half the amount of food that you are supposed to receive and charge you full price

Got a quick lunch to go at this place. People seemed nice and relaxed. Not a busy afternoon. Ordered two ‘Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burritos’ and sodas. Both tasted great and fresh. We enjoyed and loved the food.

There is no way you can mess up an order three times. Had my son go for a beef and bean burrito only to get a burrito with everything on it take it make they remake it and add sour cream like or you going this purposefully cause there is no way, I should have to drive back and forth for something so simply like it’s common sense it not hard I only want a burrito with beans and beef only how hard is that.

Great food and customer service isnt that good, also don't call because they never pick up . I left important paperwork there and I can't find out if it's still there if I call. So advise is don't call they won't pick up .

They said I have to buy combo I can't just get steak burrito by itself. Too lazy to type everything but cashier messed up order more. Seemed high. The Haitians work slow especially drive thru.

Quick Service, Friendly Staff, But Packaging Needs Improvement I recently visited the Taco Bell near my workplace and ordered one of their value meal boxes through the drive-thru. The staff member who attended to me was exceptionally friendly and provided quick service. However, there were a few aspects of my experience that could be improved to enhance customer satisfaction. Upon reaching the payment window, I promptly paid and received my drink within seconds. However, I noticed that my meal was handed to me without any packaging or bag to carry it. It felt slightly inconvenient, as I had to hold the box while driving. The food itself was what I expected from a fast-food restaurant - average in taste and quality. Nevertheless, it would have been more appealing if the presentation matched the overall experience. Having my meal properly packaged would have made it easier to transport without any spills or mess. Unfortunately, as I was leaving the premises, the small sauce packets provided toppled over and scattered beneath the seat of my car. In summary, my visit to this Taco Bell featured friendly service and quick delivery of food. However, I suggest that the restaurant pays more attention to packaging meals adequately for takeout orders. By addressing these areas, it would enhance the overall experience and make it more convenient for customers.

Now everybody know how Taco Bell is it was okay I enjoyed the food and the service was good

Arrived at 10pm for a $5 box and they told me it’s $9 at that location. Very lazy employees during night shift! Weeks before they told me there’s no meat left. Very lazy. Will never go here again!

They dont deserve any stars i went and purchased almost $30 worth of food and the female manager messed up my whole order food was wrong,cinnamon twists very hard my chicken bowl was supposed to be extra chicken which is what i paid for i get home and the whole thing was incorrent my crunchy taco was soft taco and the three crunchy shells i asked for were all soft even after reconfirming my order with her at the window so i had to drive back and i repeated my order again for the 3rd time and once again i get home and bowl has no extra chicken, my crunchy taco had lettuce which i asked for witout lettuce than no sauces,the crunchy shells i asked for the 4th time still not in the bag instead we get another crunchy taco with extra lettuce,only 1 napkin and to top it off i did not even get any apology this is not right

Ordered a chalupa and nacho bell grande with extra beef no beans… I received a taco wrapped in chalupa paper and extra been and no meat… very disappointed

Coffee there terrible.They add this milk with flavour makes coffee very sweet.Also people asking us for money coming from outside.Other folks not eating or drinking laying down on tables! Unacceptable.... Only good thing is free wifi!!

Drive thru at 12:30am July, 2nd. The gentlemen and Young lady at the window were very polite and happy to be at work. Not to mention again it's 12:30am. Very happy with my experience, it was professional, fast and friendly. As a former employee it made my night to see the staff happy no matter what, Live Mas! Order was perfect as always.

The whole team got our order ready quickly and it was well-made. Shanice gave wonderful customer service at the front counter. I LOVE the new layout and music. Overall it was a great trip to Taco Bell.

I usually don’t do Taco Bell; probably once in a blue moon. I love those Pizzas tortillas they have. Don’t get me wrong about what I am saying in regards that every time I eat Taco Bell creates in my system disturbances which I don’t know exactly if is that they are using something to preserves their products burin overall it is a clean place and nice to set down and enjoy your meal.

The manager is the greatest! Replaced my own order I messed up quick hot and fresh even told me it’s no problem and had a smile the whole time. Outstanding customer service the whole staff is very sweet in general and very comforting. Will definitely spend my money here from now on Thankyou for the great experience!!!

Steak crispy taco was severely dry. Very tiny pieces of cube type manufactured so called steak. All 10 steak tacos were NOT EATABLE . I should have tried one before I drove 3.5 miles to go there. I suggest..go to real taco place. Taco Bell has gone to serving, in my view, cat food with a few shreds of lettuce and less than 10 tiny tiny shavings of 1/4 inch cheese . It is really disgusting. I've tried both near me. NEVER AGAIN.

Today I sent my son to use the restroom while I was in the drive thru line and he was told that the restroom was for paying customers that's funny because I visit this store once a week and I see people use the restroom and leave without buying any food so today I left and I didn't buy any food and will be spending my $32 elsewhere and I will be telling my friends and family to do the same .

Service was good the food was good only one minor thing nitpick I didn't get any mild sauce and I wasn't asked either but that's not really a big deal I did overall like what I was given would come again

Well apparently i just paid $5 for a hard taco. VERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and I got a hard taco instead but of course I was still charged for the cheesy gordita crunch, this is not the first time I've had this problem at this location it is a franchise not corporate so their prices are more than a regular Taco Bell and then they mess up every order. Every time I bite the bullet and cohere because it's closer I am reminded that it's just easier and still cheaper to drive to a further one. Complete garbage

Nothing here to complain about :) I do love me some taco bell when I need some tacos. I am vegetarian so I always sub out the meat for beans and now taco bell offers potatoes in the tacos too as a sub...very cool! Even if you're not vegetarian I recommend trying the switch. For me, I noticed I could pack down the same amount of tacos, and my stomach doesn't wind up hurting from the grease meat. It's definitely helpful for people with IBS, my mom will switch every once in a while so she can have some tacos too :)
